'సాక్షిగా ఉన్న ఆత్మ ఆకాశం లాంటిది. పక్షులు ఆకాశంలో ఎగురుతాయి కానీ అవి పాదముద్రలు వేయవు. మేల్కొన్న మనిషి పాదముద్రలు వేయని విధంగా జీవిస్తాడని బుద్ధుడు చెప్పేది అదే. అతను గాయాలు లేకుండా మరియు మచ్చలు లేకుండా ఉంటాడు. అతను వెనక్కి తిరిగి చూడడు -- ప్రయోజనం లేదు. అతను ఆ క్షణాన్ని పూర్తిగా జీవించాడు, మళ్లీ మళ్లీ వెనక్కి తిరిగి చూసుకోవాల్సిన అవసరం ఏమిటి? అతను ఎప్పుడూ ముందుకు చూడడు, వెనక్కి తిరిగి చూడడు, కేవలం ప్రస్తుత క్షణంలో జీవిస్తాడు.'
