సర్వ లోకములకు ఈశ్వరి అని అర్థము. ఈశ్వరత్వము సర్వవ్యాపకమైన తత్త్వమునకే సాధ్యము. అనితర సాధ్యము. లోకములకు, లోకపాలకులకు, లోకులకు కూడ శ్రీమాతయే రాజ్ఞి. అందరిని సృష్టించి అందరి హృదయములలో ప్రవేశించి అందు వసించి వారిని పరిపాలించుట శ్రీమాత మహేశ్వరీ తత్త్వము. తమను తాము పరిపాలించుకొనువారు ఈశ్వరులు. ఇతరులను పరిపాలించు వారు ప్రభువులు. తమను తాము పరిపాలించుకొనుచూ యితరులను స్వయం పాలకులుగ తీర్చిదిద్దువారు గురువులు.

'Nikhileshwari' means the sovereign of all worlds. The quality of being an all-encompassing ruler is unique to the divine essence. It is beyond the reach of others. Shri Mata is the queen of all worlds, their guardians, and all beings. She creates all, enters their hearts, resides within, and governs them—this is the supreme principle of Shri Mata Maheshwari. Those who govern themselves are divine, those who rule others are lords, and those who nurture others to govern themselves are teachers.
