सोचो कि तुम कौन हो।

सोऽहम् (वही मैं हूँ)।

मैं परमात्मा तत्व की चेतनता से अवतरित मानव स्वरूप हूँ।

आध्यात्मिक स्तरों को प्राप्त करना मेरे लिए अत्यंत सहज है।

मैं एक साधक हूँ। साधना के माध्यम से

आत्मसाक्षात्कार प्राप्त करने का एक अनमोल अवसर युगऋषि ने मुझे दिया है।

शिवोऽहम् (मैं शिवस्वरूप हूँ)।

"शिव" का अर्थ है "मंगलकारी"।

मैं स्वभावतः शिवस्वरूप हूँ – शुभदायक हूँ।

मेरे भाव, विचार, इच्छाएँ, कर्म, अभ्यास आदि में

अशुभ के लिए कोई स्थान कैसे हो सकता है?

यदि भौतिक संसर्ग से कुछ अशुद्धि लग भी गई हो,

तो वह मेरे स्वरूप से भिन्न है –

उसे हटाने में संकोच क्यों?

कष्ट क्यों?

सच्चिदानंदोऽहम् (मेरा मूलस्वरूप सत्-चित्-आनंद है)।

मैं असत्य से क्यों प्रभावित हो जाऊँ?

मैं मरीचिकाओं के पीछे क्यों दौड़ूं?

मैं तो आनंदस्वरूप हूँ।

इस अस्थायी संसार में आनंद खोजने क्यों भटकूं?

अयमात्मा ब्रह्म (यह आत्मा ही ब्रह्म है)।

समुद्र हो या बूँद – दोनों में तत्व तो जल ही है।

सूर्य की प्रत्येक किरण में सूर्य के गुण निहित रहते हैं।

अहंकार से बंधी हुई जीवात्मा चाहे कितनी भी छोटी क्यों न हो,

वह परम ब्रह्म से एकत्व प्राप्त करने में सक्षम है।

तो फिर मैं "मैं" की झूठी अहंता से बंधकर

हीन क्यों बनकर रहूं?

सर्वव्यापक क्यों न बनूं?

तत्वमसि (वह तू ही है)।

तू वह दिव्य गुणों वाला परमात्मा है –

तूने उन्हें विरासत में पाया है।

यह सम्पूर्ण सृष्टि तेरी ही प्रतिछवि है।

हम सब उस शाश्वत, अविनाशी परमात्मा के प्रतिबिंब हैं।

हम अमृतत्व की ओर अग्रसर हैं।

हमारा मूल तत्व वही परमब्रह्म है

जो इस चराचर सृष्टि को एक दिव्य लीला के रूप में रच रहा है।

यह जन्म हमें अपने वास्तविक स्वरूप को पहचानने के लिए ही मिला है।

The Devi Who Lost Her Way (The Use of the Mirror)

Contemplate on who you truly are.

Soham — "That am I."

I am a human form descended from the consciousness of the Supreme Reality.

Attaining spiritual states is entirely natural for me. I am a seeker. Through spiritual practice,

a great Sage of the Age has given me a precious opportunity to realize the Self.

Shivoham — "I am of the form of Shiva."

Shiva means auspiciousness. I am inherently, by nature, of the form of Shiva — a bringer of auspiciousness.

How can there be any space for inauspiciousness in my thoughts, emotions, desires, actions, and discipline?

If, by contact with materiality, a little impurity has stuck to me, it is alien to my nature —

Why hesitate to remove it? Why struggle?

Satchidanandoham — "My fundamental nature is Existence, Consciousness, and Bliss."

Why should I be affected by falsehood?

Why should I roam after mirages?

I am the embodiment of bliss.

Why should I wander this temporary world in search of joy?

Ayam Atma Brahma — "This Self is Brahman."

Whether it is the ocean or a single drop, it is all water.

Every single ray of the sun contains the qualities of the sun itself.

Even a small individual soul, though bound by ego,

has the capacity to unite with the Supreme Reality (Parabrahma).

Then why should I live in limitation, bound by the false ego of "mine" and "I"?

Why shouldn’t I become one with the Indwelling Supreme in all beings?

Tat Tvam Asi — "That Thou Art."

You have inherited the qualities of that Supreme Being.

This entire creation is but your reflection!

All of us are reflections of that eternal, imperishable Supreme Self.

We are journeying toward immortality.

Our true essence is the Supreme Reality that plays out this universe as a divine play.

This birth has been granted for us to realize our true nature.
