*తాత్పర్యము : ఆ ప్రభువు గళసీమయందు సుగంధభరితమైన వనమాల విరాజిల్లుచుండును. ఆ దివ్యహార పరిమళములకు ఆకర్షితములైన గండుతుమ్మెదలు కావించు ఝంకారములు అత్యంత మనోజ్ఞములు. ఆ స్వామి ధరించిన అమూల్యములగు హారములు, ముంజేతి కంకణములు, మణికిరీటము, భుజకీర్తులు, నూపురములు మిగుల దర్శనీయము.*

*parārdhya-hāra-valaya- kirīṭāṅgada-nūpuram*
*MEANING : He also wears around His neck a garland of attractive sylvan flowers, and a swarm of bees, intoxicated by its delicious fragrance, hums about the garland. He is further superbly adorned with a pearl necklace, a crown and pairs of armlets, bracelets and anklets.*
*PURPORT : From this description it appears that the flower garland of the Supreme Personality of Godhead is fresh. Actually, in Vaikuṇṭha, or the spiritual sky, there is nothing but freshness. Even the flowers picked from the trees and plants remain fresh, for everything in the spiritual sky retains its originality and does not fade. The fragrance of the flowers picked from the trees and made into garlands does not fade, for both the trees and the flowers are spiritual. When the flower is taken from the tree, it remains the same; it does not lose its aroma. The bees are equally attracted to the flowers whether they are on the garland or on the trees. The significance of spirituality is that everything is eternal and inexhaustible. Everything taken from everything remains everything, or, as has been stated, in the spiritual world one minus one equals one, and one plus one equals one. The bees hum around the fresh flowers, and their sweet sound is enjoyed by the Lord. The Lord's bangles, necklace, crown and anklets are all bedecked with invaluable jewels. Since the jewels and pearls are spiritual, there is no material calculation of their value.*

*ఓ ఇంద్రా! ఈ దేవకార్యమును గురించి నేను ఎరుంగుదును. విష్ణువు యొక్క మాయా శక్తి మరియు బుద్ధిమంతుడగు నారదుని చాతుర్యము నాకు తెలిసినవియే (34). ఓ దేవశ్రేష్ఠా! అధర్మ నిష్ఠులగు ఆ రాక్షసుల త్రిపురములను నేను నిస్సందేహముగా నశింపజేసెదను (35). కాని ఆ రాక్షసోత్తములు నా భక్తులు, దృఢమగు మనశ్శక్తి గలవారు. కాని వారు మీ మోసముచే ఉత్తమమగు ధర్మమును విడనాడినారు. వారిని నేను మాత్రమే సంహరించవలెను (36). కాని వారు ధర్మ మార్గమును విడనాడునట్లు చేయబడినారు. ఇపుడు త్రిపురములు యందు నివసించు రాక్షసులందరు నా భక్తికి దూరమైనారు. కావున వారిని విష్ణువు గాని, మరియొకరు గాని సంహరించవచ్చును (37).*
*ఓ మహర్షీ! శంభుని ఈ మాటను విని సమస్త దేవతలు మరియు విష్ణువు కూడా నిరుత్సాహమును పొందిరి (38). దేవతలు మరియు విష్ణువు నిరుత్సాహముగా నుండుటను గాంచి, సృష్టి కర్త యగు బ్రహ్మ చేతులు జోడించి శంభునితో నిట్లు పలికెను (39).*
*బ్రహ్మ ఇట్లు పలికెను.*
*దీనిలో మేము చేసిన పాపము ఏదీ లేదు. ఏమనగా, నీవు యోగులలో శ్రేష్ఠుడవు, పరమేశ్వరుడవు, పరబ్రహ్మవు. నీవు దేవతలను ఋషులను సర్వకాలములలో రక్షించెదవు (40). నీ ఆజ్ఞచేతనే వారు మోహమును పొందునట్లు చేయబడెను. ప్రేరకుడవు నీవే. వారు స్వధర్మమును విడనాడి నీ పూజను మానివేసిరి. అయిననూ వారికి ఇతరుల చేతిలో మరణము లేదు (41). ఓ మహాదేవా! నీవు దేవతల మరియు ఋషుల ప్రాణులను రక్షించువాడవు. కావున సత్పురుషుల రక్షణ కొరకై ఈ వ్లుెచ్ఛజాతులను సంహరించుము (42). నీ ధర్మమును పాటించు రాజులకు దుష్టశిక్షణ వలన పాపము కలుగదు. కావున, రాజు లోకకంటకులను సంహరించి బ్రాహ్మణులను, సాధువులను రక్షించవలెను (43).*

Śiva said:—
34. “O lord of gods, all the intentions of the gods have been understood by me now. The power of Viṣṇu’s magic and that of the intelligent Nārada has been known.
35. O most excellent of the gods, there is no doubt in this that I will destroy the three cities of the Asuras if they persist in indulging in evil activities.
36. But the great Asuras are my firm devotees. They shall be killed only by me, for they have been forced to abandon their excellent virtue under false persuasion.
37. Let Viṣṇu or any one else slay them now that they have been made to abandon their Dharma. The Asuras of the three cities have become devoid of devotion to me.”
38. O great sage, on hearing these words of Śiva, all the heaven-dwellers and Viṣṇu became dispirited.
39. On seeing the gods and Viṣṇu sitting cheerless, Brahmā, the creator of the worlds spoke to Śiva with palms joined in reverence.
Brahmā said:—
40. There is no sin in this, since you are the foremost among those who know the Yogic theory; you are the great lord, the great Brahman and the saviour of gods and sages always.
41. It is at your own bidding that they have been deluded. You induced them to be deluded. Although the Asuras have forsaken their duties and your worship, they cannot be killed by others.
42. Hence, O great lord, the saviour of the lives of the gods and the sages, the Mlecchas[2] shall be killed by you for the protection of the good.
43. As it is the duty of a king, you will not be sinning by their destruction. Hence, the good people, brahmins etc shall be saved and the thorns uprooted.

*If you want to repress, repress something beautiful. Never repress something you are ashamed of, because whatever you repress goes deep and whatever you express will evaporate into the sky. So whatsoever you are ashamed of, express it so you are finished with it. Whatever is beautiful keep as a treasure inside, so it goes on influencing your life. But we do just the opposite. Whatever is beautiful we go on expressing- -in fact too much--we express more than is there. You go on saying, "I love, I love, I love,” and you may not even mean it that much. You go on suppressing anger, hatred, jealousy, possessiveness, and by and by you find that you have become all that you have suppressed, and then deep guilt arises.*
*There is nothing to be ashamed of; everything is perfect as it is. There cannot be any more perfect a world than this.
