🌴. ఒక గురువు సహాయంతో, యోగి మాతృక చక్ర జ్ఞానాన్ని మరియు మంత్ర శక్తులను స్వీయ-శుద్ధి మరియు స్వీయ-సాక్షాత్కారం కోసం ఎలా ఉపయోగించాలో తెలుసుకుంటాడు. 🌴

మాతృక - అక్షరాలు; చక్ర - సమూహం; సంబోధ - సంపూర్ణ అవగాహన. - మాతృక అని పిలువబడే అక్షరాల సమూహం పరిపూర్ణ అవగాహనను ఇస్తుంది. ఈ సూత్రం అసంపూర్ణంగా ఉన్నట్లు అనిపించవచ్చు. కానీ, శివుడు కొన్ని సందేశాలను సూక్ష్మంగా తెలియ జేయదలచుకున్నాడు. అక్షరాల సమూహం పరిపూర్ణ అవగాహనను అందిస్తుందని ఈ సూత్రం చెబుతుంది. సాధారణంగా, అక్షరాల సమూహం అంటే మంత్రం. కానీ అంతిమ మంత్రం 'నేను అదే అయి ఉన్నాను' లేదా 'నేనే బ్రాహ్మమును' అని మనం చూసాము. కాబట్టి 'నేను అదే అయి ఉన్నాను ' అనే అక్షరాల సమూహమును, అత్యున్నత మంత్రం అని పిలుస్తారు

🌴. With the help of an guru, a yogi gains the knowledge of matruka chakra and how to harness the mantra shaktis, for self-purification and self-realization. 🌴

Mātṛkā – letters; chakra – group; sambodha – perfect understanding. - The group of letters known as mātṛkā gives perfect understanding. On the face of it, one may feel that the aphorism appears to be incomplete. But, Śiva chooses to convey certain messages in a subtle way. The aphorism says that a group of letters provide perfect understanding. Generally, group of letters mean a mantra. But it is already seen that the ultimate mantra is “I am That” or the affirmation “I am the Brahman”. Therefore the group of letters, known as Supreme mantra is the affirmation “I am That”.

🍀. ధ్యానమంటే మనసులోని విషయాలనన్నిట్నీ ఖాళీ చెయ్యడం. ఖాళీ మనసు చైతన్యంతో నిండి వుంటుంది. కాబట్టి 'ఖాళీ' అన్న మాటకు భయపడకు. ఒకసారి అన్ని సరిహద్దుల్ని అధిగమించి నువ్వు స్వేచ్ఛ పొందితే ఆకాశంలా విస్తరిస్తావు. అనంతమవుతావు. 🍀

ధ్యానమంటే మనసులోని విషయాలనన్నిట్నీ ఖాళీ చెయ్యడం. జ్ఞాపకం, వూహా, దురభిప్రాయాలు, ఆలోచనలు, కోరికలు, ఆశలు, అనుభూతులు అన్నిట్నీ, నీకు బయటికి దేనినీ పంపాల్సిన పని లేని రోజు నీ జీవితంలో గొప్ప రోజు. అక్కడ స్వచ్ఛమైన ఖాళీ వుంటుంది. అక్కడ స్వచ్ఛమైన చైతన్యాన్ని చూస్తావు. మనసుకు సంబంధించి అక్కడ ఏమీ లేదు. కానీ అది పొంగి పొర్లేది. అస్తిత్వం తొణికిసలాడేది.

ఖాళీ మనసు చైతన్యంతో నిండి వుంటుంది. కాబట్టి 'ఖాళీ' అన్న మాటకు భయపడకు. అది వ్యతిరేకమయింది కాదు. అట్లా అనుకోవడం పాత అలవాటు. దాని వల్ల నష్టమెక్కువ. ఒకసారి అన్ని సరిహద్దుల్ని అధిగమించి నువ్వు స్వేచ్ఛ పొందితే ఆకాశంలా విస్తరిస్తావు. అనంతమవుతావు. అదే దేవుణ్ణి అనుభవానికి తెచ్చుకోవడం, లేదా బుద్ధునితత్వం, దాన్ని మరింకే పేరుతోనైనా పిలువు. ధర్మం, తావో, సత్యం, నిర్వాణం - అవన్నీ దాన్నే చెబుతాయి.

🌻5. ఆదర్శం యొక్క దృక్కోణం నుండి ప్రతిదీ వివరించడం 🌻

ఆధ్యాత్మిక జీవితం అంటే మీ నడవడిక లేదా జీవన విధానం మరియు ఆలోచనా విధానం మరియు అర్థం చేసుకునే విధానాలైన ప్రతి కోణం ఉన్నత ఆదర్శాల దృక్కోణం నుంచి అర్థం చేసుకోవడం. ఇది భౌతిక, సామాజిక, నైతిక, రాజకీయ లేదా మానసిక - జీవితంలోని ఏ పరిస్థితైనా కావచ్చు. ఇది ప్రస్తుతం మీకు అర్థం కాని, భవిష్యత్తులో మాత్రమే అనుభూతి లోకి వచ్చే ఆదర్శమే కావచ్చు. కానీ అది ఇప్పుడు మిమ్మల్ని ఆ ఆదర్శాన్ని చేరుకోవడానికి చేసే ప్రయత్నానికి అడ్డు కాకూడదు. ఒకవేళ మీరు ఆ కారణంగా ఆ ఆదర్శాన్ని కనుక చేరుకునే ప్రయత్నం చేయకపోతే, మీరు అసంపూర్ణ మానవుల లాగా మిగిలిపోతారు. అది మిమ్మల్ని అసంతృప్తిగా ఉంచుతుంది.

ఈ విషయంలో జంతు స్వభావం మాత్రమే అసమర్థమైనది కానీ మానవ స్వభావం కాదు. జంతువులు మరియు జంతు స్వభావం ఉన్న మానవులు కూడా ప్రస్తుత స్థితికి అతీతమైన ఆదర్శ కోణం నుండి ప్రస్తుత పరిస్థితులను అర్థం చేసుకోలేరు. ఉన్నతమైన వాటి వెలుగులో దిగువను అర్థం చేసుకోగల సామర్థ్యాన్ని మనం ఒకసారి మేల్కొలుపుతే, అప్పుడు మాత్రమే మనం నిజమైన మానవులుగా పిలవబడవచ్చు. ఎందుకంటే జంతువులపై మానవులకు ఉన్న ఆధిక్యత ఈ ప్రత్యేకత లోనే ఉంది. కేవలం రెండు కాళ్లతో నడిచినందున, ఒక వ్యక్తిని నిజమైన మనిషిగా పరిగణించాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు.

🌻5. Interpreting Everything from the Point of View of the Ideal 🌻

A spiritual life is that conduct or way of living and mode of thinking and understanding which enables one to interpret every situation in life—physical, social, ethical, political or psychological—from the point of view of the ideal that is above and is yet to be reached, notwithstanding the fact that it is a remote ideal in the future. The inability to interpret the practical affairs of life, and the present state of existence in terms of the higher ideal immediately succeeding, would make us incomplete human beings and keep us unhappy.

It is only the animal nature that is incapacitated in this respect. The animals and even human beings who have the animal nature preponderating in them cannot interpret present situations from the point of view of the ideal that is transcendent to the present state. And once we are awakened to the capacity of being able to understand and interpret the lower in the light of the higher, then it is that we can be called real humans, for the superiority of humans over animals lies just in this special endowment. Merely because one walks with two legs, one need not necessarily be regarded as truly human.

🌻. స్నాన విధానము - స్నాపనోత్సవము - 1 🌻

అగ్నిదేవుడు పలికెను.: 'బ్రహ్మదేవా! ఇపుడు నేను స్నానోత్సవమునుగూర్చి సవిస్తరముగా చెప్పెదను. ప్రాసాదము ఎదుట మండపము క్రింద మండలముపై కలశములు ఉంచవలెను. ప్రారంభమునందు అన్ని కర్మలు చేయు నపుడును శ్రీహరి ధ్యానము పూజహోమములు చేయవలెను. పూర్ణాహుతితో పాటు వెయ్యి లేక నూటఎనిమిది హోమములు చేయవలెను. స్నానద్రవ్యములు తీసికొని వచ్చి కలశవిన్యాసము చేయవలెను. కంఠసూత్రయుక్త కుంభములను అధివాసనము చేసి మండలముపై ఉంచవలెను.

చతురస్రమండలము నిర్మించి దానిని పండ్రెండు రేఖలచే విభజించవలెను. ప్రక్క నున్న రేఖను తుడిచివేయువలెను. ఈ విధముగ ఆ మండలమపై నాలుగు దిక్కులందును తొమ్మిదేసి కష్ఠకములు స్థాపించి వాటిని పూర్వాదిక్రమమున వరిపిండి మొదలైన వాటితో నింపవలెను. పిమ్మట విద్వాంసుడు కుంభముద్రతో పూర్వాది దిక్కులందున్న నవకమునందు కలశ లుంచవలెను. పుండరీకాక్ష మంత్రముతో వాటిలో దర్భ లుంచవలెను. సర్వరత్నములును ఉంచి ఉదకపూర్ణకుంభమును మధ్యభాగమునందుంచి. మిగిలిన ఎనిమిది కుంభములో క్రమముగ యవ-వ్రీహి-తిల-నీవార-శ్యామాక-కులత్థ-ముద్గ-శ్వేత సర్షపములు వేసి ఎనిమిది దిక్కులందును. స్థాపింపవలెను. పూర్వదిక్కునందున్న నవకమునందు మధ్య ఘృతపూర్ణకుంభ ముంచవలెను.

Chapter 69

🌻 Mode of conducting the bathing festival (snāna) - 1 🌻

The Fire (Lord) said:

1. O Brahman! Listen! I shall describe in detail (the mode of conducting) the bathing festival. The pitchers should be placed in a drawn figure in the shed in front of the temple.

2. First of all, God Hari (Viṣṇu) should be contemplated, propitiated and offered oblations before doing anything. One should offer oblations hundred or thousand times along with the final one.

3. The materials for bathing [i.e., snāna-dravya] should then be brought and the pitchers also should be placed. The pitchers to the necks of which threads have been tied should be made fragrant and they should be held in a circle.

4. A square should be drawn and divided into eleven compartments. The gruel should be placed at the centre, the adjacent parts having been cleaned.

5. The nine angular points commencing with east should be filled with powdered rice etc., and the pitcher should be brought by the wise man after having formulated the kumbha mudrā[1].

6. Darbha grass should be put on them with the puṇḍarīkākṣa (an epithet of Viṣṇu) (lotus-eyed) mantra. A pitcher filled with water and containing all gems should be placed in the middle.

7. The barley, paddy, sesamum, uncultivated rice, śyāmāka (grains), horse gram, green gram and white mustard seeds. (should be put) in the eight directions in order.

8-9. A pitcher filled with ghee should be placed in the middle of the eastern side in the midst of nine pitchers. The remaining pitchers should be filled with the decoctions of the (barks of) palāśa, aśvattha, nyagrodha, bilva, udumbara, śirīṣa, jambū, śamī and kapittha. The central pitcher in the nine pitchers in the south-east should be filled with honey.

అర్జునుడు ఇట్లు పలికెను: నీవు దేవదేవుడవు, పరంధాముడవు, పవిత్రుడవు, పరతత్త్వమువు, శాశ్వతుడవు, దివ్యుడవు, ఆదిపురుషుడవు, పుట్టుకలేని వాడవు, ఘనమైన వాడవు అయి యున్నావు.

ఈ అధ్యాయపు ముఖ్యమైన నాలుగుశ్లోకములను శ్రవణము చేసినంతనే అర్జునుడు సర్వసందేహముల నుండి ముక్తుడై శ్రీకృష్ణుని పూర్ణపురుషోత్తముడైన ఆదిదేవునిగా అంగీకరించెను. కనుకనే అతడు “నీవే పరబ్రహ్మమువు మరియు ఆదిదేవుడవు” అని ప్రకటించెను. సమస్తము తన నుండియే ఉద్భవించినదనియు మరియు దేవ, మనుష్యాది జీవులందరును తన పైననే ఆధారపడినవారనియు శ్రీకృష్ణుడు పూర్వమే ప్రకటించియున్నాడు. కాని వారు అజ్ఞానకారణముగా తమనే పరతత్త్వముగా భావించుచు తాము దేవదేవునికి ఆధీనులము కామని భావింతురు. అట్టి అజ్ఞానము భక్తియుతసేవ ద్వారా సంపూర్ణముగా తొలగునని శ్రీకృష్ణభగవానుడు గడచిన శ్లోకములలో వివరించియున్నాడు.

🌷 Translation :

Arjuna said: You are the Supreme Personality of Godhead, the ultimate abode, the purest, the Absolute Truth. You are the eternal, transcendental, original person, the unborn, the greatest.


🌹 Purport :

In these two verses the Supreme Lord gives a chance to the Māyāvādī philosopher, for here it is clear that the Supreme is different from the individual soul. Arjuna, after hearing the essential four verses of Bhagavad-gītā in this chapter, became completely free from all doubts and accepted Kṛṣṇa as the Supreme Personality of Godhead. He at once boldly declares, “You are paraṁ brahma, the Supreme Personality of Godhead.”

And previously Kṛṣṇa stated that He is the originator of everything and everyone. Every demigod and every human being is dependent on Him. Men and demigods, out of ignorance, think that they are absolute and independent of the Supreme Personality of Godhead. That ignorance is removed perfectly by the discharge of devotional service. This has already been explained in the previous verse by the Lord. Now, by His grace, Arjuna is accepting Him as the Supreme Truth, in concordance with the Vedic injunction.
