*🌹. మౌని అమావాస్య విశిష్టత : ఆధ్యాత్మిక పరంగా మౌని అమావాస్య చాలా గొప్పది. మౌని అంటే మౌనంగా ఉండటమని అర్థం. అమావాస్యలో అమా అంటే చీకటి అని.. వాస్య అంటే కామం అని అర్థాలున్నట్లు పురాణాల్లో ప్రస్తావించబడింది. ఈ అమావాస్యకు మరో అర్థం ఏంటంటే.. పగలు మౌనంగా ఉండి చీకటిని, కామాన్ని తొలగించుకోవాలని శాస్త్రాలు చెబుతున్నాయి. జ్యోతిష్యశాస్త్రం ప్రకారం, చంద్ర గ్రహం మనుషుల మనసులను నియంత్రించే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది. అందుకే మౌని అమావాస్య రోజున మనకు చంద్రుడు దర్శనమివ్వడు. అంతేకాదు ఈరోజున మాట్లాడే మాటల వల్ల, తీసుకునే ముఖ్యమైన నిర్ణయాల వల్ల శుభ ఫలితాలు రావని చాలా మంది నమ్ముతారు. 🌹*

🌷. తాత్పర్యం :
*ఓ దేహధారులలో శ్రేష్టుడా ! నిరంతరము పరిణామశీలమైన భౌతికప్రకృతి అధిభూతమన బడును (భౌతికజగత్తు). సూర్యచంద్రుల వంటి సర్వదేవతలను కూడియుండెడి విశ్వరూపమే అధిదైవతమనబడును. దేహదారుల హృదయములలో పరమాత్మ రూపమున నిలిచియుండెడి దేవదేవుడైన నేనే అధియజ్ఞడును (యజ్ఞప్రభువును).*
🌷. భాష్యము :
భౌతికప్రకృతి నిరంతర పరిణామశీలమై యుండును. పుట్టుట, పెరుగుట, కొంతకాలము నిలిచియుండుట, ఇతరదేహములను ఉత్పత్తి చేయుట, శిథిలమగుట, చివరికి నశించుట యను ఆరువిధములైన మార్పులకు భౌతికదేహములు లోనగుచుండును. అట్టి ఈ భౌతికప్రకృతియే “అధిభూతము” అనబడును. ఇది ఒక నిర్దిష్టమైన సమయమున సృష్టించబడి వేరొక నిర్దిష్ట సమయమున నశింపజేయబడును. సమస్తదేవతలను మరియు సమస్తలోకములను తన యందు కలిగియున్న శ్రీకృష్ణభగవానుని విశ్వరూపమే “అధిదైవతము” అనబడును.
దేహమునందు ఆత్మతోపాటుగా శ్రీకృష్ణుని సంపూర్ణ ప్రాతినిధ్యమైన పరమాత్మయు నిలిచియుండును. ఈ శ్లోకమునందు “ఏవ” అను పదము మిగుల ప్రధానమైనది. ఏలయన దాని ద్వారా శ్రీకృష్ణుడు తన కన్నను పరమాత్ము భిన్నుడు కాడని నొక్కి చెప్పుచున్నాడు. ఆత్మ చెంతనే నిలిచియుండెడి ఆ పరమాత్మయే జీవి కర్మలకు సాక్షిగా నుండి అతని వివిధస్వభావములకు కారణమై యున్నాడు. అనగా జీవుడు స్వతంత్రముగా వర్తించుటకు అవకాశమొసగుచు అతని కర్మలను పరమాత్ముడు సాక్షిగా గమనించుచుండును.
శ్రీకృష్ణభగవానుని వివిధరూపముల ఇట్టి సర్వకార్యములు దివ్యసేవలో నియుక్తడైన కృష్ణభక్తిభావనాయుతునికి అప్రయత్నముగా విదితము కాగలవు. “అధిదైవతము” అని పిలువబడు భగవానుని విశ్వరూపము ఆ దేవదేవుని పరమాత్మరూపమున ఎరుగలేని ఆరంభదశలో నున్న సాధకునిచే ద్యానింపబడుచుండును. కనుకనే అధోలోకములు పాదములుగా, సూర్యచంద్రులు నేత్రములుగా, శిరము ఊర్థ్వలోకములుగా పరిగిణింపబడు “విరాట్పురుషుని” (విశ్వరూపమును) ధ్యానము చేయుమని ఆరంభకునికి ఉపదేశించ బడుచుండును.

🌷 Translation :
*O best of the embodied beings, the physical nature, which is constantly changing, is called adhibhūta [the material manifestation]. The universal form of the Lord, which includes all the demigods, like those of the sun and moon, is called adhidaiva. And I, the Supreme Lord, represented as the Supersoul in the heart of every embodied being, am called adhiyajña [the Lord of sacrifice].*
🌹 Purport :
The physical nature is constantly changing. Material bodies generally pass through six stages: they are born, they grow, they remain for some duration, they produce some by-products, they dwindle, and then they vanish. This physical nature is called adhibhūta. It is created at a certain point and will be annihilated at a certain point. The conception of the universal form of the Supreme Lord, which includes all the demigods and their different planets, is called adhidaivata.
And present in the body along with the individual soul is the Supersoul, a plenary representation of Lord Kṛṣṇa. The Supersoul is called the Paramātmā or adhiyajña and is situated in the heart. The word eva is particularly important in the context of this verse because by this word the Lord stresses that the Paramātmā is not different from Him.
The Supersoul, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, seated beside the individual soul, is the witness of the individual soul’s activities and is the source of the soul’s various types of consciousness. The Supersoul gives the individual soul an opportunity to act freely and witnesses his activities. The functions of all these different manifestations of the Supreme Lord automatically become clarified for the pure Kṛṣṇa conscious devotee engaged in transcendental service to the Lord. The gigantic universal form of the Lord called adhidaivata is contemplated by the neophyte who cannot approach the Supreme Lord in His manifestation as Supersoul.

హయగ్రీవుడు చెప్పెను: చండీదేవికి ఇరువది బుజములుండును. కుడిచేతులలో శూల-ఖడ్గ-శక్తి-చక్ర-పాశ-ఖేట-ఆయుధ, అభయ-డమరు శక్తులను, ఎడమచేతులలో నాగపాశ-ఖేటక-కుఠార-అంకుశ-పాశ-ఘంటా-ఆయుధ-గదా-దర్పణ-ముద్గరములను ధరించియుండును. చండీదేవిప్రతిమకు వదిభుజములుకూడ ఉండవచ్చును. ఆమె పాదములక్రింద తలఖిండించిన మహిషముండును. ఆ తలతెగి వేరుగా ఉండవలెను. దాని కంఠమునుండి శూలము హస్తమునందుగల పురుషుడు శస్త్రమునుఎత్తి మిక్కిలికోపముతో ముఖమునుండి రక్తము కక్కుచుండును. వాని కంఠమునందు మాల, వెండ్రుకలు, ఎఱ్ఱగానుండును, దేవీవాహనమైన సింహము దాని రక్తము నాస్వాదించు చుండును. ఆ మహిషాసురుని కంఠమున పాశమొకటి గట్టిగా బిగించియుండును. దేవి కుడికాలు సింహముపైనను, ఎడమకాలు క్రిందనున్న మహిషాసురుని పైనను ఉండును.
ఈ చండీదేవికి మూడు నేత్రములుండును. ఈమె అనేక శస్త్రములను ధరించి శత్రువులను మర్దించునది. తొమ్మిది పద్మముల రూపమున నున్న పీఠముపై దుర్గాప్రతిమపై ఈమెను పూజింపవలెను. మొదటి కమలము తొమ్మిది దళములందును, మధ్యననున్న కర్ణికయందును ఇంద్రాది దిక్పాలులను, నవతత్త్వాత్మి కలగు శక్తులతో దుర్గాదేవిని పూజింపవలెను. దుర్గాదేవి ప్రతిమకు పదునెనిమిది భుజములుండును. కుడువైపున నున్న హస్తములలో ముండ-ఖేటక-దర్పణ-తర్జనీ-ధనుష్‌-ధ్వజ-డమరు, చర్మ-పాశములను, వామభాగమున నున్న హస్తములలో శక్తి-ముద్దర-శూల-వజ్ర-ఖడ్గ-కుంకుశ-భాణ-చక్ర-శలాకలను ధరించి యుండును.
పదునారు భుజముల దుర్గాప్రతిమకు కూడ డమరువు, తర్జని తప్ప ఈ ఆయుధములే ఉండును. రుద్రచండ, ప్రచండ, చండోగ్ర, చండనాయిక, చండ, చండవతి, చండరూప, అతిచండిక అనువారు ఎనమండుగురు దుర్గలు. ఈ దుర్గలను తూర్పు మొదలు ఎనిమిది దిక్కులందును స్థాపించి పూజింపవలెను.

The Lord said:
1-5. (The image of) Caṇḍī may have twenty hands and may hold the spear, sword, dart, disc, noose, club, ḍamaru (a small drum) and spike in the left hands and also (show) protective posture (and) the snake as the noose, club, axe, goad, bow, bell, banner, mace, mirror, and iron mace in the (right) hands.. Or (the figure of) Caṇḍī is made to have ten hands, with the buffalo placed below with its head fully severed and the demon as issuing forth from (its) neck with rage and brandishing his weapon, holding spike in the hand, vomitting blood, his hairs. (stained) with blood and blood dripping out from the eyes. (forming) a garland (on the chest), being devoured by the lion and well-bound by the noose in the neck. (The goddess is represented as) resting her right foot on the lion and the left foot on. the demon underneath.
6-12. This form of Caṇḍikā, the destroyer of enemies. (is made as) having three eyes and endowed with weapons. (This) Durgā is to be worshipped with the nine elements in order in a diagram of nine lotuses from her own form at the beginning, centre and the eastern and other (directions). (The image should be made as) possessing eighteen arms (carrying) a human head, club, mirror, tarjanī (a kind of weapon), bow, banner and. a little drum in the right hand and the noose, spear, mace, trident, thunderbolt, sword, goad and dart in the left hand. The others (Rudracaṇḍā and other goddesses) should be endowed with the same weapons in their sixteen hands except the little drum and tarjanī (a kind of weapon).

*అన్ని చర్యలు స్వయం కోసమే జరుగుతాయి, బాహ్య వ్యక్తులు మరియు వస్తువుల కోసం కాదు. ఆ వస్తువులో ఆనందం ఉండడం వల్ల ఆనందించే వ్యక్తికి ఆనందాన్ని కలిగించడం కాదు, అహంలో ఉత్పన్నమయ్యే ఒక వస్తువు పట్ల కోరిక ఆ వస్తువు యొక్క పరిచయం వల్ల కలిగే తీరిన కోరిక యొక్క సంతృప్తి వల్ల. తృప్తి అనేది మనస్సు తాత్కాలికంగా స్వయం వైపు మళ్లడం వలన కలుగుతుంది. కాబట్టి ప్రపంచం లోని ఆనందం అంతా పరొక్షమైనది.*
*అంటే, అనుకూలమైనవి పొందడం వల్ల ఆనందం రావట్లేదు. కానీ, ప్రతికూలమైనవి నివారించడం వల్ల ఆనందం పొందుతున్నాము. ఈ ప్రత్యక్ష ఆనందం కేవలం స్వయంలో మాత్రమే అనుభవించగలరు. మన నిత్య జీవిత పోరాటం అంతా కూడా, అనంతం నుంచి విడువడిన తర్వాత స్వయం లో వచ్చే శూన్య భావాన్ని నింపే ఒక విఫల ప్రయత్నం మాత్రమే. జీవిత కారాగారంలో సంకెళ్లతో బంధించబడిన స్వయం యొక్క దుఃఖం, విశ్వం యొక్క అద్వైత స్వభావం యొక్క జ్ఞానం ద్వారా విమోచించ బడుతుంది.*

*All actions are done for the sake of the Self, not for external persons and things. It is not the existence of joy in the object as such that brings pleasure to the individual enjoying it, but the cooling of the fire of craving that is brought about by its contact with a particular object which is specially demanded by that special mode of desire generated in the ego-consciousness. The satiation is caused by a temporary turning back of the mind to the Self.*
*The whole of the happiness of the world is, thus, purely negative, an avoiding of the unpleasant, and not the acquirement of any real, positive joy. This positive bliss is found only in the Self, the root of existence. The bustle of life’s activity is a struggle to respond to the cry of the anxious ego which has lost itself in the wilderness of its separation from the Eternal Principle. *🍀. మనం అస్తిత్వంలో భాగాలం. సముద్రంలో అలలం. మనమెప్పుడూ వేరన్న భావనతో వుంటాం. వేరు అన్న భావన అహం. ఒకసారి ఈ విషయం అర్థం చేసుకుంటే ఆందోళన మాయమవుతుంది. 🍀*
*మనం ఉనికికి వేరుగా లేము. కానీ మనం వేరన్న భావనతో వుంటాం. వేరు అన్న భావన అహం. అది కేవలం ఒక అభిప్రాయమే. అది నరకాన్ని సృష్టిస్తుంది. అప్పుడు మనం వుంటామా అన్నదాన్ని గురించి భయపడతాం. భవిష్యత్తు గురించి, మరణాన్ని గురించి భయపడతాం. ఒక రోజు మనం చనిపోక తప్పదు కదా అని భయపడతాం. అదంతా అహం వల్ల జరిగేది. మనం అనంతంలో భాగాలమని గుర్తించం. అక్కడ జనన మరణాల ప్రసక్తి లేదు. మనమెప్పుడూ ఇక్కడే వున్నాం. అనంతంలో భాగాలుగా వున్నాం.*
*అది సముద్రంలో పైకి లేచిన అల లాంటిది. అది పైకి లేవక ముందు కూడా సముద్రంలో వుంది. సముద్ర గర్భంలోకి వెళ్ళినపుడు కూడా అది వుంది. జననం, మరణం అన్నవి రెండూ తప్పుడు అభిప్రాయాలు. అల ఒకసారి కనిపిస్తుంది, ఒకసారి కనిపించదు. అది ఎప్పుడూ సముద్రంలో భాగంగా వుంటుంది. మనం కూడా అస్తిత్వంలో భాగాలం. మనం సముద్రంలో అలలం. ఒకసారి ఈ విషయం అర్థం చేసుకుంటే ఆందోళన మాయమవుతుంది. ఇది మన ఇల్లు, దీంట్లో మనం భాగాలం. మనం ఎక్కడో వెళ్ళాల్సిన పన్లేదు. వేరే దారి లేదు.*

*During the first stage, the mind responds to the sensory inputs (8th aphorism). Mind is extremely active during this period as it has to act on multitude of sensory stimulations it receives when a person is in active or alert cognitive state. During this state, mind and senses are interdependent. Communication between senses and mind happens in tremendous swiftness.*
*The sensory perceptions leave lasting impressions in the mind known as thoughts that manifest as dreams in the second stage of consciousness, the dream state, as conveyed through 9th aphorism. The third state of consciousness is a sort of delusion, as during the stage of deep sleep one forgets his own inherent nature. Both his senses and mind are completely rested.*
