ఆకాంక్ష లేదా కోరిక ఏ రకమైనదైనా, సంఘం కోసం గాని, వ్యక్తిగత మోక్షం కోసం గాని, ఆత్మసిద్ధి కోసం గాని, తక్షణం చర్య తీసుకోకుండా తప్పించు కునేటట్లు చేస్తుంది. కోరిక అనేది ఎప్పుడూ భవిష్యత్తుకి సంబంధించినదే. ఏదో అవాలనీ, ఏదో చెయ్యాలనీ కోరటం అంటే, ప్రస్తుతం దాని గురించి ఏవిధమైనా చర్యా తీసుకోవడం లేదనే. కానీ రేపటి కన్న ఇప్పటికే విలువ ఎక్కువ. ఇప్పుడు అనే దాంట్లోనే కాలమంతా ఉంది. ఇప్పుడు అనే దాన్ని అర్ధం చేసుకోవడమే కాలం నుంచి విముక్తి పొందడం. పరిణామమంటే దుఃఖం; అంటే కాలం మరొక రూపంలో కొనసాగడం. పరిణామంలో ఆస్తిత్వానికి తావు లేదు. అస్తిత్వం అనేది ప్రస్తుతంలోనే ఉంది. అస్తిత్వంలో ఉండటమే అత్యున్నతమైన పరివర్తన. పరిణామం అంటే కొద్ది మార్పులు మాత్రమే ఉన్న కొనసాగింపు. పర్తమానంలోనే - ఉన్న స్థితిలోనే సమూల పరివర్తనం ఉంటుంది.

Desire or Aspiration of any kind, whether for community, personal salvation or self-satisfaction, avoids immediate action. Desire is always about the future. Wanting to be or do something means not taking any action about it right now. Today is more valuable than tomorrow. All time is in the now. To understand the now is to be freed from time. Evolution is sorrow; It means that time continues in another form. Property has no place in evolution. Present is Existence. Being in existence is the highest transformation. Evolution means continuity with little change. Radical transformation takes place in the present - in the existing state.
