అమావాస్య చూపరులకు శూన్య స్థితి. పూర్ణిమ పూర్ణస్థితి. కనుపింపక పోయిననూ చంద్రబింబము పూర్ణముగనే యున్నది. కనిపించుట, కనిపించకపోవుట లోకుల దృష్టి యందు. జ్ఞానదృష్టికి లేనిదంటూ లేదు. యోగులకు, జ్ఞానులకు అమావాస్య పర్వదినము. అంతర్లోక దర్శనములు, దివ్యలోక దర్శన ములు అంతర్ముఖముగ పొందుటకు అమావాస్యయే ప్రధానము. యోగులకు అమావాస్య నిజమగు పౌర్ణమి. వారికి రాత్రులు పగలే.
ఎప్పుడునూ వున్నటువంటి, నిత్యమైనటువంటి శ్రీమాత పదిహేను కళలతో క్రమముగ అవతరించు చుండును. మరల పదిహేను కళలతో క్రమముగ తిరోధానము చెందుచుండును. ఇట్లు సృష్టి అవరోహణము, ఆరోహణము గావించు చుండును. షోడశీ మంత్రము ద్వారా శ్రీమాత నారాధించు వారికి సంతోషముతో దర్శన మిచ్చును. అభీష్టముల నొసగును. శ్రీమాత షోడశాక్షరీ మంత్రము, కోటి వాజపేయములు, షోడశి యాగముల కంటే గొప్పది యని శ్రీవిద్యా ఉపాసకులు భావింతురు.

This nāma says that She is pleased with those who recite Her ṣodaśī mantra than performing thousands of fire rituals discussed earlier. During the dark fortnight (waning) of the moon, Lalitāmbikā i is said to be in the sun (Sūrya maṇḍala) and during bright fortnight (waxing) She is said to be in the moon (Candra maṇḍala).
It has also been said that those who got initiated in Pañcadaśī mantra should use bright fortnight for perfecting this mantra and those who got initiated in ṣodaśī mantra should use dark fortnight for perfecting this mantra (attaining mantra siddhi). Those who recite Pañcadaśī mantra should practice it in day corresponding to the sun and those who practice ṣodaśī mantra should recite it in the night, corresponding to the moon.

🕉. ఒక బిడ్డ పుట్టినప్పుడు, అతని మొదటి ప్రేమ మరియు అతని మొదటి ఆహారం ఒకటే - తల్లి. కాబట్టి ఆహారం మరియు ప్రేమ మధ్య లోతైన అనుబంధం ఉంది; నిజానికి, ఆహారం మొదట వస్తుంది, ప్రేమ తరువాత వస్తుంది. 🕉

🍀 222. FOOD - LOVE🍀
🕉. When a child is born, his first love and his first food are the same thing - the mother. So there is a deep association between food and love; in fact, food comes first and then love follows. 🕉
The first day the child cannot understand love. He understands the language of food, the natural primitive language of all animals. The child is born with hunger; food is needed immediately. Love will not be needed until long after-it is not so much of an emergency. One can live without love one's whole life, but one cannot live without food-that's the trouble. By and by he feels that whenever the mother is very loving, she gives her breast in a different way. When she is not loving, but angry or sad, she gives the breast very reluctantly or does not give it at all. So the child becomes aware 'that whenever the mother is loving, whenever food is available, love is available. This awareness is in the unconscious.
When you are missing a life of love you eat more - it becomes a substitute. And with food things are simple, because food is dead. You can go on eating as much as you want-food cannot say no. One remains a master with food. But in love you are no longer the master. So I will say forget about food, go on eating as much as you want. But start a life of love, and immediately you will see you are not eating so much. Have you watched? If you are happy you don't eat too much. A happy person feels so fulfilled that he feels no space inside. An unhappy person goes on throwing food into himself.

మిక్కిలి శ్రేష్ఠమగు రత్నములతో అలంకరింపబడిన కిరీటమును, అంగదములను, వైజయంతీ మాలను, మరియు చక్రమును విష్ణువు ఆతనికి ఇచ్చెను (40). శివుడు శూలమును, పినాకమనే ధనస్సును, పరశువును, శక్తిని, పాశుపత సంహారాస్త్రములను, పరమవిద్యను అతనికి ఇచ్చెను (41). నేను యజ్ఞ సూత్రమును, వేదములను, వేదమాతను, కమండలమును, బ్రహ్మాస్త్రములను మరియు శత్రు సంహార విద్యను ఇచ్చితిని (42).

తరువాత కామదేవుడు అతనికి కామాస్త్రమును, గదను, తన విద్యలను పరమానందముతో నిచ్చెను (47). క్షీరసముద్రుడు అమూల్యములగు రత్నములను గొప్ప రత్ననూపురమును, హిమవంతుడు దివ్యములగు అలంకారములను, వస్త్రములను (48), గరుడుడు చిత్ర బర్హణడను పేరు గల తన కుమారుని ఇచ్చిరి. పాదములే ఆయుధములుగా గలవాడు, బలశాలి అగు తామ్రచూడుడను పేరుగల వానిని అరుణుడు ఇచ్చెను (49). మహానందముతో నవ్వుచున్న పార్వతి అతనికి పరమైశ్వర్యమును, చిరంజీవి త్వమును ప్రీతితో నిచ్చెను (50).

47. The delighted lord of Kāṃa gave him the weapon of love, a club and his own lore with great pleasure.
48. The ocean of milk gave him valuable gems and a splendid anklet set with gems. Himavat gave him divine ornaments and garments.
49. Garuḍa gave him his own son Citrabarhaṇa; Aruṇa a powerful cock Tāmracūḍa.
50. Pārvatī gave him power and prosperity smilingly and joyously. She gave him longevity too with great pleasure.

ప్రథమ సంపుటము, అధ్యాయము - 29
🌻. సర్వతోభద్ర మండల విధి - 4 🌻
పదునాలుగు హస్తముల క్షేత్రమును ఏడు భాగములుగ విభజించి, మరల రెండేసి భాగములుగ విభజింపవలెను. లేదా - తూర్పునుండి పశ్చిమము వరకును, ఉత్తరమునుండి దక్షిణము వరకును పదునైదేసి సమానరేఖలు గీయవలెను. ఇట్లు చేయుటచే నూటతొంబదియారు కోష్ఠము లేర్పడును. వీటిలో మధ్య నున్న నాలుగు కోష్ఠములచే భద్రమండలము ఏర్పరుపవలెను. దాని నాలుగు వైపుల వీథికొరకై స్థానము విడువవలెను.
మరల అన్ని దిక్కులందును కమలములు గీయవలెను. ఆ కమలములు నాల్గు వైపులందును వీథికొరకై ఒక్కొక్క కోష్ఠమును తుడిచివేయవలెను. పిమ్మట, మధ్య నున్న రెండేసి కోష్ఠములను కంఠభాగముకొరకై తుడిచివేయవలెను. పిమ్మట వెలుపల నున్న నాలుగేసికోష్టమలలో మూడు మూడు కోష్ఠములను తుడిచివేయవలెను. వెలుపల నున్న ఒక్కొక్క కోష్ఠమును కంఠస్థానపార్శ్వమునందు మిగల్చవలెను. దానికి ద్వారశోభ యనిపేరు.
వెలుపల నున్న కోణములలో ఏడింటిని మినహాయించి లోపల నున్న మూడేసి కోష్ఠములను తుడిచివేయవలెను. దానికి 'నవనాలము' లేదా ''నవనాభమండలము'' అని పేరు. దాని తొమ్మిది నాభులయందు, నవవ్యూహరూపుడైన శ్రీహరిని పూజింపవలెను. ఇరువదియైదు వ్యూహముల మండలము విశ్వవ్యాపి యైనది. ముప్పదిరెండు హస్తముల క్షేత్రమును, ముప్పదిరెండుచేతనే సమముగా విభజింపవలెను.
అనగా పైనుంచి క్రిందికి ముప్పదిమూడు రేఖలు గీసి, అడ్డముగా కూడ ముప్పదిమూడు రేఖలు గీయవలెను. ఈ విధముగ ఒక వెయ్యి ఇరువదినాలుగు కోష్ఠములు ఏర్పడును. వాటిలో మధ్య నున్న పదునారు కోష్ఠకములతో ''భద్రమండలము''ను నిర్మింపవలెను. మరల నాలుగు ప్రక్కల నున్న ఒక్కొక్క పంక్తిని విడువలెను. పిమ్మట ఎనిమిది దిక్కులందును పదునారు కోష్ఠకములచే ఎనిమిది భద్రమండలములు ఏర్పరుపవలెను. దీనికి ''భద్రాష్టకము'' అని పేరు.

🌻 Mode of worshipping Hari in the figure called Sarvatobhadra - 4 🌻
27-29. Then the ground should be divided into seven parts each of them measuring equally of fourteen cubits. There should be two hundred and ninety-six apartments. (The word) Bhadra (welfare is written in four (compartments) in the middle. All around that (space) is set apart for pathway. Then lotus (figures). are drawn in all directions. Having swept clean around the pathway, four central quarters in all directions are set apart for (providing) the neck.
30. Four (apartments) are set apart outside and then three in each row. By the side of the neck there should be (an apartment) outside known as the ornament.
31-32. Among the outer angles leaving off seven, (the rest) and three inside are sprinkled (with water). An altar of nine divisions is formed in this way consisting of nine parts. (This is) the circular (altar) of twenty-five compartments (in which) the universal form of Hari is worshipped. Thirty-two cubits of ground should be equally divided into thirty-two (compartments).
33-34. When it is done in this way, there would be one thousand and twenty-four compartments. Having written the (word) bhadraka (welfare) in the sixteen middle squares and having sprinkled water on the adjacent rows (of compartments), the eight bhadrakas are written in sixteen apartments in all directions.

పదునాలుగు
హస్తముల క్షేత్రమును ఏడు భాగములుగ విభజించి, మరల రెండేసి భాగములుగ
విభజింపవలెను. లేదా - తూర్పునుండి పశ్చిమము వరకును, ఉత్తరమునుండి దక్షిణము
వరకును పదునైదేసి సమానరేఖలు గీయవలెను. ఇట్లు చేయుటచే నూటతొంబదియారు కోష్ఠము
లేర్పడును. వీటిలో మధ్య నున్న నాలుగు కోష్ఠములచే భద్రమండలము ఏర్పరుపవలెను.
దాని నాలుగు వైపుల వీథికొరకై స్థానము విడువవలెను.
మరల
అన్ని దిక్కులందును కమలములు గీయవలెను. ఆ కమలములు నాల్గు వైపులందును
వీథికొరకై ఒక్కొక్క కోష్ఠమును తుడిచివేయవలెను. పిమ్మట, మధ్య నున్న రెండేసి
కోష్ఠములను కంఠభాగముకొరకై తుడిచివేయవలెను. పిమ్మట వెలుపల నున్న
నాలుగేసికోష్టమలలో మూడు మూడు కోష్ఠములను తుడిచివేయవలెను. వెలుపల నున్న
ఒక్కొక్క కోష్ఠమును కంఠస్థానపార్శ్వమునందు మిగల్చవలెను. దానికి ద్వారశోభ
యనిపేరు.
వెలుపల నున్న
కోణములలో ఏడింటిని మినహాయించి లోపల నున్న మూడేసి కోష్ఠములను
తుడిచివేయవలెను. దానికి 'నవనాలము' లేదా ''నవనాభమండలము'' అని పేరు. దాని
తొమ్మిది నాభులయందు, నవవ్యూహరూపుడైన శ్రీహరిని పూజింపవలెను. ఇరువదియైదు
వ్యూహముల మండలము విశ్వవ్యాపి యైనది. ముప్పదిరెండు హస్తముల క్షేత్రమును,
ముప్పదిరెండుచేతనే సమముగా విభజింపవలెను.
అనగా
పైనుంచి క్రిందికి ముప్పదిమూడు రేఖలు గీసి, అడ్డముగా కూడ ముప్పదిమూడు
రేఖలు గీయవలెను. ఈ విధముగ ఒక వెయ్యి ఇరువదినాలుగు కోష్ఠములు ఏర్పడును.
వాటిలో మధ్య నున్న పదునారు కోష్ఠకములతో ''భద్రమండలము''ను నిర్మింపవలెను.
మరల నాలుగు ప్రక్కల నున్న ఒక్కొక్క పంక్తిని విడువలెను. పిమ్మట ఎనిమిది
దిక్కులందును పదునారు కోష్ఠకములచే ఎనిమిది భద్రమండలములు ఏర్పరుపవలెను.
దీనికి ''భద్రాష్టకము'' అని పేరు.

Then the ground should be divided into seven parts each of them
measuring equally of fourteen cubits. There should be two hundred and
ninety-six apartments. (The word) Bhadra (welfare is written in four
(compartments) in the middle. All around that (space) is set apart for
pathway. Then lotus (figures). are drawn in all directions. Having swept
clean around the pathway, four central quarters in all directions are
set apart for (providing) the neck.
30.
Four (apartments) are set apart outside and then three in each row. By
the side of the neck there should be (an apartment) outside known as the
ornament.
31-32.
Among the outer angles leaving off seven, (the rest) and three inside
are sprinkled (with water). An altar of nine divisions is formed in this
way consisting of nine parts. (This is) the circular (altar) of
twenty-five compartments (in which) the universal form of Hari is
worshipped. Thirty-two cubits of ground should be equally divided into
thirty-two (compartments).
33-34.
When it is done in this way, there would be one thousand and
twenty-four compartments. Having written the (word) bhadraka (welfare)
in the sixteen middle squares and having sprinkled water on the adjacent
rows (of compartments), the eight bhadrakas are written in sixteen
apartments in all directions.

మరియు చక్రమును విష్ణువు ఆతనికి ఇచ్చెను (40). శివుడు శూలమును, పినాకమనే
ధనస్సును, పరశువును, శక్తిని, పాశుపత సంహారాస్త్రములను, పరమవిద్యను అతనికి
ఇచ్చెను (41). నేను యజ్ఞ సూత్రమును, వేదములను, వేదమాతను, కమండలమును,
బ్రహ్మాస్త్రములను మరియు శత్రు సంహార విద్యను ఇచ్చితిని (42).
ఇంద్రుడు
ఐరావతమును మరియు వజ్రమును అతనికి ఇచ్చెను. వరుణుడు తెల్లని గొడుగును,

అగ్ని తన కుమారునకు ప్రేమతో మహాశక్తిని ఇచ్చెను. నిర్‌ఋతి తన శస్త్రమును,
వాయువు వాయవ్యాస్త్రమును ఇచ్చెను (45). కుబేరుడు గదను, ఈశుడు శూలమును
ఇచ్చెను. దేవతలందరు అనేక శస్త్రాస్త్రములను ప్రీతితో నిచ్చిరి (46).
తరువాత
కామదేవుడు అతనికి కామాస్త్రమును, గదను, తన విద్యలను పరమానందముతో నిచ్చెను
(47). క్షీరసముద్రుడు అమూల్యములగు రత్నములను గొప్ప రత్ననూపురమును,
హిమవంతుడు దివ్యములగు అలంకారములను, వస్త్రములను (48), గరుడుడు చిత్ర
బర్హణడను పేరు గల తన కుమారుని ఇచ్చిరి. పాదములే ఆయుధములుగా గలవాడు, బలశాలి
అగు తామ్రచూడుడను పేరుగల వానిని అరుణుడు ఇచ్చెను (49). మహానందముతో
నవ్వుచున్న పార్వతి అతనికి పరమైశ్వర్యమును, చిరంజీవి త్వమును ప్రీతితో
నిచ్చెను (50).

I gave him the holy thread, the Vedas, the mantra Gāyatrī, the vessel
Kamaṇḍalu, the arrow Brahmāstra and the lore that destroys the enemy.

Then Indra gave him a lordly elephant and a thunderbolt. The lord of
the waters, Varuṇa, gave him a white umbrella and a necklace of gems to
wear.
44. The sun
gave him a chariot as fast as the mind and a coat of mail with great
equipments; Yama his own staff: the moon a vessel full of nectar.
45. Agni lovingly gave him a spear; Nirṛti his own weapon and the wind his own weapon.
46. Kubera gave him a mace; Śiva a spear; the gods different kinds of weapons and implements.
47. The delighted lord of Kāṃa gave him the weapon of love, a club and his own lore with great pleasure.
48.
The ocean of milk gave him valuable gems and a splendid anklet set with
gems. Himavat gave him divine ornaments and garments.
49. Garuḍa gave him his own son Citrabarhaṇa; Aruṇa a powerful cock Tāmracūḍa.
50. Pārvatī gave him power and prosperity smilingly and joyously. She gave him longevity too with great pleasure.

దొరికినప్పుడల్లా ప్రేమ అందుబాటులో ఉంటుందని బిడ్డకు తెలుసు. కానీ ఈ అవగాహన
అపస్మారక స్థితిలో ఉన్న అవగాహన.*

ప్రేమ జీవితాన్ని కోల్పోతున్నప్పుడు ఎక్కువగా తింటారు - అది
ప్రత్యామ్నాయంగా మారుతుంది. ఆహారంతో విషయాలు చాలా సులభం. ఎందుకంటే ఆహారం
చనిపోయినది. మీకు కావలసినంత తినడం మీరు కొనసాగించవచ్చు. ఆహారం తనను
తినవద్దు అని చెప్పలేదు. ఒకరు ఆహారంతో మాస్టర్‌గా మిగిలిపోతారు. కానీ
ప్రేమలో మీరు ఇంకా మాస్టర్ కాదు. కాబట్టి ఆహారం గురించి మరచిపోండి, మీకు
కావలసినంత తినడం మాత్రమే చేయండి. కానీ ప్రేమతో కూడిన జీవితాన్ని
ప్రారంభించండి. మీరు ఎక్కువగా తినడం లేదని మీరు వెంటనే చూస్తారు. మీరు
చూసారా? మీరు సంతోషంగా ఉంటే, మీరు ఎక్కువగా తినరు. సంతోషంగా ఉన్న వ్యక్తి
తనకు లోపల ఖాళీ లేదని భావించేంత సంతృప్తిని పొందుతాడు. సంతోషంగా లేని
వ్యక్తి మాత్రమే ఆహారాన్ని తనలోకి విసరడం చేస్తాడు.*

When a child is born, his first love and his first food are the same
thing - the mother. So there is a deep association between food and
love; in fact, food comes first and then love follows. 🕉*
*The
first day the child cannot understand love. He understands the language
of food, the natural primitive language of all animals. The child is
born with hunger; food is needed immediately. Love will not be needed
until long after-it is not so much of an emergency. One can live without
love one's whole life, but one cannot live without food-that's the
trouble. By and by he feels that whenever the mother is very loving, she
gives her breast in a different way. When she is not loving, but angry
or sad, she gives the breast very reluctantly or does not give it at
all. So the child becomes aware 'that whenever the mother is loving,
whenever food is available, love is available. This awareness is in the
unconscious.*
*When
you are missing a life of love you eat more - it becomes a substitute.
And with food things are simple, because food is dead. You can go on
eating as much as you want-food cannot say no. One remains a master with
food. But in love you are no longer the master. So I will say forget
about food, go on eating as much as you want. But start a life of love,
and immediately you will see you are not eating so much. Have you
watched? If you are happy you don't eat too much. A happy person feels
so fulfilled that he feels no space inside. An unhappy person goes on
throwing food into himself.*

అమావాస్యయే ప్రధానము. యోగులకు అమావాస్య నిజమగు పౌర్ణమి. వారికి రాత్రులు

వున్నటువంటి, నిత్యమైనటువంటి శ్రీమాత పదిహేను కళలతో క్రమముగ అవతరించు
చుండును. మరల పదిహేను కళలతో క్రమముగ తిరోధానము చెందుచుండును. ఇట్లు సృష్టి
అవరోహణము, ఆరోహణము గావించు చుండును. షోడశీ మంత్రము ద్వారా శ్రీమాత
నారాధించు వారికి సంతోషముతో దర్శన మిచ్చును. అభీష్టముల నొసగును. శ్రీమాత
షోడశాక్షరీ మంత్రము, కోటి వాజపేయములు, షోడశి యాగముల కంటే గొప్పది యని

nāma says that She is pleased with those who recite Her ṣodaśī mantra
than performing thousands of fire rituals discussed earlier. During the
dark fortnight (waning) of the moon, Lalitāmbikā i is said to be in the
sun (Sūrya maṇḍala) and during bright fortnight (waxing) She is said to
be in the moon (Candra maṇḍala).*
*It
has also been said that those who got initiated in Pañcadaśī mantra
should use bright fortnight for perfecting this mantra and those who got
initiated in ṣodaśī mantra should use dark fortnight for perfecting
this mantra (attaining mantra siddhi). Those who recite Pañcadaśī
mantra should practice it in day corresponding to the sun and those who
practice ṣodaśī mantra should recite it in the night, corresponding to
the moon.*
