భక్తులకు నిధి వంటిది శ్రీమాత అని అర్థము. భక్తుల అవసరములను తీర్చునది శ్రీమాత. తల్లివలె ప్రేమతో సర్వావసరములను శ్రీమాత తీర్చగలదు. జీవితమున అన్ని రంగముల యందు భక్తులకు లోటు లేకుండ పోషించుచుండును. ఐహికము, ఆముష్మికము అగు కోరికలను కూడ పూరించును. తన భక్తుడు పూర్ణ జ్ఞానియై పరిపూర్ణ వికాసవంతు డగువరకు కూడ సమస్తమగు ఆవశ్యకతలు తీర్చును. కల్పవృక్షము, కామధేనువు వలె భక్తుల కండగ నిలచి యుండును.

The term "Bhaktanidhi" means that the Divine Mother, Śrī Māta, is like a treasure for devotees. She fulfills the needs of her devotees with the love of a mother. Śrī Māta can meet all the needs of her devotees, ensuring that they lack nothing in any aspect of life. Whether it is worldly or spiritual desires, she satisfies them. She continues to provide everything necessary until her devotee becomes a fully enlightened and developed being. Like the wish-fulfilling tree (Kalpavriksha) and the divine cow (Kamadhenu), she remains as a source of abundance for her devotees.
