🌷. తాత్పర్యం :
ఓ కృష్ణా! వంశము నందు అధర్మము ప్రబలమగుట వలన కులస్త్రిలు చెడిపోవుదురు. ఓ వృష్ణివంశసంజాతుడా! అట్టి కులస్త్రి పతనము వలన అవాంఛనీయ సంతానము వృద్ధినొందును.
🌷. భాష్యము :
జీవితమునందలి శాంతికి, అభిరుద్ధికి, ఆధ్యాత్మికోన్నతికి మానవ సంఘము నందలి సత్ప్రవర్తన కలిగిన జనులే మూలాదారము.
దేశము మరియు జాతి యొక్క ఆధ్యాత్మిక పురోగతి కొరకు సంఘమునందు సత్ప్రవర్తన కలిగిన జనులు నెలకొనియుండురీతిలో వర్ణాశ్రమధర్మములు ఏర్పాటు చేయబడినవి.
అటువంటి జనబాహుళ్యము స్త్రీల ధర్మవర్తనము మరియు పాతివ్రత్యము పైననే ఆధారపడియుండును. బాలురు సులభముగా తప్పుదారి పట్టుటకు అవకాశమున్న రీతిగనే స్త్రీలు సైతము పతనమగుటకు అవకాశము కలదు.
కనకనే పిల్లలకు మరియు స్త్రీలకు కుటుంబపెద్దల రక్షణము అవసరము. వివిధ ధర్మాచారములందు నియుక్తులగుట ద్వారా స్త్రీలు పెడదారి పట్టకున్డురు. చాణక్యపండితుని అభిప్రాయము ప్రకారము స్త్రీలు సాధారణముగా తెలివికలవారు కానందున నమ్మకముంచ దగినవారు కారు.
కనుకనే ధర్మకార్యములకు సంబంధించి వంశాచారములు వారికి సదా వ్యాపకము కలిగించవలెను. ఆ విధముగా వారి పాతివ్రత్యము మరియు భక్తి వర్ణాశ్రమపద్దతిని పాటించుటకు యోగ్యత కలిగిన సత్ప్రజకు జన్మనొసగ గలరు. అట్టి వర్ణాశ్రమధర్మము విఫలమైనప్పుడు స్త్రీలు సహజముగా కట్టుబాటు విడిచి పురుషులతో విచ్చలవిడిగా కలియుదురు.
ఆ విధముగా అవాంచిత జనబాహుళ్యము వృద్ధిచేయుచు జారత్వము ప్రబలమగును. బాధ్యతారహితులైన పురుషులు కొందరు అటువంటి జారత్వమునే ప్రోత్సహించుచుందురు. అంతట సంఘమున అవాంచిత సంతానము పెచ్చు పెరిగి యుద్ధములకు మరియు అశాంతికి దారి తీయును.

41. adharmābhibhavāt kṛṣṇa
praduṣyanti kula-striyaḥ
strīṣu duṣṭāsu vārṣṇeya
jāyate varṇa-saṅkaraḥ
Translation :
When irreligion is prominent in the family, O Kṛṣṇa, the women of the family become polluted, and from the degradation of womanhood, O descendant of Vṛṣṇi, comes unwanted progeny.
Purport :
Good population in human society is the basic principle for peace, prosperity and spiritual progress in life. The varṇāśrama religion’s principles were so designed that the good population would prevail in society for the general spiritual progress of state and community. Such population depends on the chastity and faithfulness of its womanhood.
As children are very prone to be misled, women are similarly very prone to degradation. Therefore, both children and women require protection by the elder members of the family. By being engaged in various religious practices, women will not be misled into adultery.
According to Cāṇakya Paṇḍita, women are generally not very intelligent and therefore not trustworthy. So the different family traditions of religious activities should always engage them, and thus their chastity and devotion will give birth to a good population eligible for participating in the varṇāśrama system.
On the failure of such varṇāśrama-dharma, naturally the women become free to act and mix with men, and thus adultery is indulged in at the risk of unwanted population. Irresponsible men also provoke adultery in society, and thus unwanted children flood the human race at the risk of war and pestilence.

దేవతలు, మానవులు, జంతువులు, పక్షులు, మృగములు, జలచరములు, వృక్షములు మొదలగు సర్వజీవుల యందును ఒకే ఆత్మను గాంచగలిగినవాడు సత్త్వగుణ ప్రధానమైన జ్ఞానమును కలిగినట్టివాడు. జీవులు తమ పూర్వ కర్మానుసారము వివిధ దేహములను కలిగియున్నను వాటన్నింటి యందును ఏకమైన ఆత్మ ఒకటి గలదు.
సప్తమాధ్యాయమున వివరింపబడినట్లు సర్వ దేహములందలి ప్రాణశక్తి శ్రీకృష్ణభగవానుని దివ్యచైతన్యము వలననే కలుగుచున్నది. కనుక భగవానుని అట్టి దివ్యచైతన్యమును ప్రాణశక్తిరూపున ప్రతిదేహము నందును గాంచుట సత్త్వగుణ వీక్షణమనబడును. దేహములు నశ్వరమైనను అట్టి జీవశక్తి నాశరహితమైనది.
కాని జీవుల యందు భేదము దేహదృష్ట్యానే గోచరించుచున్నది. బద్ధజీవనమున భౌతికస్థితి కారణముగా పలురూపములు ఉండుటచే జీవశక్తి విభజింపబడినట్లు గోచరించుచుండును. ఇట్టి నిరాకారజ్ఞానము ఆత్మానుభూతియందు ఒక అంశము వంటిది.

🌷 Translation :
That knowledge by which one undivided spiritual nature is seen in all living entities, though they are divided into innumerable forms, you should understand to be in the mode of goodness.
🌹 Purport :
A person who sees one spirit soul in every living being, whether a demigod, human being, animal, bird, beast, aquatic or plant, possesses knowledge in the mode of goodness. In all living entities, one spirit soul is there, although they have different bodies in terms of their previous work.
As described in the Seventh Chapter, the manifestation of the living force in every body is due to the superior nature of the Supreme Lord. Thus to see that one superior nature, that living force, in every body is to see in the mode of goodness.
That living energy is imperishable, although the bodies are perishable. Differences are perceived in terms of the body; because there are many forms of material existence in conditional life, the living force appears to be divided. Such impersonal knowledge is an aspect of self-realization.

గతేః ప్రతిహతిః కుంఠా వివిధాం తాం కరోతి యః ।

సంశ్లేషయన్ గతిం తేషాం ప్రతిబధ్నాతి యత్ హరిః ।

విగతా కుంఠా యస్య సః వికుంఠః, వికుంఠః ఏవ వైకుంఠః అనియు వ్యుత్పత్తి. అనగా నడకలోని ఆటంకము ఎవనినుండి తొలగినదో ఆతడు వికుంఠుడు అనదగును. అదే యర్థమున 'అణ్' ప్రత్యయము వచ్చుటచే 'వికుంఠ' శబ్దమే వైకుంఠః అగుచున్నది.

Bhūtāni jagadāraṃbhe viśliṣṭāni parasparaṃ.
Saṃśleṣayan gatiṃ teṣāṃ pratibadhnāti yat hariḥ,
Tatassa vaikuṃṭha iti procyate vibudottamaiḥ.
गतेः प्रतिहतिः कुंठा विविधां तां करोति यः ।
भूतानि जगदारंभे विश्लिष्टानि परस्परं ॥
संश्लेषयन् गतिं तेषां प्रतिबध्नाति यत् हरिः ।
ततस्स वैकुंठ इति प्रोच्यते विबुदोत्तमैः ॥
Kuṇṭhaḥ / कुण्ठः means path. Vividhā kuṇṭhā - Vikuṇṭhā / विविधा कुण्ठा - विकुण्ठा The obstruction of path or natural inclinations is Vikuṇṭha. He who causes Vikuṇṭha is Vaikuṇṭhaḥ. During the creation of universe, obstructing their independent movement, He united the elements that had a tendency to get scattered at random. So, He is called Vaikuṇṭhaḥ.
Vigatā kuṇṭhā yasya saḥ vikuṇṭhaḥ, vikuṇṭhaḥ eva vaikuṇṭhaḥ / विगता कुंठा यस्य सः विकुंठः, विकुंठः एव वैकुंठः The word Vaikuṇṭhaḥ can also mean One who is without any limitation or opposing factor.

Mayā saṃśleṣitā bhūmiradbhirvyoma ca vāyunā,
Vāyuśca tejasā sārdhaṃ vaikuṇṭhatvaṃ tato mama. 80.

*🌻 25. The Foundation of the Philosophy of Law 🌻*
Law is a transcendent, connotative significance or force which demands a gradational integration of consciousness, both in quantity and quality simultaneously, until it reaches its culmination, which is known as the Absolute.
Law is, thus, an operation of the system of the Absolute, in different evolutionary degrees of comprehensiveness and perfection, right from the Ultimate Causality of the universe down to the revolution of an atom or the vibration of an electron. Social laws and political systems of administration cannot, therefore, be separated from the requisitions necessitated by the law of the Absolute.
It is just this Universal Transcendent Principle that either rewards or punishes individuals by its gradational actions and reactions, and it is this, again, that is the basis of all human behaviour, looking so inscrutable, and this is the explanation as to why individuals strive for mutual love and cooperation, and, at the same time, keep themselves ready with a knife hidden in their armpits. Here we have, perhaps, the foundation of the philosophy of law. Ethics and morality have, thus, a necessary value. Law has a meaning, and it points to a truth beyond itself.

276. ఎపుడైతే మనస్సు క్రమముగా అంతర్గత ఆత్మపై స్థిరపడుతుందో అపుడు తదనుగుణంగా బాహ్యమైన వస్తుపరమైన కోరికలు క్రమముగా వదిలివేయబడతాయి. ఎపుడైతే బాహ్యపరమైన కోరికలు తొలగిపోతాయో అపుడు ఏవిధమైన అడ్డంకులు లేని ఆత్మ జ్ఞానము ఏర్పడుతుంది.
277. ఎపుడైతే యోగి మనస్సు ఆత్మ పై లగ్నమవుతుందో, అపుడు అతని మనస్సు అంతమవుతుంది. అపుడు కోరికలు ఆగిపోవుట మొదలవుతుంది. అందువలన ఇతరమైన వస్తుభావనలు తొలగిపోతాయి.
278. తామస భావములు సత్వ, రజో గుణాల వలన నాశనం కాగా, రాజస గుణము సత్వ గుణము వలన స్వచ్ఛమైన బ్రహ్మ జ్ఞానము పొంది తొలగిపోతుంది. అందువలన సత్వ గుణమును అవలంభించుట ద్వారా బాహ్య వస్తు భావములు తొలగించుకోవాలి.

అసూయాపరునికి సత్సంకల్పములు కలుగవు. కావున పరివర్తన యుండదు. అసూయ మనస్సును, దేహమునకు అమిత తాపము కలిగించును. అసూయ మనిషిని నిలువెల్ల విషముతో నింపును. అసూయాపరునికి సమస్తము అంధకారమే.

మనం మొదట గుర్తించాల్సిన విషయం జీవితం మనకు యివ్వబడింది. అది మనం సాధించింది కాదు. నిజం చెప్పాలంటే మనకు ఆ అర్హత లేదనుకోండి. ఉనికిని సంబంధించిన బలమైన నియమమున్నది దానికి అర్హత వున్న వాళ్ళ పట్ల వుంటుంది. ఒక రాముడు, ఒక కృష్ణుడు, ఒక బుద్ధుడు, అక్కడ జీవితం నించీ అదృశ్యం కావడమన్నది వుంటుంది. అర్హత లేని వాళ్ళు మళ్ళీ మళ్ళీ జన్మిస్తూ వుంటారు.
ఒకసారి నీకు అర్హత కలిగితే నువ్వు అనంతం కేసి అదృశ్యమవుతావు. నీకు అర్హత లేకుంటే తిరిగి వెనక్కి వస్తావు. గుర్తుంచుకోవాల్సిన రెండో విషయం చైతన్యానికి సంబంధించిన శక్తి. అది నీకు సంబంధించింది కాదు. దేవుడి నించీ నిరంతరం నీలోకి ప్రవహించేది. నువ్వు అతన్ని అనుక్షణం శ్వాసిస్తున్నావు. ఆ స్పృహ లేకుండా అంటే ఆ విషయం నీకు తెలీకుండానే అనుకో.

బ్రహ్మ దుఃఖమును పోగొట్టుటకై ఫాల భాగమునుండి రుద్రుడుదయించి ఏకాదశ రుద్రులుగ మారి చీకటులను తొలగించి అంతరిక్షము నేర్పరచెను. అవరోధము లేని శక్తి రుద్ర శక్తి. అట్టి శక్తి రూపమును దాల్చునది శ్రీమాతయే. సృష్టి యందు అవరోధము లేర్పడినప్పుడు, అసుర శక్తులు విజృంభించినపుడు, పెనుమార్పులు అవసరమైనపుడు శ్రీమాతయే రుద్రరూపమును దాల్చి కావ్యములను చక్కబెట్టును.
సృష్టిని తనలోనికి లయము చేసుకొనుట తిరోధానము. ఇట్టి తిరోధానమునకు రౌద్రము, రుద్ర రూపము అవసరము. అట్టి రూపమును ధరించి ప్రళయకాల రుద్రుని వలె సృష్టిని ప్రళయములోనికి నడుపునది శ్రీదేవి.

*🌻 Tirodhānakarī तिरोधानकरी (270)🌻*
She causes annihilation and makes the universe disappear. Tirodhāna is the fourth act of the Brahman, which is called the great dissolution or the pralaya. Why this dissolution is necessary when every living being is subjected to death? The presence of ego makes a man live, as ego is a part of antaḥkaraṇa (mind, consciousness, intellect and ego). Without ego the man cannot exist.
The ego is present in the soul and not in the physical body. The presence of ego in the soul hides the Brahman from realization. The souls never get destroyed and subject to their karmic account either they are re-born or merge with the Brahman. The law of karma says that a soul can have only three solutions. One is to merge with the Brahman, second is to reborn and the third is to get dissolved during the great dissolution. A majority of the souls are re-reborn.
To remove the evil effects of ego in the souls, the great dissolution takes place. Such great dissolutions take place after billions of years. The soul can be destroyed only by the Supreme Brahman. The Supreme Brahman simply acts as a witness and does not get involved in the actions associated with the souls. At one point of time, He wakes up and causes the great dissolution by taking back all the atoms of the universe.
The great dissolution happens when lesser number of souls merges with the Brahman and more souls are reborn. Such a situation arises, only when more sins are committed. In fact the great dissolution means the total destruction of ego from the universe. Not even a single life exists after the great dissolution. The Brahman draws the entire universe unto him and at the time of recreation, this takes the shape of the golden egg or hiraṇyagarbha.
