*తాత్పర్యము : ఈ విధముగా భాగవత ధర్మములను అనుష్ఠించు భక్తుని చిత్తము అత్యంత పరిశుద్ధమగును. పరమేశ్వరుని దివ్యగుణములను గూర్చి కేవలము విన్నంత మాత్రముననే అతడు అవలీలగా భగవత్ప్రాప్తిని పొందును.*
*వ్యాఖ్య : ఇలా పరిపూర్ణముగా నా ధర్మాలను, పరమాత్మను పొందడానికి కీర్తించడానికి దర్శించడానికి అన్ని ధర్మాలు ఆచరించే వారు ఈ గుణాలన్నీ కలిగి ఉంటారు. ఈ గుణాలన్నీ కలిగి ఉంటే మనసు పరిశుద్ధమవుతుంది. అలాంటి వాడు నా గుణములు విని ఎలాంటి నన్ను సాక్షాత్కరించుకోవాలని భావించాడో , అలాంటి గుణములు గల నన్ను చేరతారు. కానీ మనసుకున్న మురికి పోవాలంటే ఇవన్నీ చేయాలి. మనసు శుద్ధి అయిన తరువాత, "నేను ఇవన్నీ చేస్తున్నానని" వారికీ తెలియదు, పక్కవారికీ తెలియదు. "నేను ఇవన్నీ చేస్తున్నాను" అని చెప్పుకునే వాడు ధంభం కలవాడు. అలాంటి వారు చేసేది కొంగ జపమే.*

*MEANING : When one is fully qualified with all these transcendental attributes and his consciousness is thus completely purified, he is immediately attracted simply by hearing My name or hearing of My transcendental quality.*
*PURPORT : In the beginning of this instruction, the Lord explained to His mother that mad-guṇa-śruti-mātreṇa, simply by hearing of the name, quality, form, etc., of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, one is immediately attracted. A person becomes fully qualified with all transcendental qualities by following the rules and regulations, as recommended in different scriptures. We have developed certain unnecessary qualities by material association, and by following the above process we become free from that contamination. 19. O lord of Lakṣmī, O ocean of mercy, save us who have sought refuge in you. All the gods have been driven out of heaven by Jalandhara.
20. The sun has been dislodged from his post. Similarly the moon and the fire too have been removed. The Serpent-king has been removed from Pātāla and Dharmarāja has been dispossessed.
21. While men freely move about, the gods do not shine. We have sought refuge in you. Let measures for his annihilation be thought of.
Sanatkumāra said:—
22. On hearing these piteous entreaties of the gods, Viṣṇu the slayer of Madhu, the ocean of mercy, spoke in a thundering voice.

*🕉 In a primitive society the whole body is accepted. There is no condemnation. Nothinq is lower and nothing is higher. Everything simply is. 🕉*
*In accepting the body, yoga does not go far enough. It makes you very controlled, and every sort of control is a sort of repression. So you repress and then you forget all about the repression. It moves into the stomach, and near the diaphragm all those repressed things collect. The stomach is the only space where you can go on throwing things; nowhere else is there any space. The day your control explodes, you will feel so free, so alive. You will feel reborn, because it will connect your divided body. The diaphragm is the place where the body is divided between the upper and lower.*
*In all the old religious teachings, the lower is condemned and the upper is made to be something high, something superior, something holier. It is not. The body is one, and this bifurcation is dangerous; it makes you split. By and by you deny many things in life. Whatever you exclude from your life will take its revenge some day. It will come as a disease. Now some medical researchers say that cancer is nothing but too much stress inside. Cancer only exists in very repressed societies. The more civilized and cultured a society, the more cancer is possible. It cannot exist in a primitive society, because in a primitive society the whole body is accepted. There is no condemnation.
