*🌹 Purport : One who is engaged in Lord Kṛṣṇa’s devotional service lives in a direct relationship with the Supreme Lord, so there is no doubt that his position is transcendental from the very beginning. A devotee does not live on the material plane – he lives in Kṛṣṇa.*
*The holy name of the Lord and the Lord are nondifferent; therefore when a devotee chants Hare Kṛṣṇa, Kṛṣṇa and His internal potency are dancing on the tongue of the devotee. When he offers Kṛṣṇa food, Kṛṣṇa directly accepts these eatables, and the devotee becomes Kṛṣṇa-ized by eating the remnants. One who does not engage in such service cannot understand how this is so, although this is a process recommended in the Bhagavad-gītā and in other Vedic literatures.*

*శంఖచూడుడు ఇట్లు పలికెను - ఓ దేవీ! నీవు చెప్పిన సర్వము అసత్యము కాదు. కాని కొంత సత్యము, కొంత అసత్యము గలదు. నా మాటను వినుము (19). పతివ్రతాస్త్రీలలో నీవు అగ్రేసరురాలవు. నేను పాపదృష్టిగల కాముకుడును గాను. నీవు కూడ అట్టి దానవు కాదని నేను భావించుచున్నాను (20). ఇపుడు నేను బ్రహ్మ యొక్క ఆజ్ఞచే నీవద్దకు వచ్చియుంటిని. ఓ సుందరీ! నేను నిన్ను గాంధర్వివిధిలో వివాహమాడెదను (21). దేవతలు పారిపోవునట్లు చేయు శంఖచూడుడను నేను. ఓ మంగళస్వరూపురాలా! నన్ను ఎరుంగనా ! ఎప్పుడైననూ నా పేరు వినలేదా? (22). విశేషించి నేను దనువంశములో జన్మించితిని. నా తండ్రి పేరు దంభుడు. పూర్వజన్మలో నేను శ్రీకృష్ణుని అనుంగు సహచరుడైన సుదాముడనే గోపాలకుడను (23) రాధాదేవియొక్క శాపముచే ఈ జన్మలో దానవవీరుడనై జన్మించితిని. శ్రీకృష్ణుని ప్రభావముచే నేను పూర్వ జన్మ వృత్తాంతమునంతనూ ఎరుంగుదును (24).*

18. Tulasī thus spoke to the passionate Dambha and stopped. On seeing her smiling he began to say.
Śaṅkhacūḍa said:—
19. O gentle lady, what you said now is not entirely false. It is partially true also. Now listen to me.
20. You are the foremost among chaste ladies. I am not a lusty person of sinful nature. I think you too are not like that.
21. I come to you now at the behest of Brahmā. O gently lady, I shall take your hand by the Gāndharva rites of marriage.
22. I am Śaṅkhacūḍa, the router of the gods. O gentle lady, don’t you know me? Have I never been heard by you?
23. I am a scion of the family of Danu. I am a Dānava, the son of Dambha. In the previous birth I was the cowherd Sudāmā, a comrade of Kṛṣṇa.
24. Due to the curse of Rādhā I have become a Dānava now. By the favour of Kṛṣṇa I remember events of previous birth. I know everything.
Sanatkumāra said:—
25. After saying thus to her, Śaṅkhacūḍa stopped. Tulasī who was thus addressed truthfully and respectfully by the king of Dānavas, was delighted and she spoke smilingly.

*🕉. మరణానికి భయపడాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు. మరణం రాబోతుంది: జీవితంలో అది ఒక్కటే నిశ్చయమైనది. మిగతావన్నీ అనిశ్చితంగా ఉంటాయి, కాబట్టి నిశ్చయత గురించి ఎందుకు ఆందోళన చెందాలి? 🕉*
*మరణం ఒక సంపూర్ణ నిశ్చయం. వంద శాతం మంది చనిపోతారు - తొంభై తొమ్మిది శాతం కాదు, వంద శాతం. ప్రజల మరణాలకు సంబంధించినంత వరకు అన్ని శాస్త్రీయ అభివృద్ధి మరియు వైద్య శాస్త్రంలో అన్ని పురోగతులు ఎటువంటి తేడా తేలేవు: వంద శాతం మంది ప్రజలు పదివేల సంవత్సరాల క్రితం మరణించినట్లే ఇప్పటికీ మరణిస్తారు. ఎవరు పుట్టినా, మరణిస్తారు; మినహాయింపు లేదు. కాబట్టి మరణం గురించి మనం పూర్తిగా విస్మరించవచ్చు. అది జరగబోతోంది కాబట్టి ఎప్పుడు జరిగినా సరే.*
*మీరు ప్రమాదంలో పడగొట్టబడినా లేదా మీరు ఆసుపత్రి మంచంలో మరణించినా అది ఎలా జరుగుతుందో దానిలో తేడా ఏమిటి? పర్వాలేదు. ఒకసారి మీరు మరణం నిశ్చయం అనే పాయింట్‌ని చూస్తే, ఇవి కేవలం మర్యాద మాత్రమే-ఎలా మరణిస్తాడు, ఎక్కడ మరణిస్తాడు అన్నవి. అసలు విషయం ఏమిటంటే మీరు చనిపోతారు. క్రమంగా మీరు వాస్తవాన్ని అంగీకరిస్తారు. మరణాన్ని అంగీకరించాలి. దానిని తిరస్కరించడంలో అర్థం లేదు; మరియు ఎవరూ దానిని నిరోధించలేకపోయారు. కాబట్టి ప్రశాంతంగా ఉండండి! మీరు జీవించి ఉండగా, పూర్తిగా ఆనందించండి; మరియు మరణం వచ్చినప్పుడు, దాన్ని కూడా ఆనందించండి.*

*🕉. There is no need to be afraid if death. Death is going to come: that is the only certain thing in life. Everything else is uncertain, so why be worried about the certainty? 🕉*
*Death is an absolute certainty. One hundred percent of people die-not ninety-nine percent, but one hundred. All the scientific growth and all the advances in medical science make no difference as far as people's deaths are concerned: one hundred percent of people still die, just as they used to die ten thousand years ago. Whoever is born, dies; there is no exception. So about death we can be completely oblivious. It is going to happen, so whenever it happens it is okay.*
*What difference does it make how it happens-whether you are knocked out in an accident or you just die in a hospital bed? It doesn't matter. Once you see the point that death is certain, these are only formalities-how one dies, where one dies. The only real thing is that one dies. By and by you will accept the fact. Death has to be accepted. There is no point in denying it; and nobody has ever been able to prevent it. So relax! While you are alive, enjoy it totally; and when death comes, enjoy that too.*
