మూడు వంతులు దివ్యము, అమృతము అయి ఉండి ఒక వంతు మాత్రమే గోచరించు విశ్వముగను, భూతములుగను శ్రీమాత యున్నది. కేవలము కనబడునదే అంతయూ అనుకొనుట అవివేకము. కనబడుచున్న వస్తువునందు నిక్షిప్తమై యున్న మూడు స్థితులు కూడ కలిపి చూడగలిగినచో ఒక వస్తువు యొక్క సమగ్రరూపము తెలియును. ప్రతి వస్తువు నందు వ్యక్తము, అవ్యక్తము రూపములతో శ్రీమాతయే యున్నది అని తెలియవలెను.

శ్రీమాత ఒక పాదమే వ్యక్త మగును, మూడు పాదములు అవ్యక్తముగనే యుండును. అవ్యక్తము మూలప్రకృతితో కూడియుండును. మూలప్రకృతి బ్రహ్మముతో కూడియుండును. ఇట్లు పరమపద సోపాన మంతయు శ్రీమాత రూపము వ్యాపించి యున్నది. తరువాత నామము 'వ్యాపిని'యే.

🌻 399. Vyaktāvyakta-svarūpiṇī व्यक्ताव्यक्त-स्वरूपिणी 🌻

It is vyakta (manifested) + avyakta (un-manifested) svarūpiṇī. She is both manifested and un-manifested form. Since this form is the first of manifested form, it is called mahat which means great. It is the fundamental tool of the phenomenal universe. This mahat is endowed with supreme knowledge.

The undifferentiated prakṛti is mahat. From mahat, further evolution takes place. Vyakta means perishable and a-vyakta means imperishable. The soul-Brahman relationship is cited here. In general, this stage provides happiness and the final salvation. This nāma means the first signs of creation and final liberation are both caused by Lalitāmbikā.

🕉. ధ్యానం గురించి ఒక విషయం గుర్తుంచుకోవాలి: ఇది సుదీర్ఘ ప్రయాణం . సత్వర మార్గం లేదు. దగ్గరి దారి ఉందని చెప్పే ఎవరైనా మిమ్మల్ని మోసం చేస్తున్నారు. 🕉

ధ్యానం అనేది సుదీర్ఘ ప్రయాణం. ఎందుకంటే మార్పు చాలా లోతైనది మరియు అనేక జీవితాలు, అనేక జీవితాల సాధారణ అలవాట్లు, ఆలోచన, కోరిక మరియు మనస్సు నిర్మాణం తర్వాత సాధించబడుతుంది. మీరు ధ్యానం ద్వారా చాలా వదిలివేయవలసి ఉంటుంది. నిజానికి, ఇది దాదాపు అసాధ్యం కానీ అది జరుగుతుంది. ధ్యానం చేయడం ప్రపంచంలోనే గొప్ప బాధ్యత. ఇది సులభం కాదు. ఇది తక్షణమే కాదు.

Meditation is a long journey because the change is very deep and is achieved after many lives, many lives of routine habits, thinking, desiring, and the mind structure. Those you have to drop through meditation. In fact, it is almost impossible but it happens. Becoming a meditator is the greatest responsibility in the world. It is not easy. It cannot be instant.

So from the beginning never start expecting too much, and then you will never be frustrated. You will always be happy, because things will grow very slowly. Meditation is not a seasonal flower that blooms after weeks. It is a very big tree. It needs time to spread its roots.

🌻. యుద్ధారంభము - 3 🌻

అపుడచట మహావీరులు, బలముచే మదించి యున్నవారు, క్రోధముతో మండిపడు చున్నవారునగు దేవదానవులు ఒకరితో నొకరు యుద్దమను చేయ మొదలిడిరి (22). దేవదానవులకు భయంకరమగు యద్ధము ఆరంభమయ్యెను. అచటి ప్రదేశమంతయూ క్షణములో మొండెములతో తలలతో నిండెను (23). అపుడు వేలాది వీరులు గొప్ప ఆయుధములచే తెగకొట్ట బడిన అవయవములు గలవారై నేల గూలిరి (24). భయంకరమగు కత్తి వ్రేటులచే కొందరి చేతులు తెగినవి. ఆ యుద్ధములో వీరాభిమానము గల మరికొందరి వీరుల తొడలు తెగినవి (25).

కొందరు గదలచే, ముద్గరములచే సర్వావయములు మథితము కాగా నేలగూలిరి. మరికొందరు పాశములచే, భల్లములచే పగిలిన హృదయములతో, కత్తులతో, అంకుశములతో చీల్చి వేయబడిరి. తెగిన తలలు నేలపై పడుచుండెను (27). ఆ యుద్ధరంగములో వందలాది మొండెములు చేతులలో ఆయుధములనను ధరించి గెంతుతూ నాట్యమాడెను (28). వందలాది రక్త ప్రవాహములు నిర్మాణమయ్యెను. వందలాది భూతములు, ప్రేతములు మొదలగునవి అచటకు చేరుకొనెను (29).

మాంసమును బక్షిస్తూ నక్కలు అచట విహరించెను. మరియు గ్రద్దలు, రాబందులు, మాంసమును భక్షించే కాకులు నేల గూలిన వారి శరీరములనను భక్షించెను (30). ఇంతలో మహాబలుడగు తారకుడు పెద్ద స్తెన్యముతో దేవతలపై యుద్ధము కొరకు వచ్చెను (31). ఇంద్రాది దేవతలు కూడా అతిశయించిన యుద్ధ గర్వము గల తారకుడు యుద్ధము చేయు కోరికతో వచ్చుచుండుటను గాంచి వెంటనే సన్నద్ధులైరి. అపుడు రెండు స్తెన్యముల యందు పెద్ద నాదము బయల్వెడలెను (32).

22. In the meantime the rank and file of the Asuras and the gods, haughty of their strength and blazing with fury came together in a mutual clash.

23. A terrific tumultuous fight between the gods and the Asuras ensued. Within a moment the place was littered with severed heads and headless trunks.

24. Wounded and killed by great weapons, hundreds and thousands of heroic soldiers fell on the ground.

25. The arms of some were cut off by terrible blows from swords. Others lost their thighs in the battle of those honourable, heroic people.

26. The entire body of some was smashed by the maces; the chests and hearts of some were pounded by iron clubs; some were felled to the ground by spears and dragged with nooses.

27. The backs of some were torn with javelins and goads. Several heads chopped off by double-edged swords fell on the ground.

28. Hundreds of headless, limbless trunks were seen dancing and bouncing with arrows sticking to their hands.

29. Blood flowed like streams in hundreds of places. Hundreds of ghosts and goblins flocked there.

30. Jackals and vixens began eating the flesh. Numbers of vultures, kites, crows and carnivorous birds devoured the flesh of those falling down.

31. In the meantime Tāraka, the demon of great strength, came there with a huge army to fight with the gods.

32. On seeing the haughty warrior rushing on them, Indra and others, turned against him. Then a tumultuous sound arose from both the armies.

ఓ! వామనమూర్తీ! ఋగ్యజుఃసామవేదముల గూఢతత్త్వములతో నిండిన వాక్కుతో ఈ ఆర్తుని సకలదుఃఖములను శమింపచేయుము గోవిందా! త్రిదోషములవలన కలిగినదియు, సంనిపాతమువలన కలిగినదియ, ఆగంతుకమునుఅగు ఐకాహికజ్వరమును (రోజువిడిచి రోజువచ్చు జ్వరము), ద్వ్యాహికజ్వరమును (రెండు రోజులకు (వచ్చునది). త్ర్యాహికజ్వరమును, అత్యంతముభయంకర మగు చాతుర్థిక జ్వరమును (నాలుగురోజులకొకసారివచ్చునది), మానకుండా వచ్చు జ్వరమును శీఘ్రముగ శమింప చేయుము. దానివలన కలుగు బాధలను తొలగింపుము.

నేత్రరోగమును, శిరోరోగమును, ఉదరరోగమును, శ్వాసావరోధమును, అతిశ్వాసమును, పరితాపమును, కంపనమును. గుదరోగమును, నాసికారోగమును, పాదరోగమును, కుష్ఠరోగములను, క్షయరోగమును, కామలాదిరోగములను, అత్యంతముదారుణమైన ప్రమేహమును, భగందర - అతిసారములను, ముఖరోగమును, వల్గులీరోగమును, అశ్మరీరోగమును, ఇతర మూత్రకృచ్ఛ్రరోగములను, ఇతరములైన భయంకరరోగములను తొలగింపుము. వాత-పిత్త-కఫలములవలన కలిగిన రోగములును, సంనిపాతములవలన కలిగిన రోగములును, ఆగంతుకరోగములును, లూతా-విస్ఫోటాదిరోగములును భగవంతుడగు వాసుదేవుని నామసంకీర్తనమాత్రముననే తొలగిపోవుగాక.

ఆ రోగము లన్నియు శ్రీ మహావిష్ణు నామోచ్చరణమాత్రముననే నశించి పోవుగాక. అవి అన్నియు శ్రీమహావిష్ణువు చక్రముచే కొట్టబడి తొలగిపోవుగాక. 'అచ్యుత', 'అనంత' 'గోవిన్ద' అను నామములను ఉచ్చరించుట అనెడు ఔషధముచే సకలరోగములును నశించును. నేను చెప్పునది సత్యము: సత్యము.

🌻 Mode of cleansing and Protection oneself and others - 3 🌻

17. May Janārdana (Viṣṇu), the one who assumed the form of a Dwarf, dispel all grief of this person by words embedded with the Ṛg, Yajur and Sāma (veda).

18-19. O Govinda! (You) destroy quickly this person’s sufferings. Destroy fevers—quotidian occurring on alternate days, tertian, quartan and also the terrible satata, those arising out of derangement (of humours), the sannipāta (caused by the derangement of three humours), as well as accidental.

20-24. The diseases of the eye, the afflictions of the head, diseases pertaining to the stomach, (difficulty) in breathing in, excessive breathing, burning (sensation) in the body along with trembling, diseases in the anus, nose, feet, leprosy as well as consumption, and diseases like jaundice and very dreadful urinary disease, fistula, all kinds of dysentry, diseases of the mouth, chest (diseases), stone in the bladder, strangury, and other dreadful diseases, diseases caused by wind, biles and phlegm and others like sannipāta, accidentally afflicting diseases, (poison due to) spiders and boils etc.

25. May all these be destroyed by the recitation of (the name of) Viṣṇu. Being struck down by the disc of Hari, may all these (ailments) be completely destroyed.

26. I am uttering verily the truth. Being scared by the recitation of the names Acyuta (undecaying), Ananta (unending),. Govinda (cowherd) (all are synonyms of Viṣṇu), all the diseases are destroyed.

ఓ! వామనమూర్తీ! ఋగ్యజుఃసామవేదముల గూఢతత్త్వములతో నిండిన వాక్కుతో ఈ ఆర్తుని సకలదుఃఖములను శమింపచేయుము గోవిందా! త్రిదోషములవలన కలిగినదియు, సంనిపాతమువలన కలిగినదియ, ఆగంతుకమునుఅగు ఐకాహికజ్వరమును (రోజువిడిచి రోజువచ్చు జ్వరము), ద్వ్యాహికజ్వరమును (రెండు రోజులకు (వచ్చునది). త్ర్యాహికజ్వరమును, అత్యంతముభయంకర మగు చాతుర్థిక జ్వరమును (నాలుగురోజులకొకసారివచ్చునది), మానకుండా వచ్చు జ్వరమును శీఘ్రముగ శమింప చేయుము. దానివలన కలుగు బాధలను తొలగింపుము.

నేత్రరోగమును, శిరోరోగమును, ఉదరరోగమును, శ్వాసావరోధమును, అతిశ్వాసమును, పరితాపమును, కంపనమును. గుదరోగమును, నాసికారోగమును, పాదరోగమును, కుష్ఠరోగములను, క్షయరోగమును, కామలాదిరోగములను, అత్యంతముదారుణమైన ప్రమేహమును, భగందర - అతిసారములను, ముఖరోగమును, వల్గులీరోగమును, అశ్మరీరోగమును, ఇతర మూత్రకృచ్ఛ్రరోగములను, ఇతరములైన భయంకరరోగములను తొలగింపుము. వాత-పిత్త-కఫలములవలన కలిగిన రోగములును, సంనిపాతములవలన కలిగిన రోగములును, ఆగంతుకరోగములును, లూతా-విస్ఫోటాదిరోగములును భగవంతుడగు వాసుదేవుని నామసంకీర్తనమాత్రముననే తొలగిపోవుగాక.

ఆ రోగము లన్నియు శ్రీ మహావిష్ణు నామోచ్చరణమాత్రముననే నశించి పోవుగాక. అవి అన్నియు శ్రీమహావిష్ణువు చక్రముచే కొట్టబడి తొలగిపోవుగాక. 'అచ్యుత', 'అనంత' 'గోవిన్ద' అను నామములను ఉచ్చరించుట అనెడు ఔషధముచే సకలరోగములును నశించును. నేను చెప్పునది సత్యము: సత్యము.

17. May Janārdana (Viṣṇu), the one who assumed the form of a Dwarf, dispel all grief of this person by words embedded with the Ṛg, Yajur and Sāma (veda).

18-19. O Govinda! (You) destroy quickly this person’s sufferings. Destroy fevers—quotidian occurring on alternate days, tertian, quartan and also the terrible satata, those arising out of derangement (of humours), the sannipāta (caused by the derangement of three humours), as well as accidental.

20-24. The diseases of the eye, the afflictions of the head, diseases pertaining to the stomach, (difficulty) in breathing in, excessive breathing, burning (sensation) in the body along with trembling, diseases in the anus, nose, feet, leprosy as well as consumption, and diseases like jaundice and very dreadful urinary disease, fistula, all kinds of dysentry, diseases of the mouth, chest (diseases), stone in the bladder, strangury, and other dreadful diseases, diseases caused by wind, biles and phlegm and others like sannipāta, accidentally afflicting diseases, (poison due to) spiders and boils etc.

25. May all these be destroyed by the recitation of (the name of) Viṣṇu. Being struck down by the disc of Hari, may all these (ailments) be completely destroyed.

26. I am uttering verily the truth. Being scared by the recitation of the names Acyuta (undecaying), Ananta (unending),. Govinda (cowherd) (all are synonyms of Viṣṇu), all the diseases are destroyed.

అపుడచట మహావీరులు, బలముచే మదించి యున్నవారు, క్రోధముతో మండిపడు చున్నవారునగు దేవదానవులు ఒకరితో నొకరు యుద్దమను చేయ మొదలిడిరి (22). దేవదానవులకు భయంకరమగు యద్ధము ఆరంభమయ్యెను. అచటి ప్రదేశమంతయూ క్షణములో మొండెములతో తలలతో నిండెను (23). అపుడు వేలాది వీరులు గొప్ప ఆయుధములచే తెగకొట్ట బడిన అవయవములు గలవారై నేల గూలిరి (24). భయంకరమగు కత్తి వ్రేటులచే కొందరి చేతులు తెగినవి. ఆ యుద్ధములో వీరాభిమానము గల మరికొందరి వీరుల తొడలు తెగినవి (25).

కొందరు గదలచే, ముద్గరములచే సర్వావయములు మథితము కాగా నేలగూలిరి. మరికొందరు పాశములచే, భల్లములచే పగిలిన హృదయములతో, కత్తులతో, అంకుశములతో చీల్చి వేయబడిరి. తెగిన తలలు నేలపై పడుచుండెను (27). ఆ యుద్ధరంగములో వందలాది మొండెములు చేతులలో ఆయుధములనను ధరించి గెంతుతూ నాట్యమాడెను (28). వందలాది రక్త ప్రవాహములు నిర్మాణమయ్యెను. వందలాది భూతములు, ప్రేతములు మొదలగునవి అచటకు చేరుకొనెను (29).

మాంసమును బక్షిస్తూ నక్కలు అచట విహరించెను. మరియు గ్రద్దలు, రాబందులు, మాంసమును భక్షించే కాకులు నేల గూలిన వారి శరీరములనను భక్షించెను (30). ఇంతలో మహాబలుడగు తారకుడు పెద్ద స్తెన్యముతో దేవతలపై యుద్ధము కొరకు వచ్చెను (31). ఇంద్రాది దేవతలు కూడా అతిశయించిన యుద్ధ గర్వము గల తారకుడు యుద్ధము చేయు కోరికతో వచ్చుచుండుటను గాంచి వెంటనే సన్నద్ధులైరి. అపుడు రెండు స్తెన్యముల యందు పెద్ద నాదము బయల్వెడలెను (32).

23. A terrific tumultuous fight between the gods and the Asuras ensued. Within a moment the place was littered with severed heads and headless trunks.

24. Wounded and killed by great weapons, hundreds and thousands of heroic soldiers fell on the ground.

25. The arms of some were cut off by terrible blows from swords. Others lost their thighs in the battle of those honourable, heroic people.

26. The entire body of some was smashed by the maces; the chests and hearts of some were pounded by iron clubs; some were felled to the ground by spears and dragged with nooses.

27. The backs of some were torn with javelins and goads. Several heads chopped off by double-edged swords fell on the ground.

28. Hundreds of headless, limbless trunks were seen dancing and bouncing with arrows sticking to their hands.

29. Blood flowed like streams in hundreds of places. Hundreds of ghosts and goblins flocked there.

30. Jackals and vixens began eating the flesh. Numbers of vultures, kites, crows and carnivorous birds devoured the flesh of those falling down.

31. In the meantime Tāraka, the demon of great strength, came there with a huge army to fight with the gods.

32. On seeing the haughty warrior rushing on them, Indra and others, turned against him. Then a tumultuous sound arose from both the armies.

*It is vyakta (manifested) + avyakta (un-manifested) svarūpiṇī.  She is both manifested and un-manifested form.  Since this form is the first of manifested form, it is called mahat which means great.  It is the fundamental tool of the phenomenal universe.  This mahat is endowed with supreme knowledge.*

*The undifferentiated prakṛti is mahat. From mahat, further evolution takes place.  Vyakta means perishable and a-vyakta means imperishable. The soul-Brahman relationship is cited here. In general, this stage provides happiness and the final salvation.  This nāma means the first signs of creation and final liberation are both caused by Lalitāmbikā.*
