*MEANING : Owing to the mother's eating bitter, pungent foodstuffs, or food which is too salty or too sour, the body of the child incessantly suffers pains which are almost intolerable.*
*PURPORT : All descriptions of the child's bodily situation in the womb of the mother are beyond our conception. It is very difficult to remain in such a position, but still the child has to remain. Because his consciousness is not very developed, the child can tolerate it, otherwise he would die. That is the benediction of māyā, who endows the suffering body with the qualifications for tolerating such terrible tortures.*

*Knowledge is bliss. The greater the knowledge, the greater also will be the happiness. If there is inadequate understanding, then there will be a dissatisfaction lurking within. “Something is not all right. I don't understand this.” This is the sorrow of the scientist and the philosopher. As knowledge advanced, it was discovered that the gravitational pull was not the full explanation. The necessity arose to find out what these bodies were made of that were attracting one another.*
*What is the sun? What is the moon? What are the stars? Of what are they constituted? The actual substance of the cosmos became the subject of study. While the superficial vision sees many colours, many sounds and many things in the universe, the analytic mind of some ancient scientists discovered that the many things are made up only of a few things. *అతని సృజనాత్మక స్పృహ మొత్తంగా అతని నేనే, మిగిలిన ఆశావహులలో “శివ” అనేది వారి స్వీయ గుర్తింపు యొక్క నిష్పత్తికి సమానం. ఈ నిష్పత్తి ఆశించేవారి స్థాయిని బట్టి మారుతుంది, కానీ ఒక సుప్రబుద్ధలో ఈ నిష్పత్తి 100% ఉంటుంది. ఈ దశకు చేరుకున్న సాధకుడు ఆత్మాశ్రయ సృష్టికి సమర్థుడని ఈ సూత్రం చెబుతోంది. సార్వత్రిక అభివ్యక్తి, వ్యక్తిగత అభివ్యక్తికి భిన్నంగా ఉంటుంది. ఈ దశలో ఆశించే వ్యక్తికి సార్వత్రిక అభివ్యక్తికి తగిన సామర్థ్యం లేదు. అతను సంపూర్ణ పరివర్తన కోసం లేదా శివునితో ఐక్యం కావడానికి ఆధ్యాత్మిక మార్గంలో మరింత ముందుకు సాగాలి.*
