*పిమ్మట ఆరవ మాసమున జరుగు సీమంతోన్నయమును భావనచేసి అఘోర మంత్రముతో అగ్ని పూజించి, "శిఖాయై వషట్‌" అని ఉచ్చరించుచు మూడు హోమములు చేసి, ఆ మంత్రముతోడనే ముఖాద్యంగ కల్పన చేయవలెను. ముఖోద్ఘాటనము ప్రకటీకరణమును చేయవలెను. పిమ్మట వెనుకటి వలెనే పదవ మాసమున జయగు జాతకర్మ-నరకర్మలను భావించుచు తత్పురుషమంత్రముతో దర్భాదులతో అగ్నిని పూజించి, జ్వలింపచేసి, గర్భమలమును తొలగించుటకై స్నానము చేయించి, దేవి హస్తమునందు సువర్ణ బంధనముచేసి నట్లు భావన చేసి, హృదయ మంత్రముతో పూజించవలెను. సూతకము వెంటనే నివర్తించుటకై అస్త్రమంత్రముతో అభిమంత్రించిన జలముతో అభిషేకము చేయవలెను.*
*కుండమును, బైటనుండి, అస్త్రమంత్రము చదువుచు కుశలతో మార్జనము చేయవలెను. 'హుం' అని ఉచ్చరించుచు ఉదకముతో తడపవలెను. కుండము వెలుపల నున్న మేఖలలపై, అస్త్రమంత్రముతో, ఉత్తర-దక్షిణదిక్కులందు పూర్వా గ్రముగాను, పూర్వపశ్చిమములందు ఉత్తరాగ్రముగాను కుశలు పరవవలెను వాటిపై హృదయమంత్రముతో పరిధివిష్టరము స్థాపింపవలెను. పిమ్మట సద్యోజాతాది ముఖపంచకమునకు సంబంధించిన మంత్రములు చదువుచు, అస్త్రమంత్ర ముచ్చరించుచు, నాలచ్ఛేదనము కొరకై, ఐదు సమిధుల మూలములను అజ్యమునందు ముంచి హోమము చేయవలెను. పిమ్మట నూర్వాక్ష తాదులతో బ్రహ్మ-శివ-విష్ణు-అనంతులను వారి నామములకు "నమః" చేర్చుచు పూజించవలెను. కుండమునకు నాల్గు వైపులందును పరచిన ఎనిమిది అసనములపై పూర్వాదిదిక్కులందు వరుసగ ఇంద్రాది దిక్పాలకులను అవాహన చేసి, స్థాపన చేసి వారందరును అగ్నివైపు ముఖములతో కూర్చున్నట్లు భావన చేయుచు, వారి నామములకు 'నమః' చేర్చుచు పూజచేయవలెను.*

*🌻 Mode of installation of the fire (agni-sthāpana) - 3 🌻*
17. Three oblations should be offered into the fire, after having determined the formation of its face and body by one who wants to restore or open up the face.
18. As before the jātakarma (the purificatory rite on the birth of a child) and ṛtukarma (the rite after the first menses) (usually performed) in the tenth month should be performed by kindling the fire with darbha etc. (Mental) bathing (should be done) to remove tḥe impurities of the pregnancy.
19. After having mentally contemplated the golden bracelet of the goddess one should worship with the hṛd (mantra). He should sprinkle with water consecrated by the mantra of the weapon for the immediate removal of impurities after the birth of a child.
20. The pitcher outside the receptacle for the sacred fire should be touched with the weapon (mantra) and (water) should be sprinkled over with the (mantra) of the armour. The ends of the kuśa which form the boundary (of the sacrificial pit) and placed on the north and east (should be washed with water) with (the mantra of) the weapon.
21. The periphery of a circle around (the fire) should be determined with the kuśa, previously consecrated with the weapon and hṛd mantra and then the cushions inscribed within it should be spread out by (reciting) the weapon mantra.
22. Five sacrificial sticks dipped in clarified butter should be offered into the fire with the repetition of the principal mantra. Brahmā, Śaṅkara, Viṣṇu and Ananta should be worshipped with the hṛd (mantra).
23. The gods located in the periphery (of that circle) should be worshipped in turn with unbroken rice. The gods Indra to Īśāna who are directly facing the fire and are having their places inside the circle should be worshipped in their own regions with the hṛd (mantra) “Protect this child (fire) by removing all obstacles, that might befall it.”

*🌴. In the sacrifice of self-purification, impure knowledge which arises from the activities of the mind and senses in the wakeful, dream and deep sleep states and which causes ignorance, delusion and bondage should be offered as food in the sacrifice of self-purification 🌴*
*Deluded knowledge also includes the cessation of the existence of the physical body, a natural process called death. If one thinks about his physical body, he naturally fears for death. Any thought process associated with experiences of the body is to be offered as oblations into the internal fire. What remains after the completion of the oblations is the thought of oneness with Śiva, as other thoughts are now burnt. Such repeated affirmations leading to effectual thought process of oneness with the Supreme is the assimilated knowledge discussed above.*
