*🌻. సర్వతోభద్ర మండల విధి - 1 🌻*
నారుదుడు పలికెను : సాధకుడు దేవాలయాదులలో మంత్రసాధన చేయవలెను. తూర్పు గృహమునందు శుద్ధమైన భూమిపై, మండలమునందు, ప్రభు వైన హరిని స్థాపింపవలెను. చతురశ్రముగ చేసిన క్షేత్రము మీద మండలాదులను వ్రాయవలెను. రెండు వందల ఏబదియారు(256) కోష్ఠములలో సర్వతోభద్ర మండలమును గీయవలెను. ముప్పదియారు కోణములతో పద్మము గీయవలెను. పీఠము పంక్తికి వెలుపల ఉండవలెను. దానినుండి రెండింటిచేత వీథియు, రెండింటిచే దిక్కులలో ద్వారములును నిర్మించవలెను.
వెనుక చెప్పన పద్మక్షేత్రమును వర్తులముగా త్రిప్పి, పద్మార్ధమునందు ద్వాదశభాగము బైట త్రిప్పి, మిగిలిన క్షేత్రమును నాలుగుగా విభజించి, వర్తులముగా చేయవలెను.
మొదటిది కర్ణకయొక్క క్షేత్రము. రెండవది కేసరముల క్షేత్రము. మూడవది దలసంధుల క్షేత్రము. నాల్గవది దలాగ్రముల క్షేత్రము.
కోణస్థానములనుండి, కోణములకు ఎదురుగా ఉన్న మధ్యభాగము వరకును దారము లాగి, కేసరముల అగ్రములందుంచి దలముల సంధులను గుర్తింపవలెను. పిమ్మట దారమును క్రిందికి జార్చి, ఎనిమిది దలముల పద్మమును గీయవలెను. దలముల సంధుల మధ్యమునందు ఎంత ఎడ ముండునో అంత ఎడమునందు అగ్రభాగమున, దలాగ్రములను గీయవలెను.
వాటి మధ్మమానమును వాటి పార్శ్వమునందుంచి బాహ్యక్రమమున ఒక్కొక్క దలముపై రెండేసి కేసరములు గీయవలెను. ఇది పద్మయొక్క సామన్యలక్షణము. ఇపుడు ద్వాదశ కమల లక్షణము చెప్పబడు చున్నది. కర్ణిక యొక్క అర్ధమానమున తూర్పదిక్కు వైపు దార ముంచి క్రమముగా అన్ని వైపుల త్రిప్పవలెను. దాని పార్శ్వమునందు చేసిన భ్రమణముచే ఆరు కుండలుల చిహ్నములు, పండ్రెండు మత్స్యముల చిహ్నములు ఏర్పడును. వీటిచే ద్వాదశ దళ కమలమేర్పడును.

*🌻 Mode of worshipping Hari in the figure called Sarvatobhadra - 1 🌻*
Nārada said:
1. The aspirant has to accomplish the mystic syllable in the temple of the deity after having worshipped the Lord Hari in a circular figure in a purified ground.
2. One has to draw circles etc. in a square piece of ground, the Sarvatobhadra[1] is drawn in the compartments of rasa, bāṇa and akṣi.
3. A lotus seat containing thirty-six apartments should be outside in a row. Among these two (squares are set apart) for the path-way and two for the doors in the quarters.
4. A lotus figure is drawn in front outside and a circle is drawn around it. Half of the lotus is divided into twelve compartments.
5. Having thus divided it one should draw four circles, one around the other. The first one is that of the pericarp and the second, that of the filaments.
6-7. The third (is) that of the joints of the petals and the fourth, that of the tips of the petals. The joints of the petals are marked by stretching the threads from the angular points upto the middle of the side facing the angle and placing them on the tips of the filaments. Then the threads are made to lie (fall) and then an eight-petalled lotus is drawn.
8. Having allowed a measure (equal to) the space between the joints of the petals, the tops of the petals are drawn in front of it and afterwards.
9. Having allowed in the middle a measure of space (equal to that) of the interstices between the petals, two filaments are drawn in between every two petals.
10. This is the ordinary lotus circle said to be of twelve petals. Circles are drawn in order in the east of the measure of half the pericarp.
11. By this drawing there will be six circles on its side. In this way there will be twelve fish and twelve petals.

అపుడు దేవతా గణములు, ఋషులు, సిద్ధులు, చారణులు అందరు విష్ణువుతో బ్రహ్మతో గూడి కుమారుని రాకను శివునకు చెప్పిరి (12). అపుడు గొప్ప హర్షముతో గూడిన శివుడు విష్ణు బ్రహ్మలతో, దేవతలతో, ఋషులతో మరియు ఇతరులతో కలిసి కుమారుని చూచివెళ్లెను (13). అనేక శంఖములు, భేరీలు, తూర్యములు వివిధరీతులలో మ్రోగింపబడినవి. ఆనందముతో నిండిన మనస్సులు గల దేవతలు గొప్ప ఉత్పవమును చేసిరి (14).
అదే సమయములో వీరభద్రుడు మొదలగు గణములన్నియూ ఆడుతూ పాడుతూ అనేక తాళములను వాయించుచూ శివుని వెనుక నడచిరి (15). సంతసించిన మనస్సులు గలవారు, ఇతరులచే స్తుతింపబడుచున్నవారు అగు శివగణములు జయశబ్దములను, నమశ్శబ్దములను పలుకకుతూ శివుని గుణములను కీర్తిస్తూస్తుతించిరి(16).
సర్వశ్రేష్టుడు, రెల్లుగడ్డి యందు పుట్టినవాడు అగు ఆ శివపుత్రుని చూచుటకు వారు వెళ్లిరి (17). పార్వతి నగరమంతటా రాజమార్గమును పద్మరాగము మొదలగు మణులచే అలంకరింపజేసి, సుందరముగా మంగళకరముగా చేసెను (18). ఆమె భర్త, పుత్రులు గల పతివ్రతలగు స్త్రీలతో కూడియున్నదై, లక్ష్మి మొదలగు ముప్పది దేవీమూర్తులు ఎదుట నడువగా విచ్చేసెను (19).

14. Many conches, Bherīs and Tūryas were sounded. There was great jubilation among the delighted gods.
15. Vīrabhadra and other Gaṇas followed them with different chiming cymbols beating the time and sporting about.
16. Eulogising and being eulogised they sang songs of praise.
17. Shouting cries of “Victory” and “Obeisance” the delighted people went to see the excellent son of Śiva born in the grove of Śara plants.[1]
18. Pārvatī caused the entire outskirts of the city fully decorated with Padmarāga and other gems. The main highway was rendered beautiful and auspicious.
19. The thirty goddesses Lakṣmī and others stood in front, along with chaste ladies whose husbands and sons were alive and Pārvatī stood ahead of them.

*The day one is born, things only start; it is the beginning. Birth has to happen millions of times in your whole life: You have to go on being born again and again and again. People have such potential, so many aspects; they are multidimensional. But people never explore their own being, hence life remains, sad, poor. That is real poverty. The outer poverty is not a big problem; it will be solved. Technology has come to the point at which poverty is going to disappear from the earth; the time has come for that. But the real problem is the inner poverty. Even rich people live very poor lives. Their bodies are stuffed with food, but their souls are starving. They have not yet known the song of life, they have not heard anything about it.*
*They go on existing somehow, managing, pulling themselves along, dragging, but there is no joy. Great song is possible, great richness is possible, but one has to start exploring. And the best way to explore the song of one's life is to love; that is the very methodology. Just as logic is the methodology of science, love is the methodology of the spirit. *సంస్కృతమున వ, బ శబ్దములకు భేదము లేదు. నిర్వాణమనగ, నిర్బాణము. నిర్బాణ మనగా శరీరము లేకుండుట. బాణమనగ శరీరము. శరీరమున బంధింపబడ్డ వారందరును బాణాసురునిచే బంధింపబడ్డ అనిరుద్ధునివంటి వారు. శ్రీకృష్ణుడు బాణాసురుని చెర నుండి అనిరుద్ధుని విడిపించెను. అనగా శరీర బంధము నుండి విడిపించి మోక్షస్థితి కలిగించెను. శ్రీకృష్ణుడు శరీరము నతిక్రమించి యుండి శరీరమును వాహికగ ధర్మ సంస్థాపనము చేసిన యోగేశ్వరుడు.*
