సమస్త జగత్తు నందునూ వ్యాపించినది శ్రీమాత అని అర్థము. పరము నుండి మూల ప్రకృతిగను, అటుపైన అవ్యక్తగను, ఆపైన వ్యక్తా వ్యక్త స్వరూపిణిగను పరిణమించు శ్రీమాత ఇచ్ఛా జ్ఞాన

క్రియ లను మూడు విధములైన అహంకారములను దాల్చి ప్రకృతి సర్గములుగ (లోకములుగ) పరిణమించును. ఇట్లు జగత్తంతయూ వ్యాపించును. ఇట్లు వ్యాప్తిచెంది విశ్వరూపమై నిలచును. శ్రీమాత వ్యాపక శక్తి అణువునుండి బ్రహ్మాండము వరకు పనిచేయు చుండును. ఆమె లేని జగత్తు లేదు. తాను వ్యాప్తిచెందిన జగత్తును కూడ అతిక్రమించి వసించును. అటుపైన వివిధ ఆకారములు ధరించును.

🕉. Feel Earth more and more in your feet. 🕉

Sometimes just stand on the earth without shoes and feel its coolness, its softness, its warmth. Whatever the earth is ready to give in that moment, just feel it and let it flow through you. And allow your energy to flow into the earth. Be connected with the earth. At most people breathe down to the navel but not beyond that, so half the body is almost paralyzed, and because of it, half of life is also paralyzed. Then many things become impossible... because the lower part of the body functions like roots. The legs are the roots, and they connect you with the earth. So people are hanging like ghosts, unconnected with the earth. One has to move back to the feet.

Lao Tzu used to say to his' disciples, "Unless you start breathing from the soles of your feet, you are not my disciples." Breathing from the soles of your feet-and he is perfectly right. The deeper you go, the deeper goes your breath. It is almost true that the boundary of your being is the boundary of your breath. When the boundary increases and touches your feet, your breath almost reaches to the feet-not in a physiological sense, but in a psychological sense--then you have claimed your whole body. For the first time you are whole, of one piece, together.

🌻. యుద్ధారంభము - 4 🌻

తరువాత దేవదానవుల మధ్య వినాశకరమగు ద్వంద్వ యుద్ధము జరిగెను. దానిని చూచి వీరులు ఆనందించిరి. వీరులు కానివారు భయపడిరి (33). ఆ యుద్ధములో బలవంతుడగు తారకాసురుడు ఇంద్రునితో, సంహ్రాదుడు అగ్నితో, జంభుడు యమునితో (34). మహాప్రభుడు న్తెరృతునితో, బలుడు వరుణునితో, సువీరుడు వాయువుతో, పవమానుడు కుబేరునితో (35). రణవిద్యావిశారదుడగు శుంభుడు ఈశానునితో, శుంభుడు శేషునితో, కుంభాసురుడు చంద్రునితో యుద్ధమును చేసిరి (36).

మహాబలుడు, పరాక్రమశాలి, అనేకక యుద్ధముల పాండిత్యము గలవాడునగు కుంబరుడు ఆ సంగ్రాముములో మిహిరునితో పోరాడెను (37). దృఢమగు నిశ్చయము గల దేవదానవులు ఈ తీరున ఆ సంగ్రామములో బలమును ప్రదర్శించి గొప్ప ద్వంద్వయుద్ధమును చేసిరి (38). ఓ మునీ! ఆ దేవాసుర సంగ్రామములో మహాబలురగు దేవతలు, దానవులు ఒకరిని మించి మరియొకరు పోదాడిరి. కాని ఒకరినొకరు జయించలేక పోయిరి (39).

అపుడు జయమును గోరు ఆ దేవదానవులకు తుముల (పక్షముల తేడా తెలియని) యుద్ధము జరిగెను. అభిమానవంతులగు వీరులకు ఆనందమును కలిగించు ఆ యుద్ధము ఇతరులకు భయమును గొల్పెను (40). వేలాదిగా నేలగూలిన దేవదానవులతో భూమి మిక్కిలి భయంకరముగా నుండి, అడుగు పెట్టుటకు చోటు లేకుండెను. అయిననూ వీరులకు మహాసౌఖ్యమే కలిగెను (41).

శ్రీ శివమహాపురాణములో రుద్రసంహితయందు కుమార ఖండలో యుద్ధ ప్రారంభ వర్ణనమనే ఏడవ అధ్యాయము ముగిసినది (7).

35. Lord Varuṇa fought with Nairṛta and Bala. Suvīra, the king of Guhyas, fought with Vāyu.

36. Śambhu fought with Īśāna. Śumbha an expert in battle fought with Śeṣa. Kumbha the Asura fought with the Moon.

37. Kuñjara of great strength and exploit, an expert in different kinds of battles, fought with Mihira, using great weapons.

38. Thus the gods and the Asuras, fought duels using their full strength with resolution.

39. O sage, desiring to gain the upper hand and vying with each other, the powerful gods and the Asuras were equally invincible in the battle.

40. The fight between the gods and the Asuras desirous of victory over each other was very tumultuous. It was pleasing to the brave and terrible to the others.

41. The battle ground became impassable and awful with the corpses of the gods and Asuras lying there in thousands but it was very pleasing to the brave.

భగవంతుడ వైన నరసివంహా! నీ దృష్టిప్రసారముచే బాలగ్రహములు, యువగ్రహములు, వృద్ధగ్రహాములు దగ్ధము లైపోవుగాక! జూలుతో భయంకర మైన ముఖము కలవాడును, లోకమునకు హితము చేకూర్చువాడును, మహాబలవంతుడును అగు భగవంతు డైన నృసింహుడు సమస్తబాలగ్రహములను నశింపచేయుగాక, ఓ నరసింహా! మహాసింహా! జ్వాలామాలలచే నీ ముఖమండలము ప్రకాశించుచున్నది. ఓ అగ్ని లోచనా! సర్వేశ్వరా! సమస్తగ్రహములను భక్షించుము! భక్షించుము.

పరమాత్ము డైన జనార్దనుడు సర్వాత్మస్వరూపుడు. ఓ వాసుదేవా! ఈ వ్యక్తియందు ఏ రోగములన్నవో, ఏ మహోత్పాతము లున్నవో, ఏ విషమున్నదో, ఏ మహాగ్రము లున్నవో, క్రూరభూతము లున్నవో, దారుణ మైన గ్రహపీడ లున్నవో వాటి నన్నింటిని ఏదియో ఒక రూపము ధరించి నశింపచేయుము. దేవశ్రేష్ఠుడ వైన అచ్యుతా! జ్వాలామాలలచే మిక్కిలి భయంకరమైన సుదర్శనచక్రమును ప్రయోగించి దుష్టరోగలముల నన్నింటిని నశించేయుము.

29-31. May the life of boyhood of Viṣṇu (Kṛṣṇa) destroy the evil forces which afflict mothers and children,. such as, planets, evil spirits, female goblins, vampires, ghosts, gandharvas, yakṣas, demons, the impeding forces such as Śakuni, Pūtanā and others, (the female forces such as) Mukhamaṇḍī, Revatī and the terrible Vṛddharevatī, and the fierce forces known as Vṛddhaka.

32. May these evil forces which afflict at the old age, and the children and the youth be scorched by the looks of the Manlion.

33. May the dreadful face of the Man-lion of enormous strength destroy these evil forces completely for the welfare of the world.

34. O Man-lion, O Great lion, possessor of garland of flames, Fiery-mouthed, Possessor of fiery eyes, Lord of all, devour the evil forces completely.

35-37. May the Lord of all (beings), Supreme Lord, Janārdana destroy diseases, great portents, poisons, great evil forces, the fierce beings, the afflictions due to the planets whichever is cruel, the injuries caused by weapons, and jvālāgardabhaka[3] etc., assuming any one of the forms of Vāsudeva and hurling the Sudarśana disc which is dreadful like a garland of fire.. O Acyuta, the foremost among gods (you) destroy the evil. forces.

పరమాత్ము డైన జనార్దనుడు సర్వాత్మస్వరూపుడు. ఓ వాసుదేవా! ఈ వ్యక్తియందు ఏ రోగములన్నవో, ఏ మహోత్పాతము లున్నవో, ఏ విషమున్నదో, ఏ మహాగ్రము లున్నవో, క్రూరభూతము లున్నవో, దారుణ మైన గ్రహపీడ లున్నవో వాటి నన్నింటిని ఏదియో ఒక రూపము ధరించి నశింపచేయుము. దేవశ్రేష్ఠుడ వైన అచ్యుతా! జ్వాలామాలలచే మిక్కిలి భయంకరమైన సుదర్శనచక్రమును ప్రయోగించి దుష్టరోగలముల నన్నింటిని నశించేయుము.

*🌻 Mode of cleansing and Protection oneself and others - 4 🌻*

27-28. On his (name) being recited, may Janārdana destroy the poisons of animate and inanimate objects, as well as artificially made, those caused by teeth, by nails and those arising from the sky as well as those caused by (insects like) spider and others which cause grief.

29-31. May the life of boyhood of Viṣṇu (Kṛṣṇa) destroy the evil forces which afflict mothers and children,. such as, planets, evil spirits, female goblins, vampires, ghosts, gandharvas, yakṣas, demons, the impeding forces such as Śakuni, Pūtanā and others, (the female forces such as) Mukhamaṇḍī, Revatī and the terrible Vṛddharevatī, and the fierce forces known as Vṛddhaka.

32. May these evil forces which afflict at the old age, and the children and the youth be scorched by the looks of the Manlion.

33. May the dreadful face of the Man-lion of enormous strength destroy these evil forces completely for the welfare of the world.

34. O Man-lion, O Great lion, possessor of garland of flames, Fiery-mouthed, Possessor of fiery eyes, Lord of all, devour the evil forces completely.

35-37. May the Lord of all (beings), Supreme Lord, Janārdana destroy diseases, great portents, poisons, great evil forces, the fierce beings, the afflictions due to the planets whichever is cruel, the injuries caused by weapons, and jvālāgardabhaka[3] etc., assuming any one of the forms of Vāsudeva and hurling the Sudarśana disc which is dreadful like a garland of fire.. O Acyuta, the foremost among gods (you) destroy the evil. forces.

తరువాత దేవదానవుల మధ్య వినాశకరమగు ద్వంద్వ యుద్ధము జరిగెను. దానిని చూచి వీరులు ఆనందించిరి. వీరులు కానివారు భయపడిరి (33). ఆ యుద్ధములో బలవంతుడగు తారకాసురుడు ఇంద్రునితో, సంహ్రాదుడు అగ్నితో, జంభుడు యమునితో (34). మహాప్రభుడు న్తెరృతునితో, బలుడు వరుణునితో, సువీరుడు వాయువుతో, పవమానుడు కుబేరునితో (35). రణవిద్యావిశారదుడగు శుంభుడు ఈశానునితో, శుంభుడు శేషునితో, కుంభాసురుడు చంద్రునితో యుద్ధమును చేసిరి (36).

మహాబలుడు, పరాక్రమశాలి, అనేకక యుద్ధముల పాండిత్యము గలవాడునగు కుంబరుడు ఆ సంగ్రాముములో మిహిరునితో పోరాడెను (37). దృఢమగు నిశ్చయము గల దేవదానవులు ఈ తీరున ఆ సంగ్రామములో బలమును ప్రదర్శించి గొప్ప ద్వంద్వయుద్ధమును చేసిరి (38). ఓ మునీ! ఆ దేవాసుర సంగ్రామములో మహాబలురగు దేవతలు, దానవులు ఒకరిని మించి మరియొకరు పోదాడిరి. కాని ఒకరినొకరు జయించలేక పోయిరి (39).

అపుడు జయమును గోరు ఆ దేవదానవులకు తుముల (పక్షముల తేడా తెలియని) యుద్ధము జరిగెను. అభిమానవంతులగు వీరులకు ఆనందమును కలిగించు ఆ యుద్ధము ఇతరులకు భయమును గొల్పెను (40). వేలాదిగా నేలగూలిన దేవదానవులతో భూమి మిక్కిలి భయంకరముగా నుండి, అడుగు పెట్టుటకు చోటు లేకుండెను. అయిననూ వీరులకు మహాసౌఖ్యమే కలిగెను (41).

శ్రీ శివమహాపురాణములో రుద్రసంహితయందు కుమార ఖండలో యుద్ధ ప్రారంభ వర్ణనమనే ఏడవ అధ్యాయము ముగిసినది (7).

33. Duels were fought by the gods and the Asuras crushing each other, on seeing which heroes were delighted and cowards were terrified.

34. The Asura Tāraka of great strength fought with Indra, Saṃhrāda with Agni and Yama with Jambha.

35. Lord Varuṇa fought with Nairṛta and Bala. Suvīra, the king of Guhyas, fought with Vāyu.

36. Śambhu fought with Īśāna. Śumbha an expert in battle fought with Śeṣa. Kumbha the Asura fought with the Moon.

37. Kuñjara of great strength and exploit, an expert in different kinds of battles, fought with Mihira, using great weapons.

38. Thus the gods and the Asuras, fought duels using their full strength with resolution.

39. O sage, desiring to gain the upper hand and vying with each other, the powerful gods and the Asuras were equally invincible in the battle.

40. The fight between the gods and the Asuras desirous of victory over each other was very tumultuous. It was pleasing to the brave and terrible to the others.

41. The battle ground became impassable and awful with the corpses of the gods and Asuras lying there in thousands but it was very pleasing to the brave.

*కొన్నిసార్లు చెప్పులు లేకుండా భూమిపై నిలబడి దాని చల్లదనాన్ని, దాని మృదుత్వాన్ని, దాని వెచ్చదనాన్ని అనుభూతి చెందండి. ఆ క్షణంలో భూమి ఏమి ఇవ్వడానికి సిద్ధంగా ఉందో, దానిని అనుభూతి చెందండి మరియు మీ ద్వారా ప్రవహించ నివ్వండి. మరియు మీ శక్తిని భూమిలోకి ప్రవహించ నివ్వండి. భూమితో అనుసంధానించ బడి ఉండండి. చాలా మంది వ్యక్తులు నాభి వరకు ఊపిరి పీల్చుకుంటారు కానీ అంతకు మించి కాదు, కాబట్టి సగం శరీరం దాదాపు పక్షవాతానికి గురవుతుంది మరియు దాని కారణంగా సగం జీవితం కూడా స్తంభించి పోతుంది. అప్పుడు చాలా విషయాలు అసాధ్యంగా మారతాయి... ఎందుకంటే శరీరంలోని కింది భాగం మూలాల వలె పనిచేస్తుంది. కాళ్ళు మూలాలు, మరియు అవి మిమ్మల్ని భూమితో కలుపుతాయి.  ప్రజలు భూమితో సంబంధం లేకుండా దెయ్యాలలా వేలాడుతున్నారు. ఒకరు తిరిగి పాదాలకు కదలాలి.*

*లావోట్జు తన శిష్యులతో ఇలా అంటుండే వాడు, 'మీరు మీ పాదాల నుండి ఊపిరి పీల్చుకోవడం ప్రారంభించక పోతే, మీరు నా శిష్యులు కాదు'.  - మీ పాదాల నుండి ఊపిరి పీల్చుకోవడం - అతను సరిగ్గా అన్నాడు. మీరు ఎంత లోతుగా వెళ్తే, మీ శ్వాస అంత లోతుగా సాగుతుంది. మీ జీవి యొక్క సరిహద్దు మీ శ్వాస యొక్క సరిహద్దు అని దాదాపు నిజం. సరిహద్దు పెరిగి, మీ పాదాలను తాకినప్పుడు, మీ శ్వాస దాదాపు పాదాలకు చేరుకుంటుంది- శారీరక కోణంలో కాదు, మానసిక కోణంలో - అప్పుడు మీరు మీ మొత్తం శరీరాన్ని సొంతం చేసుకున్నారు. మొదటి సారి మీరు పూర్తిగా, ఒక ఏక భాగంగా కలిసి ఉన్నారు.*

And allow your energy to flow into the earth. Be connected with the earth.  At most people breathe down to the navel but not beyond that, so half the body is almost paralyzed, and because of it, half of life is also paralyzed. Then many things become impossible... because the lower part of the body functions like roots. The legs are the roots, and they connect you with the earth. So people are hanging like ghosts, unconnected with the earth. One has to move back to the feet.*

*Lao Tzu used to say to his' disciples, "Unless you start breathing from the soles of your feet, you are not my disciples." Breathing from the soles of your feet-and he is perfectly right. The deeper you go, the deeper goes your breath. It is almost true that the boundary of your being is the boundary of your breath. When the boundary increases and touches your feet, your breath almost reaches to the feet-not in a physiological sense, but in a psychological sense--then you have claimed your whole body. For the first time you are whole, of one piece, together.*
