*In this verse it appears that Arjuna is already satisfied with his understanding of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Kṛṣṇa. By Kṛṣṇa’s grace, Arjuna has personal experience, intelligence and knowledge and whatever else a person may have, and through all these agencies he has understood Kṛṣṇa to be the Supreme Personality of Godhead. For him there is no doubt, yet he is asking Kṛṣṇa to explain His all-pervading nature.*
*People in general and the impersonalists in particular concern themselves mainly with the all-pervading nature of the Supreme. So Arjuna is asking Kṛṣṇa how He exists in His all-pervading aspect through His different energies. One should know that this is being asked by Arjuna on behalf of the common people.*

*🌻 Mode of worshipping Gaṇeśa (gaṇeśapūjā) 🌻*
The God said:
1-2. I shall describe the (mode of) worship of Gaṇa [i.e., gaṇapūjā, gaṇeśapūjā]. (Gaṇeśa) which removes obstacles and confers the desired. objects. (The worship of six kinds should be done as follows): The heart with “oblations to Gaṇeśa”, the head with “(obla-tions) to the one-tusked”, the tuft with “(oblations) to the one who has the ear like that of an elephant”, the armour with “(oblations) to the elephant-faced”, the eye with “(oblations) to the big-bellied,” the weapons with “(oblations) to one who has his own tusk in his hands”.
3-5. One should worship the gaṇa, the preceptor, the sandals, the (divine) energy, Ananta, the dharma, and the collection of bones in the lower part of the pedestal, the cover, the petals of the lotus, the lotus and the principal letter, (should be worshipped) in the upper part. (The energies) (are) Jvālinī, Nandā, Sūryeśā, Kāmarūpā, Udayā, Kāmavarttinī, Satyā, and Vighnanāśā. The seat (should be worshipped) with perfumes and earth. (With the following letters the appropriate acts should be performed): the drying with Yaṃ, the burning with raṃ, the agitating with laṃ and making it to nectar with vaṃ.
The gāyatrī-mantra is:
Om bodarāya vidmahe mahodarāya dhīmahi tanno dantī pracodayāt.
[“May we know the Supreme person. For that, we meditate upon Lambodara (long-bellied) and Mahodara (big-bellied). May Dantin (one who has the tusk) impel us towards it.”]
6-7. The following are the names of Gaṇeśa to be worshipped: “Gaṇapati (Lord of gaṇas), Gaṇādhipa (chieftain of the gaṇas), Gaṇeśa (Lord of gaṇas), Gaṇanāyaka (the lord of gaṇas), Gaṇakrīḍa (one who sports with the gaṇas), Vakratuṇḍa (having a bent trunk), Ekadaṃṣṭra (having one tusk), Mahodara (big-bellied), Gajavaktra (elephant-faced), Lambakukṣi (long-bellied), Vikaṭa (dreadful), Vighnanāśana (destroyer of impediments), Dhūnravarṇa (tawny-coloured) and Mahendra.

*వర్ణం అంటే ‘రంగు’ కాదు. అంటే ఇది చర్మంలోని ఆర్య లేదా ద్రావిడ వ్యత్యాసాన్ని సూచించడంలేదు. మానవుల సామాజిక సంస్థలో ఉన్నతమైన మరియు తక్కువ వంటి దేనినీ సూచించదు. అలా అనుకోవడం వాస్తవాన్ని పూర్తిగా తప్పుగా అర్థం చేసుకున్నట్టే. వర్ణం అనేది కళ్లకు కనిపించే ‘రంగు’ కాదు. మనసుకు అర్థమయ్యే ఒక స్థాయి. అంటే 'వర్ణ' అనే పదం ద్వారా మనం మానవ సమాజంలో ధర్మం యొక్క వ్యక్తీకరణ స్థాయిలను అర్థం చేసుకోవాలి, తద్వారా వారి కలయిక లేదా సమన్వయం మానవ సమాజాన్ని మరియు ఉనికిని నిలబెట్టుకుంటుంది.*
*జీవితం అనేది విభజించనలవికానిది. దాని విజ్ఞానం, శక్తి, ఐశ్వర్యం మరియు శక్తితో నిరంతరం ఏకీకృతమైనప్పటికీ, ఏ నిర్దిష్ట మానవుడిలోనూ అంత సమగ్ర పద్ధతిలో వ్యక్తీకరించ బడదు. అతను అతి మానవుడైతే తప్ప. సాధారణ మానవులలో, ఈ నాలుగు పార్శ్వాల సమగ్ర కలయిక అసాధ్యం. పరిపూర్ణత లేని చోట ఆనందం ఎక్కడా ఉండదు.*

*Varna does not mean ‘colour’ referring to the Aryan or the Dravidian difference of skin, nor indicating anything like the superior and the inferior in the social organisation of human beings. To think so would be a total misconstruing of fact. Varna is not a ‘colour’ visible to the eyes but a ‘degree’ conceivable by the mind; which means to say that by the term ‘varna’ we are to understand the degrees of expression of dharma in human society in such a way that their coming together or coordination will sustain human society and existence.*
*Though life is a continuous and single whole enshrining in its bosom knowledge, power, richness and energy, it cannot be manifest in any particular human individual in such a comprehensive fashion unless he is a Superman (ati-manava). In ordinary human beings, such a blending of the four factors is impossible. Happiness is nowhere to be found where perfection is absent.*
