Because of his devotional service and godly nature, he is considered to be a representative of Kṛṣṇa. There are many subduing principles, but time wears down all things in the material universe and so represents Kṛṣṇa. *'హుంఫట్‌' అను మంత్రముచే ప్రాకారమును భావన చేసి, ఆత్మరక్ష ఏర్పరచుకొనవలెను. దీని బైట, వెలుపల, క్రింద, మీద, భావన ద్వార శక్తి జాలమును విస్తరింపచేయవలెను. పిమ్మట మహాముద్రాప్రదర్శనముచేసి, పూరకప్రాణాయామముతో హృదయకమలమునందున్న శివుని ధ్యానించి, ఆనందామృతమయ మకరందముతో, (నిండిన) భావమయపుష్పము లతో శివునకు పాదములనుండి శిరస్సు వరకును అంగపూజ చేయవలెను. శివమంత్రములతో నాభికుండమునందున్న శివ స్వరూపాగ్నిని తృప్తుని చేయవలెను. ఆ శివానలమే లలాటమున బిందురూపములో నున్నది; దాని విగ్రహము మంగలమయము (అని) భావన చేయవలెను. స్వర్ణపాత్రము గాని, రజతపాత్రము గాని, తామ్రపాత్రము గాని అర్ఘ్యము నిమిత్తమై గ్రహించి దానిని అస్త్రబీజము (ఫట్‌) ఉచ్చరించుచు కడగవలెను.*
*బిందు రూపశివునినుండి అమృతము ఆవిర్భవించుచున్నట్లు భావనచేసి హృదయమంత్రము (నమః) ఉచ్చరించుచు, దానితో కలిసిన జలాక్షతాదులతో ఆ పాత్రను నింపవలెను. దానికి షడింగ పూజ చేసి, దేవతామూలమంత్రముచే అభిమంత్రించవలెను. అస్త్రమంత్రము (ఫట్‌) చే దాని రక్ష చేసి, కవచబీజ (హుమ్‌) ముచే దానిని కప్పవలెను. ఈ విధముగ అష్టాంగార్ఘ్యము ఏర్పరచి, ధేనుముద్రచే దానికి అమృతీకరణముచేసి, ఆ జలమును అన్ని వైపులను చల్లవలెను. తన శిరస్సుపై కూడ చల్లుకొనవలెను. పూజాసామగ్రిమీద కూడ అస్త్రబీజము నుచ్చరించుచు చల్లవలెను. హృదయబీజముతో అభిమంత్రించి, 'హుమ్‌' బీజముచే (లేదామత్స్యముద్రచే) దానిని ఆచ్ఛాందిచవలెను.*

*🌻 Mode of worshipping Śiva (śivapūjā) - 5 🌻*
31. Having protected the enclosure with the weapon and the outer place with its mantra the mahāmudrā consisting of the energy should be shown below and above that.
32-33. One should worship Śiva in the lotus in the heart from head to foot with the retention of breath and with the flowers of one’s own feeling. One should then offer the clarified butter of ambrosia to the fire of Śiva in the sacred pit of the navel with the mantras of Śiva. One should contemplate the white figure of the form of bindu on the forehead.
34. One of the vessels among the golden pitchers, should be purified by water of nectar got from the speck and by unbroken rice.
35. Having filled the vessel with the six constituents and after having worshipped it, it should be consecrated. After having protected it with the mantra hā one should cover it with the armour.
36. After having made ready the water of offering, one should sprinkle the eight constituents (with water) by (showing) the dhenumudrā (a particular form of intertwining the fingers representing the cow). One should then sprinkle one’s own self on the head with the particles of that water.
37. One should sprinkle water of the weapon on the materials of worship kept there. One should then encircle them with the armour of piṇḍa with the hṛt (mantra).
38-39. After having shown the amṛtā mudrā (formation with fingers denoting non-decay) and putting flower on its seat and a mark on the forehead consecrated by the principal mantra (of the god) a bold man should remain perfectly silent at the time of bathing, worship of the god, (offering) oblation unto fire, eating, practising yoga and repetition of necessary (mantras).

*The beauty that the sexes feel between each other is the glamour projected by this super-individual urge in the form of the sexes so that it may be safely said that sexual beauty which is visible to the male in the female and to the female in the male is the form of that lost identity of unisexuality which preceded the subsequent manifestation of bisexual individuals. Then, what is sexual beauty? Does it really exist? Yes, it does, and it does not.*
*It exists because it is seen; it does not exist because what is seen is not beauty but something else which is mistaken for what is known as beauty.
