మహాఋషులు ప్రామాణిక వచనములైనట్టి వేదమంత్రములు మరియు వేదాంతసూత్రముల ననుసరించి విశ్వము యొక్క మూలాంశములను ఈ క్రింది విధముగా అవగాహననము చేసికొనవచ్చును.
తొలుత పృథివి, జలము, అగ్ని, వాయువు, ఆకాశామును పంచమహాభూతములు, తరువాత మిథ్యాహంకారము, బుద్ధి, ప్రకృతిజన్య త్రిగుణముల అవ్యక్తస్థితి, ఆ తరువాత త్వక్, చక్షు, శోత్ర, జిహ్వ, ఘ్రాణములనెడి పంద జ్ఞానేంద్రియములు, ఆ పిదప వాక్కు, పాదములు, హస్తములు, గుదము, జననేంద్రియములనెడి పంచ కర్మేంద్రియములు, ఆ ఇంద్రియములపై మనస్సు గలవు. ఈ మనస్సు అంతరమందుండుటచే అతరేంద్రియముగా పిలువబడును.
కావున ఈ మనస్సుతో కలిపి మొత్తము పదుకొండు ఇంద్రియములు గలవు. ఇక శబ్ద, స్పర్శ, రూప, రస, గంధములనెడి ఇంద్రియార్థములు ఐదు. ఈ ఇరువదినాలుగు అంశములు విశ్లేషణాత్మక అధ్యయనము కావించినచో కర్మక్షేత్రము అతనికి సంపూర్ణముగా అవగతము కాగలదు. ఇక అంత:ప్రక్రియములైన కోరిక, ద్వేషము, సుఖము, దుఃఖము అనునవి దేహమునందు పంచభూతముల యొక్క ప్రాతినిధ్యములు.

The five great elements, false ego, intelligence, the unmanifested, the ten senses and the mind, the five sense objects, desire, hatred, happiness, distress, the aggregate, the life symptoms, and convictions – all these are considered, in summary, to be the field of activities and its interactions.
🌹 Purport :
From all the authoritative statements of the great sages, the Vedic hymns and the aphorisms of the Vedānta-sūtra, the components of this world can be understood as follows.
First there are earth, water, fire, air and ether. These are the five great elements (mahā-bhūta). Then there are false ego, intelligence and the unmanifested stage of the three modes of nature.
Then there are five senses for acquiring knowledge: the eyes, ears, nose, tongue and skin. Then five working senses: voice, legs, hands, anus and genitals. Then, above the senses, there is the mind, which is within and which can be called the sense within.
Therefore, including the mind, there are eleven senses altogether. Then there are the five objects of the senses: smell, taste, form, touch and sound. Now the aggregate of these twenty-four elements is called the field of activity.
If one makes an analytical study of these twenty-four subjects, then he can very well understand the field of activity. Then there are desire, hatred, happiness and distress, which are interactions, representations of the five great elements in the gross body.
The living symptoms, represented by consciousness, and convictions are the manifestation of the subtle body – mind, ego and intelligence.
These subtle elements are included within the field of activities.

*🌻 Projections and Background 🌻*
All our concepts exist for us as long as we exist as individuals, as well-defined units. When we open up to infinity they also don’t continue to exist.
The biggest of all illusions is our having the feeling that “I exist”. Krishna whispered Arjuna the secret of all secrets into the ear: “You don’t exist at all.” There is nothing other than THAT. There is not something like my soul and your soul; only seemingly we are many.
There is one soul, one consciousness, one vital force working through many forms. This is a secret, for even if we hear it every day we keep on forgetting it. Meditation and prayer are means to remain in this connection.
And we keep on gathering in groups to remind us of the unity of this bond. When this connection is strengthened we can realise the work of the Divine in its diversity and magnificence.
This is life in synthesis. We achieve it when we understand that we are the background.
As soon as we awake and think that we exist, this awareness is a projection of existence itself. Everything is just a projection on this background from out of which our consciousness springs – our thoughts, desires and actions.
When we live in projections, however sublime they might be, we lose sight of the whole and fall into the multiplicity of concepts.
But if we can remain with the awareness of the background we have a conscious connection with the source even while working in daily life.
Then we always know what we have to do in a given moment, and all that happens becomes acceptable for us. We live in the awareness that we are a creation of the origin, like every other being, too. We are always only THAT.

*🌻. “Is there any way for me to regain my identification with the Supreme Soul? O Lord God, Please grant liberation to this being. 🌻*
I offer my prostrations at your feet. Please show mercy upon me.” We heard that Mother Goddess was thus offering prayers repeatedly, pleading with the Lord.
Mother Goddess is speaking as if she has also fallen into the delusion of identifying herself with the body. Mother Goddess knows that it is only when she also behaves like one who has become victimized by delusion, that the Lord will openly disclose the secret in its entirety.
The Lord will then feel, “If Mother Goddess herself has begun to feel this way, I have no option but to reveal to Parvati the secret process by which liberation may be attained.”
When the Lord speaks of the method, the discourse is heard by all the assembled sages in a subtle manner.
That all of us should benefit by this teaching, and that all of us should transcend this illusion, Mother Goddess has appealed on behalf of all us.
We do not have the capacity to behold Lord Siva, who is the Supreme invisible energy. She has seen him. She is the Mother to all us.
She has recognised our plight and knew the only way by which this knowledge could be extracted from the Lord. She has immeasurable compassion towards us.
Hence she pretended as if she were also drowned in delusion like the rest of us. She has done this entirely for our benefit. She has expressed her question in a pleading tone. She has clearly stated her desire and the purpose of her questioning.
The Mother of the Universe has demonstrated to us the way an ideal disciple should behave.

అమ్మా! పార్వతీ దేవీ కొండలకు రాజు అయిన నీ తండ్రి హిమవంతుడు తన కొండ చరియల నుండి కొంత విస్తీర్ణము తీసి నీ వివాహ సమయమున భరణముగా ఉంచెను. అందువలన నీ పిరుదులు అతిశయముతో భూమిని కప్పుచున్నవి.అందువలన భూమి చిన్నతనము పొందుచున్నది.దేవికి భూమి ఆసనమయి ఉన్నది కదా!

అక్కాచెల్లెండ్రయిన దితి మరియు అదితులలో అదితి తనయులు అదిత్యులుగా, దితి తనయులు దైత్యులుగా పిలువబడిరి. వారిలో ఆదిత్యులు భగవానుని భక్తులు కాగా, దైత్యులు నాస్తికులైరి. ప్రహ్లాదుడు అట్టి దైత్యవంశమున జన్మించినప్పటికి చిన్ననాటి నుండియు గొప్పభక్తుడై యుండెను. తన భక్తితత్పరత మరియు దైవీస్వభావము కారణముగా అతడు శ్రీకృష్ణుని ప్రతినిధిగా గుర్తింపబడినాడు.

🌷 Translation :
Among the Daitya demons I am the devoted Prahlāda, among subduers I am time, among beasts I am the lion, and among birds I am Garuḍa.
🌹 Purport :
Diti and Aditi are two sisters. The sons of Aditi are called Ādityas, and the sons of Diti are called Daityas.
All the Ādityas are devotees of the Lord, and all the Daityas are atheistic. Although Prahlāda was born in the family of the Daityas, he was a great devotee from his childhood. Because of his devotional service and godly nature, he is considered to be a representative of Kṛṣṇa.
There are many subduing principles, but time wears down all things in the material universe and so represents Kṛṣṇa.
Of the many animals, the lion is the most powerful and ferocious, and of the million varieties of birds, Garuḍa, the bearer of Lord Viṣṇu, is the greatest.
