నియంత్రించునది శ్రీమాత అని అర్థము. సృష్టి సర్వమునూ నియంత్రణ చేయునది శ్రీమాతయే. లోకము లకు, లోకపాలురకు, లోకులకు హద్దులు పెట్టుచూ సృష్టిని పాలించును. ఎవరి హద్దులలో వారు ప్రవర్తించునట్లుగ శాసనము చేయును. హద్దులు మీరిన వారిని తగు విధముగ శిక్షణము చేయును. సర్వజీవులకు శిక్షణ నిచ్చుచూ వారి పరిణామ కథను పర్యవేక్షించు చుండును. హద్దు మీరక ప్రవర్తించునట్లు ఏర్పాట్లు చేయును. ఎలుకకు పిల్లి హద్దు. పిల్లికి కుక్క హద్దు.
