🌻 3 - 43. నైసర్గికః ప్రాణసంబంధః - 3 🌻

🌴. స్వీయ-సాక్షాత్కార స్థితిలో, జీవ పరిమితుల నుండి విముక్తి పొందినప్పటికీ, నాడుల యొక్క ప్రకాశం కారణంగా ప్రాణంతో సంబంధం సహజంగా మరియు సున్నితంగా ప్రవహిస్తుంది.🌴

ఊపిరి పీల్చుకుంటున్నప్పుడు కూడా, యోగి పరమాత్మ చైతన్యానికి అనుసంధానమై ఉంటాడు. అటువంటి యంత్రాంగాలు శివుని యొక్క సంపూర్ణ స్వయంప్రతిపత్తి యొక్క శక్తి కేంద్రమైన శక్తిచే నియంత్రించ బడతాయి. ప్రాణం యొక్క స్వయంచాలక ప్రవాహం కొనసాగుతున్నంత కాలం యోగి తన భౌతిక శరీరంలో ఉనికిలో ఉంటాడు. తన శరీరానికి మరియు ప్రాణానికి మధ్య సంబంధం ఉన్నంత వరకు, తన శరీరాన్ని పరిపూర్ణ స్థితిలో ఉంచుకోవడం యోగి యొక్క విధి. అతని శరీరానికి ప్రాణం ఆగిపోవడం ముందుగా నిర్ణయించిన సమయంలోనే జరుగుతుంది. ఆ తదుపరి అతని ఆత్మ శాశ్వతత్వంలో కరిగిపోతుంది, మళ్లీ పుట్టదు. ఎల్లవేళలా భగవంతునితో అనుసంధానమై నిలబడాలనే సందేశం ఈ సూత్రం ద్వారా అందించబడిన సందేశం. ఇక్కడ అన్ని సమయాలలో అనేది ప్రపంచ ప్రాణశక్తి అనే పదం ద్వారా సూచించబడుతుంది.

🌻 3 - 43. naisargikah prānasambandhah - 3 🌻

🌴. In the self-realized state, although freed from the limitations of jiva, the connection with prana remains natural, smooth and flowing due to the illumination of nadis. 🌴

Even while breathing, the yogi stands connected to the Supreme consciousness. Such mechanisms are controlled by Śaktī, the power centre of the absolute autonomy of the Lord Śiva. The yogi continues to exist in his physical body as long as automated flow of prāṇa continues. Till the connection between his body and prāṇa exist, it is the duty of the yogi to keep his body in a perfect condition. The stoppage of prāṇa to his body happens at the predetermined time and his soul dissolves into the eternity, not to be born again. The message that one should stand connected to the Lord at all times, is the message conveyed through this aphorism. At all times is indicated by the world prāṇa.
