*32. hāsaṁ harer avanatākhila-loka-tīvra- śokāśru-sāgara-viśoṣaṇam atyudāram*
*sammohanāya racitaṁ nija-māyayāsya bhrū-maṇḍalaṁ muni-kṛte makara-dhvajasya*
*MEANING : A yogī should similarly meditate on the most benevolent smile of Lord Śrī Hari, a smile which, for all those who bow to Him, dries away the ocean of tears caused by intense grief. The yogī should also meditate on the Lord's arched eyebrows, which are manifested by His internal potency in order to charm the sex-god for the good of the sages.*
*PURPORT : The entire universe is full of miseries, and therefore the inhabitants of this material universe are always shedding tears out of intense grief. There is a great ocean of water made from such tears, but for one who surrenders unto the Supreme Personality of Godhead, the ocean of tears is at once dried up. One need only see the charming smile of the Supreme Lord. In other words, the bereavement of material existence immediately subsides when one sees the charming smile of the Lord.*
*It is stated in this verse that the charming eyebrows of the Lord are so fascinating that they cause one to forget the charms of sense attraction. The conditioned souls are shackled to material existence because they are captivated by the charms of sense gratification, especially sex life. The sex-god is called Makara-dhvaja. The charming brows of the Supreme Personality of Godhead protect the sages and devotees from being charmed by material lust and sex attraction. Yāmunācārya, a great ācārya, said that ever since he had seen the charming pastimes of the Lord, the charms of sex life had become abominable for him, and the mere thought of sex enjoyment would cause him to spit and turn his face. Thus if anyone wants to be aloof from sex attraction, he must see the charming smile and fascinating eyebrows of the Supreme Personality of Godhead.*

*శివపూజను నిరాకరించిన కారణముచు వందలాది రాక్షసులు హాహాకారములను చేయుచూ ఆ బాణాగ్నిచే దహింపబడిరి (29). తారకాక్షుడు సోదరులతో గూడి దహింపబు చున్నవాడై తనకు ప్రభువు, భక్తవత్సలుడు నగు శంకర దేవుని స్మరించెను (30). అతడు పరమ భక్తి గలవడై అనేక వచనములను పలుకుచూ, మనస్సులో మహాదేవుని దర్శించి, ఆయనతో నిట్లనెను (31).*
*తారకాక్షుడిట్లు పలికెను-*

(33). ఓ మునీ! ఆ రాక్షసులు ఇట్లు పలుకుతూ శివుని యాజ్ఞచే ఆ అగ్నిచే దహింపబడి బూదిదయైనారు. ఆ దృశ్యము అద్భుతముగ నుండెను (34). ఓ వ్యాసా! బాలురు. వృద్ధులు అగు ఇతర రాక్షసులు కాడా శివాజ్ఞచే శాఘ్రముగా ఆ అగ్నిచే దహింపబడి బూడిదయైనారు (35). కల్పాంతమునందు జగత్తు భస్మ మగు తీరున, ఆ త్రిపురములోని స్త్రీలు, పురుషులు, అచట నున్న వాహనములు ఇత్యాది సర్వము ఆ అగ్నిచే భస్మము చుయబడెను (36). కొందరు సుందర యువతులు భర్తను కంఠమునందు కౌగిలించి యుండగానే దహింపబడిరి. ఆటపాటలలో అలసి సొలసి, మరియు మత్తెక్కి నిద్రించియున్న స్త్రీలు అటులనే దగ్ఢమైరి (37).*

29. Since they had refrained from the worship of Śiva, hundreds of Asuras were burnt by the fire generated by the arrow. They cried “Hā Hā” in distress.
30. Tārakākṣa was burnt along with his two brothers. He remembered his lord Śiva who is favourably disposed to his devotees.
31. Lamenting in diverse ways and looking up to lord Śiva, he mentally appealed to him.
Tārakākṣa said:—
32. “O Śiva, you are known to be pleased with us, if at any future hour you burn us, you will do so along with our kinsfolk. Let it be in accordance with this truth.
33. What is difficult and inaccessible to the gods and Asuras has been secured by us. Let our intellect be purified by our thoughts on you in every birth.”
34. O sage, at the bidding of Śiva, those Asuras were burnt and reduced to ashes by the fire[4] even as they were muttering thus.
35. Other Asuras too, children and old men were completely burnt out, O Vyāsa, at the bidding of Śiva and speedily reduced to ashes.
36. Just as the universe is burnt at the end of a Kalpa so also every thing and every one there, whether woman or man or vehicles, was reduced to ashes by that fire.
37. Some women were forced to leave their husbands necking them and were burnt by the fire. Some were sleeping, some were intoxicated and some were exhausted after their sexual dalliance. All were burnt.

*🕉. Human beings are not aware of their potential, and they go on living at the minimum. Now psychologists say that even very great geniuses use only fifteen percent of their intelligence--so what about the ordinary, the average person? 🕉*
*The average person uses about five to seven percent of his or her intelligence. But that is intelligence; nobody has bothered about love. When I look at people, I see that rarely do they use their love energy. And that is the real source of joy. We use seven, or at the most fifteen, percent of our intelligence. So even our greatest genius lives at the minimum; eighty-five percent of intelligence will be a sheer waste; he will never use it.*

*అజపా మంత్రమగు హంస స్వరూపము శ్రీమాత అని అర్థము. అజపా మంత్ర మనగా జపింపకయే జరుగు మంత్రము. మనయందు హృదయ స్పందనముగ అను నిత్యము అజపా మంత్రము అనుస్యుతముగ జరుగుచున్నది. ఈ హృదయ స్పందన హంస అని కీర్తింప బడుచున్నది. స్పందనముగ యున్నది శ్రీమాతయే గనుక హంసినీ అని పిలువబడుచున్నది. హంసినీ కారణముగ స్పందనము జరుగు చున్నది. స్పందనము కారణముగ శ్వాస జరుగుచున్నది. ఈ రెండునూ కారణముగ శరీరమున ప్రాణము నిలచియున్నది. శ్వాస, స్పందనము, ప్రాణము, ప్రణవము ఒక ఆరోహణ క్రమముగ గమనింపవచ్చును. మనస్సు శ్వాసపై లగ్నము చేసి స్పందనము చేరినచో స్పందనము నుండి ప్రణవమును చేరవచ్చును.*
