*🌷. తాత్పర్యం : కాని ప్రస్తుత నేత్రములందే నన్ను గాంచలేవు గనుక నేను నీకు దివ్య నేత్రములను ఒసగుచున్నాను. నా యోగ వైభావమును వీక్షింపుము!*
*🌷. భాష్యము : శుద్ధభక్తుడైన వాడు శ్రీకృష్ణుని అతని ద్విభుజరూపమున కన్నను అన్యమైన ఏ రూపమునందు గాంచగోరడు. విశ్వరూపమును అతడు మనస్సుతోగాక, ఆధ్యాత్మిక చక్షువులతో ఆ దేవదేవుని కరుణ ద్వారా గాంచవలెను. కనుకనే విశ్వరూప దర్శనమునకు మనస్సునుగాక, దృష్టిని మార్చుకొనమని అర్జునుడు ఉపదేశింపబడినాడు. రాబోవు శ్లోకములందు స్పష్టపరుపబడినట్లు శ్రీకృష్ణుని విశ్వరూపము ప్రాధాన్యమైనది కాదు. అయినను అర్జునుడు కోరియున్నందున దాని దర్శనము కొరకై భగవానుడు అతనికి దివ్యదృష్టి నొసగినాడు. శ్రీకృష్ణునితో దివ్యమైన ప్రేమపూర్వక సంబంధమున చక్కగా నెలకొనిన భక్తులు అతని ప్రేమలక్షణములతోనే ఆకర్షితులగుదురు కాని విభూతిప్రదర్శచే కాదు.*
*శ్రీకృష్ణునితో ఆటలాడుకొను వారు, మిత్రులు, అతని తల్లితండ్రులు ఎన్నడును అతడు విభూతులను మరియు వైభవములను ప్రదర్శించవలెనని కోరియుండలేదు. శుద్ధప్రేమలో వారెంత మునిగియుండిరనగా అతడు దేవదేవుడనియు వారెరుగకుండిరి. తమ ప్రేమపూర్వక వ్యవహారములందు వారు శ్రీకృష్ణుడు దేవదేవుడనెడి విషయమును సైతము మరచిపోయిరి. శ్రీకృష్ణునితో ఆటలాడిన బాలురు కృతపుణ్య పుంజులనియు (ఘన పుణ్యాత్ములని) మరియు బహుజన్మల పిదపనే వారు ఆ విధముగా కృష్ణునితో క్రీడింప గలిగిరనియు శ్రీమద్భాగవతమున తెలుపబడినది. ఆ బాలురు శ్రీకృష్ణుని దేవదేవునిగా నెరుగక, తమ సన్నిహిత మిత్రునిగా భావించిరి.*

*divyaṁ dadāmi te cakṣuḥ paśya me yogam aiśvaram*
*🌷 Translation : But you cannot see Me with your present eyes. Therefore I give you divine eyes. Behold My mystic opulence!*
*🌹 Purport : A pure devotee does not like to see Kṛṣṇa in any form except His form with two hands; a devotee must see His universal form by His grace, not with the mind but with spiritual eyes. To see the universal form of Kṛṣṇa, Arjuna is told not to change his mind but his vision. The universal form of Kṛṣṇa is not very important; that will be clear in subsequent verses. Yet because Arjuna wanted to see it, the Lord gives him the particular vision required to see that universal form.*
*Devotees who are correctly situated in a transcendental relationship with Kṛṣṇa are attracted by loving features, not by a godless display of opulences. The playmates of Kṛṣṇa, the friends of Kṛṣṇa and the parents of Kṛṣṇa never want Kṛṣṇa to show His opulences. They are so immersed in pure love that they do not even know that Kṛṣṇa is the Supreme Personality of Godhead. In their loving exchange they forget that Kṛṣṇa is the Supreme Lord. In the Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam it is stated that the boys who play with Kṛṣṇa are all highly pious souls, and after many, many births they are able to play with Kṛṣṇa. Such boys do not know that Kṛṣṇa is the Supreme Personality of Godhead. They take Him as a personal friend.*

*వ్యాసుడిట్లు పలికెను- ఓ సనత్కుమారా! సర్వజ్ఞుడవగు నీవు శంకరమహాప్రభుని అద్భుతగాథను వినిపించితివి. ఈ గాథలోని లీల పావనము (1). ఓ మహర్షీ! నీవిపుడు నాపై దయను చూపి, ఆ పురుషునిచే విడిచిపెట్టబడిన రాహువు ఎచటకు వెళ్లెను? అను విషయమును మిక్కలి ప్రీతితో చెప్పుము (2).*
*సూతుడిట్లు పలికెను- మహాబుద్ధి మంతుడగు ఆ వ్యాసుని ఈ మాటను విని బ్రహ్మపుత్రుడగు ఆ మహర్షి ప్రసన్మగు మనస్సు గలవాడై ఇట్లు బదులిడెను (3).*
*సనత్కుమారుడిట్లు పలికెను- ఆ పురుషుడు రాహువును అభీరదేశములో విడిచి పెట్టుటచే, రాహువు జాతి బాహ్యుడై, భూలోకములో అట్టి ప్రఖ్యాతిని గాంచినాడు (4). తరువాత ఆతడు తనకు పునర్జన్మ లభించినదని భావించి తలవంచుకొని తొలగిన గర్వము గలవాడై మెల్లగా జలంధరుని నగరమును చేరెను (5). ఓ వ్యాసా! ఆతడు జలంధరుని వద్దకు వెళ్లి ఈశ్వరుని వ్యవహారము నంత నూ ఆ రాక్షసరాజునకు సంగ్రహముగా చెప్పెను (6). సముద్రపుత్రుడు, రాక్షసవీరులలో శ్రేష్ఠుడు, బలవంతుడు అగు జలంధరుడు ఆ వృత్తాంతమును విని కోపముతో కదలిపోయిన దేహము గలవాడు ఆయెను (7). అపుడు కొపమునకు పూర్తిగా వశమైన మనస్సు గల ఆ రాక్షసవీరుడు రాక్షససైన్యములన్నియు యుద్ధమునకు సన్నథ్ధము కావలెనని ఆదేశించెను (8).*

2. Now take pity on me and tell me with pleasure. O great sage, when released by that being where did Rāhu go?
Sūta said:—
3. On hearing the words of Vyāsa of immeasurable intelligence, the great sage, the delighted son of Brahmā, replied.
Sanatkumāra said:—
4. Rāhu had been let off in the land of the outcastes.[1] He too became an outcaste and came to be known in the world as such.
5. Considering that as his second birth he became humble. He became free from haughtiness. He slowly wended his way to the city of Jalandhara.
6. After approaching Jalandhara the lord of Daityas, he explained everything concerning Śiva in detail, O Vyāsa.
7. On hearing it, the powerful son of the ocean, the excellent lord of Daityas, Jalandhara became furious from head to foot.
8. Then the infuriated excellent Daitya commanded the entire army of the Daityas to enter into the fray.

*రాజ్యం ఎంత గొప్పదైనా మరియు మీ కృషి ఎంత గొప్పదైనా అది నెరవేరదు.' అప్పుడు ద్వారపాలకుడు కంటికి కొద్దిగా ధూళిని విసిరాడు. కన్ను వెంటనే రెప్పపాటు వేసి తన బరువునంతా కోల్పోయింది. కంటి కోరికలో అవగాహన యొక్క చిన్న దుమ్ము వేయాలి. కోరిక అదృశ్యమవుతుంది మరియు అవసరాలు మాత్రమే మిగిలి ఉన్నాయి, అవి బరువుగా ఉండవు. అవసరాలు చాలా తక్కువ, మరియు అవి అందంగా ఉంటాయి. కోరికలు వికారమైనవి మరియు అవి మనుషులను రాక్షసులుగా చేస్తాయి. పిచ్చి వ్యక్తులను సృష్టిస్తాయి. మీరు శాంతియుతంగా ఎలా ఎంచుకోవాలో నేర్చుకోవడం ప్రారంభించిన తర్వాత, ఒక చిన్న గది సరిపోతుంది; ఒక చిన్న పరిమాణంలో ఆహారం సరిపోతుంది; కొన్ని బట్టలు సరిపోతాయి; ఒక్క ప్రేమికుడు చాలు.*

*There is a Sufi story that when Alexander died and reached heaven he was carrying all his weight-his whole kingdom, gold, diamonds--of course not in reality, but as an idea. He was burdened too much by being Alexander. The gatekeeper started laughing and asked, "Why are you carrying such a burden?" Alexander said, "What burden?" So the gatekeeper gave him a scale and put an eye on one side of the scale He told Alexander to put all his weight, all his greatness, treasures and kingdom, on the other side. But that one eye still remained heavier than Alexander's whole kingdom. The gatekeeper said, "This is a human eye. It represents human desire.*
*It cannot be fulfilled, however great the kingdom and how ever great your efforts." Then the gatekeeper threw a little dust into the eye. The eye immediately blinked and lost all its weight. A little dust of understanding has to be thrown into the eye 0 desire. The desire disappears and only needs remain, which are no weighty. Needs are very few, and they are beautiful. Desires are ugly and they make monsters of men. They create mad people Once you start learning how to choose the peaceful, a small room is enough; a small quantity of food is enough; a few clothes are enough; one lover is enough.*
