అహంకారమను కల్మషము మమకారమునకు దారితీయును. నేను, యితరులు అను భావము నుండి నాది, యితరులది అను భావన పుట్టును. మమకారము వలన మోహము పుట్టును. మోహము చేత నేను, నావారు, నాది అనెడి భావములు బలపడును. అటుపైన లోభము పుట్టును. యిట్లు ఒక సోపాన క్రమమున అజ్ఞాన మలినములు పేరు కొనుచుండును. అందు జీవుడు మునిగిపోవును. నిత్యమూ ఈ మలినములను జ్ఞానముతో హరించవలెను. నేనను అహంకారమే వీనికి మూలము గనుక తన మూలమును గూర్చి భావన చేయవలెను. నేనున్నాను అనుకొనుట భ్రమ. దైవమే తానుగ నున్నాడు.

🌻 555. 'Kalikalmasha Nasini' - 2 🌻

The defect of ego leads to attachment. From the feeling of I and others arises the feeling of mine and others'. Attachment begets desire. The feelings of I, mine, and mine are strengthened by desire. Upon that, greed arises. In this way, step by step, defects of ignorance pile up. Jeeva will drown in them. These defects should be removed regularly with wisdom. Ego is the root of this and hence should be reflected upon. To think that one is, is an illusion. God is in oneself.
