బ్రహ్మ ఇట్లు పలికెను-
అచట ఈ విధముగా పరస్పరము గొప్పగా ప్రశంసించుకొనిరి. గొప్ప ఉత్సవము మొదలాయెను. వేదశబ్దము, సాధు కారము, జయధ్వానములు ప్రవర్తిల్లెను (11). మంగలగానము ఆరంభమాయెను. అప్సరసలు నాట్యమాడిరి. వంది మాగధులు స్తోత్రములను చేసిరి. గొప్ప దానములు చేయబడెను (12).
అపుడు హిమవంతుడు దేవదేవుని ఆహ్వానించి తన గృహమునకు వెళ్లెను. యథావిధిగా భోజనోత్సవము ఆరంభమాయెను (13). పరివారముతో గూడి కుతూహలము కలిగియున్న ఈశ్వర ప్రభుని ప్రీతితో యథావిధిగా భోజనమునకు తీసుకు వెళ్లిరి (14).
శంభునకు, విష్ణువునకు, నాకు, దేవతలందరికి, మునులకు పాద్య జలమీయబడెను (15). హిమవంతుడు బంధువులతో గూడి అందరినీ మండపములోపల ప్రేమతో కూర్చండబెట్టెను (16). పర్వతుడు వారిని మధురమగు వివిధ భక్ష్యములతో తృప్తిపరచెను. శంభుడు, విష్ణువు, నేను, ఇతరులు అందరు భుజించితిమి (17). అపుడు పురస్త్రీలు నవ్వుతూ మృదువగు మాటలతో వారిని పరిహాసము చేసి వారిని చూస్తూ ఆనందించిరి (18).
ఓ నారదా! వారందరు భుజించి, యథావిధిగా ఆచమనమును చేసి, పర్వతుని అనుమతిని పొంది సంతుష్టులై ఆనందించి తమ స్థానమును చేరుకొనిరి (19).

Brahmā said:—
11. Thus there was mutual admiration and glorification of an enlightened nature. There was great jubilation. The sound of Vedic chant and shouts of victory were heard every where.
12. There were auspicious songs. The celestial damsels danced. The bards sang songs of praise. There was a liberal exchange of monetary gifts.
13. Then the mountain took leave of the lord of gods and went home. He made arrangements for a joyous feast with all paraphernalia in accordance with the rules.
14. He brought the lord with all his attendants and followers for the feast. He was very enthusiastic.
15-16. He washed the feet of Śiva, Viṣṇu and mine with reverence. He seated all of us, including the gods, the sages and others in the altar. The lord of mountains was assisted by his kinsmen.
17. The mountain satiated them with various kinds of juicy foodstuffs. All of them took food including Śiva, Viṣṇu and me.
18. Then the ladies of the city indulged in the customary utterance of foul abusive words laughing, jingling and peeping at all of them.
19. O Nārada, they took their food and rinsed their mouths. Taking leave of the mountain they returned to their apartments fully satisfied and pleased.

విష్ణుయశుని కుమారుడును, యాజ్ఞవల్క్యుడు పురోహితుడుగా కల వాడును అగు కల్కి ఆయుధములలో మిక్కిలి నేర్పరియై, అస్త్రములను ధరించి మ్లేచ్ఛులను నశింప జేయును.
నాలుగు వర్ణములందు తగిన కట్లుబాట్లు చేయగలడు. ప్రజలను నాలుగు ఆశ్రమములందును, సద్దర్మమార్గము నందును నిలుపగలడు.
విష్ణువు కల్కిరూపమును విడచి స్వర్గమునకు వెళ్లును. పిమ్మట పూర్వము నందు వలె కృతయుగ మేర్పడును.
ఓ మునీ ! వర్ణాశ్రమములు తమ తమ ధర్మములను ఆచరించును, ఈ విధముగా శ్రీమహావిష్ణువు అన్ని కల్పములందును, అన్ని మన్వంతరములందును అనేకము లైన అవతారము లెత్తుచుండును. గడచినవి, రానున్నవి అవతారములు ఎన్నియో లెక్కకు మించి ఉన్నవి.
విష్ణు దశావతారములను పఠించిన వాడును, వినిన వాడును, పాపములు నశించి, సర్వకామములు పొంది, కులముతో కూడి స్వర్గము చేరును. విష్ణువు ఈ విధముగ ధర్మాధర్మ వ్యవస్థ చేయుచుండును సృష్ట్యాదులకు కారణమైన ఆ హరి ఈ విధముగ అవతరించి మరల (స్వర్గమునకు) వెళ్ళిపోయెను.
ఆగ్ని మహాపురాణమున బుద్ధకల్క్యవతారవర్ణన మను షోడశాధ్యాయము సమాప్తము.

*🌻 Manifestation of Viṣṇu as Buddha and Kalki - 2 🌻*
8-9. Kalki, as the son of Viṣṇuyaśas, (and having) Yājñavalkya as the priest would destroy the non-Aryans, holding the astra and having a weapon. He would establish moral law in four-fold varṇas in the suitable manner. The people (would be) in the path of righteousness in all the stages of life.
10. Hari, after discarding the form of Kalki, would go to heaven. Then would come the Kṛtayuga as before.
11-13. O Most virtuous person! Men would remain devoted to their respective duties of castes and stages of life. Thus, in all the Kalpas[1] and Manvantaras,[2] the manifestations (of Viṣṇu) are innumerable, some already past and some yet to come off.
Whoever reads or hears the stories of the manifestations of Viṣṇu would get all desired things, become pure, and attain heaven along with his race. In this way, Hari settles the righteousness and unrighteousness. Hari is the cause of creation etc. and after manifesting (in different forms) he has returned.

'పర' అనగా సృష్టికి ఆవలి అని అర్థము. సృష్టికి అతీత మని అర్థము. అన్నియూ నిండియుండి ఏమీ లేనట్లుగ నుండు స్థితి. దీనిని గూర్చి తెలియ వలనుపడదు. తెలియుటకు వలయు ప్రజ్ఞ కూడ అందులో ఇమిడి యుండుటచే తెలియుట యుండదు. ఉండుటయే యుండును. అదియే పరమ సత్యము. అందుండి, కాలము ననుసరించి ప్రకృతి ఉద్భవించును. అంతకు మునుపు ప్రకృతి లేదు. పురుషుడును లేడు.*
*ఈ పరమును 'తత్' అని వేదములు సంబోధించును. సత్యమని కూడ సంబోధించును. "సత్యం పరం ధీమహి” అనునది మహావాక్యము. పరమే సత్యము. సర్వమునకు అతీతము. దానిని ధ్యానించు వారే నిజమగు ధ్యానులు. ఈ పరిస్థితి యందు కాలము లేదు, ప్రకృతి లేదు, పురుషుడు లేడు. ఏమీ లేనట్లుండును. కాని సమస్తము అందే యున్నది. అంతయూ ఇమిడి యున్న స్థితి.*
