22. వేదానాం సామవేదోస్మి దేవానామస్మి వాసవ: |
ఇన్ద్రియాణాం మనశ్చాస్మి భూతానామస్మి చేతనా ||
🌷. తాత్పర్యం :
నేను వేదములలో సామవేదమును, దేవతలలో స్వర్గాధిపతియైన ఇంద్రుడను, ఇంద్రియములలో మనస్సును, జీవుల యందలి ప్రాణమును (చైతన్యమును) అయి యున్నాను.
🌷. భాష్యము :
భౌతికపదార్థము మరియు ఆత్మ నడుమ భేదమేమనగా భౌతికపదార్థము జీవునివలె చైతన్యమును కలిగియుండదు. అనగా ఈ చైతన్యము దివ్యమును మరియు నిత్యమును అయి యున్నది. అట్టి చైతన్యమెన్నడును భౌతికపదార్థ సమ్మేళనముచే ఉద్భవించదు.

🌴 Chapter 10 - Vibhuti Yoga - 22 🌴
22. vedānāṁ sāma-vedo ’smi devānām asmi vāsavaḥ
indriyāṇāṁ manaś cāsmi bhūtānām asmi cetanā
🌷 Translation :
Of the Vedas I am the Sāma Veda; of the demigods I am Indra, the king of heaven; of the senses I am the mind; and in living beings I am the living force [consciousness].
🌹 Purport :
The difference between matter and spirit is that matter has no consciousness like the living entity; therefore this consciousness is supreme and eternal. Consciousness cannot be produced by a combination of matter.
