వాస్తు హోమ బలిప్రదానాదులచే ఈ దేవతలకు తృప్తి కలిగించకుండ ప్రాసాదాది నిర్మాణం చేయరాదు.
బ్రహ్మస్థానమును శ్రీహరి-లక్ష్మీ-గణదేవతలను పూజింపవలెను. పిమ్మట భూమిని, వాస్తుపురుషుని, వర్ధనీ (మూకుడు) యుక్తకలశములను పూజింపవలెను. కలశమధ్యమున బ్రహ్మను దిక్పాలకులను పూజింపవలెను. స్వస్తివాచనముచేసి, ప్రణమించి, పూర్ణహుతి చేయవలెను. ఓబ్రహ్మదేవా! పిమ్మట గృహస్వామి రంధ్రములుగల ఒక జలపాత్రహస్తమున ధరించి విధిపూర్వకముగా దక్షిణావర్తమండలములుచేయుచు సూత్రమార్గమున జలధారను త్రిప్పవలెను. పిమ్మట వెనుకటి వలె అదే మార్గమున ఏడు బీజములు నాటవలెను. అదే మార్గమున గొయ్యిత్రవ్వుట ప్రారంభింపవలెను. పిమ్మట మధ్యయందు ఒక హస్తము వెడల్పు నాలుగు అంగుళములు లోతుగల గొయ్యి త్రవ్వవలెను.
దానిని అలికి పూజాప్రారంభము చేయవలెను. అన్నింటికంటున ముందగ నాలుగుభుజములు ధరించిన శ్రీ మహావిష్ణువును ధ్యానించి కలశతో అర్ఘ్యప్రదానము చేయవలెను, పిదప జారీతో నీళ్లు పోసి ఆ గొయ్యినింపి దానిలో తెల్లని పుష్పములు వేయవలెను. శ్రేష్ఠమైన అదక్షిణావర్తగర్తమును విత్తనములతోడను, మట్టితోడను నింపవలెను. ఈ విధముగ అర్ఘ్యప్రదానకార్యము ముగించి, ఆచార్యునకు గోవస్త్రాదిదానము లీయవలెను.
జ్యోతిష్కుని, స్థపతినిగూడ యథోచితముగ సత్కరించి విష్ణుభక్తులను, సూర్యుని పూజింపవలెను. పిమ్మట భూమిని ప్రయత్నపూర్వకముగ, నీరువచ్చునంతవరకును తవ్వవలెను. మనిషిలోతు క్రింద శల్యములున్నను గృహమునకు దోషములేదు. శల్యములున్నచో ఇంటి గోడ విరిగిపోవును. గృహపతికి సుఖము ఉండదు. తవ్వుచున్నపుడు ఏ జంతువుపేరు వినబడునో జంతువు శల్యమే అక్కడ నుండునని తెలియవలెను.
అగ్నేయమహాపురాణమునందు అర్ఘ్యదాన-శల్యముల కథనమన నలువదవ అధ్యాయము సమాప్తము.

*🌻 The mode of making the respectful offering to the god - 4 🌻*
22. One should not build temples and other things. without offering to these (deities) or appeasing them. Hari, Lakṣmī, Gaṇa (the attendant deity of Śiva) should be worshipped at the place (set apart) for Brahmā.
23-24. The final offering is then made to Brahmā in the central pitcher and to Brahmā and other deities as well as Maheśvara, the presiding deity of the ground with a pitcher together with a small vessel. After having made benediction, and holding well the water-jar with small holes at the bottom an auspicious circumambulation is made.
25. O Brahman! the drop of water is rotated (to fall) in a line. As before in the same line seven kinds of seeds are sown.
26. The excavation should begin in the same way. Then a hole of the measure of a hand should be dug at the centre.
27. Then having made (the pit) smooth to a depth of four fingers’ breadth and having contemplated on the four-armed Viṣṇu (waters of adoration) should be offered from the pitcher.
28. Then the hole is filled (with water) from the water-jar having holes at the bottOṃ, white flowers are placed. The excellent conch-shell (known as the) Dakṣiṇāvarta (curved to the right) has to be filled with seeds and earth.
29. After having performed the offering of water, one should present the preceptor of cows, clothes and other things and honour the sculptor, and the vaiṣṇavas who know the proper time.
30. One should then dig carefully till water is found. The substance lying below the presiding deity under the building would not have any beneful influence.
31. The bone or substance below if broken, the broken thing forebodes baneful influence for the inmate. Whatever kind of sound one would hear, (it is to be known) as due to the substance lying below.

*🕉. Neurosis only comes when you cannot accept failure. It never comes when one is succeeding. 🕉*
*When things are going perfectly well, when one is on top of the world, why should one be neurotic? The problem arises only when you suddenly find that you are no longer at the top. You are in the ditch, dark and dismal, and now things are not succeeding. That is when neurosis enters. The same energy that was becoming ambition, and on which you were riding, turns against you in failure, starts killing you, starts destroying you. If every neurotic person were to succeed, there would be no more neurosis in the world. When Hitler was successful, nobody ever suspected that he was mad. But in the last moment he himself knew that he was mad-he committed suicide.*
*The problem arises only when you are not succeeding. One has to be just playful while one is succeeding. Develop that attitude of playfulness. Success and failure are not the point-to enjoy whatever you are doing is the point. Each success is followed by failure, each day is followed by a night, and each love is followed by a darkness. Life is a progression, a movement; nothing is static. Now you are young; one day you will be old. Now you have so many friends, one day you will not have any. *కొలతలకు అందనిది శ్రీమాత అని అర్థము. ఆకాశమును కొలుచుటకు సాధ్యపడదు. అట్లే శుద్ధ చైతన్యమగు శ్రీమాత మొత్తము తెలియుట సాధ్యము కాదు. బ్రహ్మ, విష్ణు, మహేశ్వరులు సైతము శ్రీమాత పారము తెలిసినవారు కారు. అపరిమితమై వ్యాపించిన వెలుగు నందు ఏర్పడిన అణువులవంటి వారు జీవులు. ఆమె కొలతలు సృష్టిని అతిక్రమించి యుండును. సృష్టిలోనివారు ఇక ఎట్లు కొలువగలరు? సృష్టికి పరము ఆమెయే. ఆమెకు పరము లేదు కనుక ఆమె మొత్తముగా తెలియుట ఎవ్వరికినీ సాధ్యము కాదు.*
