Worshiping this subtle form leads to an even more refined and transcendental vision of Śrī Mātā’s most subtle essence, which even Kāma (Manmatha) can behold. For this reason, Kāma, becoming a devotee of Śrī Mātā, attained a significant role in the workings of the universe. Thus, what appeared to be a curse from Śiva was, in reality, a great boon granted to Kāma. Kāma worshiped Śrī Mātā and attained the eternal truth.*
