🌻 392. 'శ్రీకంఠార్ధశరీరిణీ' 🌻

శివుడు అర్ధ శరీరముగా గలది శ్రీమాత అని అర్థము. 'శ్రీ' అనగా విషము. శ్రీకంఠుడు అనగా కంఠము నందు విషము ధరించినవాడు శివుడు. శివుని అర్ధాంగి శ్రీమాత. ప్రకృతి పురుషులు సృష్టియందు అవినాభావ సంబంధము కలిగి యుందురు. "మొదట ఆత్మయే యున్నది. పిదప ఆ ఆత్మయే రెండైనది. ఆ రెండే ప్రకృతి పురుషులు.” వారినే భార్యా భర్తలు అని కూడా అందురు. శంకరుని అర్ధశరీరము పొందిన శ్రీదేవి శివునియొక్క వామభాగముగ యుండును.

శివుడు తెలుపు, ఆమె నలుపు. అట్లే శివుడు నలుపై నప్పుడు ఆమె తెలుపు. ఇట్లు అష్టమి తిథిగ కృష్ణపక్షము నందు, శుక్ల పక్షము నందు కూడ దర్శనమగు చుండును. ఆమె కనపడినపుడు అతడు మరు గగును. అతడు కనపడినపుడు ఆమె మరు గగును. దుర్గాష్టమి నాడు ఆమె కనపడును. కృష్ణాష్టమినాడు అత డగుపడును. ఇట్లు ప్రకృతి పురుషుడుగా నున్నది శ్రీదేవియే. అపుడామె 'పరా'.

🌻 392. Śrīkaṇṭhārdha-śarīriṇī श्रिकण्ठार्ध-शरीरिणी 🌻

She has half the body of Śiva. Śrīkaṇṭha is another name of Śiva. Śrī also means poison and kaṇṭha means throat. Since Śiva holds poison in His throat, He is known as Śrīkaṇṭha. Śrīkaṇṭha also means beautiful neck. She has half the body of Śiva. Bṛhadāraṇyaka Upaniṣad (I.iv.3) describes this condition thus: “He (puruṣa or soul) desired a mate (prakṛti).

He became as big as, man and wife embracing each other. He parted this very body into two. From that came husband and wife. This is one- half of oneself, like one of the two halves of split pea. Therefore this pea is indeed filled by the wife. He was united with her. From that men were born.”

🕉. మీరు మీ కంటే ఉన్నతమైన దానికి లొంగిపోండి - ప్రేమ అనే దేవుడికి. 🕉

ప్రేమగా చెప్పబడే దేవుడు ఉన్నాడని ఉన్న పురాణం చాలా అందంగా ఉంటుంది. ఎందుకంటే ఇది నిజంగా చాలా అద్భుతమైన అవగాహన కనుక. అప్పుడు ప్రేమికులుగా ఉన్న ఏవరైనా దేవునికి సమర్పణ చెంద గలుగుతారు. అయినప్పటికీ వారు స్వతంత్రంగా ఉంటారు. మీరు స్వతంత్రంగా ఉన్నప్పుడు అందం ఉంటుంది - లేకపోతే మీరు కేవలం నీడగా ఉంటారు లేదా మీ భాగస్వామికి నీడగా మారతారు. మీ భాగస్వామి మీ నీడగా మారితే, ఆ క్షణంలోనే మీరు వారి పట్ల ఆసక్తిని కోల్పోతారు - నీడను ఎవరు ఇష్టపడతారు? మీరు నీడగా మారితే, మీ భాగస్వామి మీ పట్ల ఆసక్తిని కోల్పోతారు. మేము నిజమైన మనుషులను ప్రేమించాలను కుంటున్నాము, నీడలను కాదు అంటారు. ఎవరూ, ఎవరి నీడగానూ మారాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు. మీరు మీరుగా ఉండండి, మరియు మీ భాగస్వామి కూడా తనలాగే ఉంటారు.

🍀 223. THE GOD OF LOVE 🍀

🕉. Surrender to something higher than both if you - that is the God of love. 🕉

The very myth that there is a God of love is beautiful, it is a tremendous understanding. Then two lovers can surrender to the God and they remain independent. And when you are independent there is beauty--otherwise you become just a shadow, or your partner becomes a shadow. If your partner becomes a shadow, in that very moment you will start losing interest-who loves a shadow? If you become a shadow your partner will start losing interest in you. We want to love real human beings, not shadows. There is no need to become anybody's shadow. You remain yourself, and your partner remains herself or himself.

In fact, by surrendering to the God of love, you become authentic. And you are never as authentic as when you become authentic for the first time. Two authentic beings can love, and can love deeply, and then there is no need to hold back. Let me underline this idea: When you are surrendered to the God of love, then it is not very important whether your partner remains with you or leaves you or whether you leave. One thing is important: that love remains. Your surrender is toward love, not toward your partner. So the only thing is not to betray love. Lovers can change; love can remain. Once you have understood that, there is no fear.

లక్ష్మి దివ్యసంపదను, రమణీయమగు గొప్పహారమును, సావిత్రి సంపూర్ణసిద్ధ విద్యను ఆనందముతో నిచ్చిరి(51). ఓ మునీ! అచటకు వచ్చిన ఇతరదేవీ మూర్తులు, అతడు శిశువుగా నుండగా పాలించిన కృత్తికలు తమకు ప్రియమగు వస్తువులను అతనికి ఇచ్చిరి (52). ఓ మహర్షీ! అచట గొప్ప ఉత్సవము జరిగెను. అందరు ప్రసన్నులైరి. పార్వతీ పరమేశ్వరులు విశేషముగా సంతోషంచిరి (53). ఆ సమయములో ప్రతాపశాలి, తేజశ్శాలి అగు రుద్రుడు ఆనందముతో నవ్వి బ్రహ్మ మొదలగు దేవతలతో నిట్లనెను (54).

శివుడిట్లు పలికెను-

ఓ హరీ! బ్రహ్మా! దేవతలారా! మీరందరు నా మాటను వినుడు. నేను అన్ని విధములుగా ప్రసన్నుడనైతిని. మీకు నచ్చిన వరములను కోరుకొనుడు(55).

బ్రహ్మ ఇట్లు పలికెను -

ఓ మునీ! విష్ణువు మొదలగు దేవతలందరు ఆ శంభుని వచనమును విని ప్రసన్నమగు ముఖము గలవారై ప్రభువగు పశుపతి దేవునితో నిట్లనిరి (56). ఓ ప్రభూ! ఈ కుమారుని చేతిలో తారకుడు సంహరింబడ గలడు. ఈ ఉత్తమ చరిత్రము అందుకొరకు మాత్రమే ఘటిల్లినది (57). కావున తారకుని సంహరించుటకు సన్నద్ధులమై ఈనాడే బయలుదేరెదము. కుమారునకు అనుమతినిమ్ము. ఆతడు వానిని వధించి మాకు సుఖమును కలుగజేయుగాక! (58)

అటులనే అని అంగీకరించి ఆ విభుడు అపుడు దయతో నిండిన హృదయము గలవాడై, తారకాసుర సంహారము కొరకు కుమారుని దేవతలకు అప్పగించెను (59).

52. O sage, the other goddesses too who had come there gave him their respective presents. The Kṛttikās too did the same.

53. O excellent sage, there was great jubilation there. Everyone was delighted, especially Pārvatī and Śiva.

54. In the meantime, O sage, the powerful Śiva, spoke to Brahmā and to other gods laughingly and joyously.


Śiva said:—

55. “O Viṣṇu, O Brahmā, O gods, you listen to my words. I am delighted in all respects. Please choose the boons you wish.”


Brahmā said:—

56. O sage, on hearing those words of Śiva, Viṣṇu and other gods spoke to Śiva with faces beaming with pleasure.


The gods said:—

57. “O lord, Tāraka will certainly be killed by Kumāra. It is for that purpose that he is born.

58. Hence in our effort to kill him we shall start this very day. Please give your directions to Kumāra. Let him slay Tāraka for our happiness.

59. Thinking that it shall be so, lord Śiva entrusted his son to the gods in order to kill Tāraka, urged by his mercy that he was.

ప్రథమ సంపుటము, అధ్యాయము - 29

🌻. సర్వతోభద్ర మండల విధి - 5 🌻

దాని తరువాత నున్న ఒక పంక్తి చెరిపి వేసి మరల వెనుకటి వలె పదునారు భద్రమండలములు వ్రాయవలెను. పిమ్మట అన్ని ప్రక్కలను ఉన్న ఒక్కొక్క పంక్తి చెరిపివేసి ఒక్కొక్క దిక్కున మూడేసి చొప్పున పండ్రెండు ద్వారములు నిర్మింపవలెను. వెలుపల నున్న ఆరు కోష్ఠములు తుడిచివేసి మధ్యభాగముయొక్క పార్శ్వభాగములందలి నాలిగింటిని తుడిచివేయవలెను. మరల, శోభానిర్మాణమునకై లోపల నున్న నాలుగు కోష్ఠములను, వెలుపల నున్న రెండు కోష్ఠములను తుడిచివేయలవలెను.

పిమ్మట ఉపద్వారము లేర్పడుటకై లోపల నున్న మూడు కోష్ఠములను, వెలుపలనున్న ఐదు కోష్ఠములను తుడిచివేయవలెను. పిమ్మట, వెనుక చెప్పిన విధమున శోభ నిర్మింపవలెను. కోణములలో వెలుపల నున్న ఏడు కోష్ఠములను, లోపలనున్న మూడు కోష్ఠములను తుడిచి వేయవలెను. ఈ విధముగ ఏర్పడిన పంచవింశతి వ్యూహమండలము లోపల నున్న కమలకర్ణికపై పరమాత్మను పూజింపవలెను.

మరల తూర్పు మొదలైన దిక్కులలో నున్న కమలములపై క్రమముగా వాసుదేవాదుల పూజ చేయవలెను. పిమ్మట తూర్పున నున్న కమలముపై భగవంతుడగు వారహమూర్తిని పూజించి క్రమముగా ఇరువదిఐదువ్యూహముల పూజచేయవలెను. ఇరువదియారవ తత్త్వమైన పరమాత్మునిపూజ సంపన్నమగువరకును ఈ క్రమముజరుగవలెను.

ఒకే మండలముపై అన్ని వ్యూహముల పూజనుక్రమముగా చేయవలెనని ప్రచేతసుని మతము. కాని సత్యాచార్యుని మతము ప్రకారము మూర్తిభేధమును బట్టి పరమాత్ముని వ్యక్తిత్వము నందు భేదమేర్పడును గాన విభిన్న మూర్తుల పూజ వేరువేరుగా చేయవలెను.

🌻 Mode of worshipping Hari in the figure called Sarvatobhadra - 5 🌻

35. Then having sprinkled the rows (of compartments) and writing sixteen bhadrakas the rows all around are sprinkled. and allotment is made.

36-38. Twelve doors (are drawn) in the usual order in each quarter. Having omitted the six (compartments) inside and having sprinkled for beautification the four at the centre, the four on the sides and two inside and outside, and having cleansed three inside and five outside for accomplishing additional doors, as before beautification is made. Seven of the corners outside and three apartments inside are cleansed.

39. The supreme brahman is to be worshipped in the auspicious twenty-five (compartment) formation. Then in the lotus (drawn) in the middle commencing with east, Vāsudeva and other deities are worshipped in order.

40. Having worshipped the boar-form in the lotus in the east the formation is worshipped in order until the thirty-six (forms are finished).

41. With the effort that it has to be worshipped, (one has to worship) all formations in the order in the single lotus as described. The progenitor is regarded as the sacrifice.

42. Acyuta divided into many forms is regarded as ‘truth’. Forty cubits of the ground in the north has to be divided in order.

జీవుడు ప్రకృతిని ఎందుకు ఆమోదిస్తున్నాడు? ఆ ప్రకృతి తన లాంటి వాటినీ, చిత్ర విచిత్రమైన వాటిని ఎన్నింటినో సృష్టిస్తుంది. అవి చూసి జీవుడు చాలా బాగున్నాయి అనుకుంటాడు. వెంటనే జీవుడు మోసపోయాడు. కంటితో చూచి బాగుంది అనుకునే ప్రతీదీ ప్రకృతే. ఆత్మకు ఏ రంగూ రూపం ఉండదు. ప్రకృతి సృష్టించిన రూపాలను చూచి జీవుడు మోహాన్ని పొందుతున్నాడు. ఇలా లేని వాటిని ఉన్నదీ అనుకోవడమే మోహం. ప్రకృతి జ్ఞ్యానముని కప్పిపుచ్చుతుంది. ఆ జ్ఞ్యానం మరుగునపడుతుంది. మోహం పైకి తేవబడుతుంది. జీవుడు అందుకే లేని దానిని ఉన్నట్లు, ఉన్నదాన్ని లేనట్లు, తనవి కాని దాన్ని తనవి అన్నట్లు భ్రమకు లోనవుతాడు.

*జీవుడు ప్రకృతిని ఎందుకు ఆమోదిస్తున్నాడు? ఆ ప్రకృతి తన లాంటి వాటినీ, చిత్ర విచిత్రమైన వాటిని ఎన్నింటినో సృష్టిస్తుంది. అవి చూసి జీవుడు చాలా బాగున్నాయి అనుకుంటాడు. వెంటనే జీవుడు మోసపోయాడు. కంటితో  చూచి బాగుంది అనుకునే ప్రతీదీ ప్రకృతే. ఆత్మకు ఏ రంగూ రూపం ఉండదు. ప్రకృతి సృష్టించిన రూపాలను చూచి జీవుడు మోహాన్ని పొందుతున్నాడు. ఇలా లేని వాటిని ఉన్నదీ అనుకోవడమే మోహం. ప్రకృతి జ్ఞ్యానముని కప్పిపుచ్చుతుంది. ఆ జ్ఞ్యానం మరుగునపడుతుంది. మోహం పైకి తేవబడుతుంది. జీవుడు అందుకే లేని దానిని ఉన్నట్లు, ఉన్నదాన్ని లేనట్లు, తనవి కాని దాన్ని తనవి అన్నట్లు భ్రమకు లోనవుతాడు.*

దాని తరువాత నున్న ఒక పంక్తి చెరిపి వేసి మరల వెనుకటి వలె పదునారు భద్రమండలములు వ్రాయవలెను. పిమ్మట అన్ని ప్రక్కలను ఉన్న ఒక్కొక్క పంక్తి చెరిపివేసి ఒక్కొక్క దిక్కున మూడేసి చొప్పున పండ్రెండు ద్వారములు నిర్మింపవలెను. వెలుపల నున్న ఆరు కోష్ఠములు తుడిచివేసి మధ్యభాగముయొక్క పార్శ్వభాగములందలి నాలిగింటిని తుడిచివేయవలెను. మరల, శోభానిర్మాణమునకై లోపల నున్న నాలుగు కోష్ఠములను, వెలుపల నున్న రెండు కోష్ఠములను తుడిచివేయలవలెను.

పిమ్మట ఉపద్వారము లేర్పడుటకై లోపల నున్న మూడు కోష్ఠములను, వెలుపలనున్న ఐదు కోష్ఠములను తుడిచివేయవలెను. పిమ్మట, వెనుక చెప్పిన విధమున శోభ నిర్మింపవలెను. కోణములలో వెలుపల నున్న ఏడు కోష్ఠములను, లోపలనున్న మూడు కోష్ఠములను తుడిచి వేయవలెను. ఈ విధముగ ఏర్పడిన పంచవింశతి వ్యూహమండలము లోపల నున్న కమలకర్ణికపై పరమాత్మను పూజింపవలెను.

మరల తూర్పు మొదలైన దిక్కులలో నున్న కమలములపై క్రమముగా వాసుదేవాదుల పూజ చేయవలెను. పిమ్మట తూర్పున నున్న కమలముపై భగవంతుడగు వారహమూర్తిని పూజించి క్రమముగా ఇరువదిఐదువ్యూహముల పూజచేయవలెను. ఇరువదియారవ తత్త్వమైన పరమాత్మునిపూజ సంపన్నమగువరకును ఈ క్రమముజరుగవలెను.

ఒకే మండలముపై అన్ని వ్యూహముల పూజనుక్రమముగా చేయవలెనని ప్రచేతసుని మతము. కాని సత్యాచార్యుని మతము ప్రకారము మూర్తిభేధమును బట్టి పరమాత్ముని వ్యక్తిత్వము నందు భేదమేర్పడును గాన విభిన్న మూర్తుల పూజ వేరువేరుగా చేయవలెను.

35. Then having sprinkled the rows (of compartments) and writing sixteen bhadrakas the rows all around are sprinkled. and allotment is made.

36-38. Twelve doors (are drawn) in the usual order in each quarter. Having omitted the six (compartments) inside and having sprinkled for beautification the four at the centre, the four on the sides and two inside and outside, and having cleansed three inside and five outside for accomplishing additional doors, as before beautification is made. Seven of the corners outside and three apartments inside are cleansed.

39. The supreme brahman is to be worshipped in the auspicious twenty-five (compartment) formation. Then in the lotus (drawn) in the middle commencing with east, Vāsudeva and other deities are worshipped in order.

40. Having worshipped the boar-form in the lotus in the east the formation is worshipped in order until the thirty-six (forms are finished).

41. With the effort that it has to be worshipped, (one has to worship) all formations in the order in the single lotus as described. The progenitor is regarded as the sacrifice.

42. Acyuta divided into many forms is regarded as ‘truth’. Forty cubits of the ground in the north has to be divided in order.

లక్ష్మి దివ్యసంపదను, రమణీయమగు గొప్పహారమును, సావిత్రి సంపూర్ణసిద్ధ విద్యను ఆనందముతో నిచ్చిరి(51). ఓ మునీ! అచటకు వచ్చిన ఇతరదేవీ మూర్తులు, అతడు శిశువుగా నుండగా పాలించిన కృత్తికలు తమకు ప్రియమగు వస్తువులను అతనికి ఇచ్చిరి (52). ఓ మహర్షీ! అచట గొప్ప ఉత్సవము జరిగెను. అందరు ప్రసన్నులైరి. పార్వతీ పరమేశ్వరులు విశేషముగా సంతోషంచిరి (53). ఆ సమయములో ప్రతాపశాలి, తేజశ్శాలి అగు రుద్రుడు ఆనందముతో నవ్వి బ్రహ్మ మొదలగు దేవతలతో నిట్లనెను (54).

శివుడిట్లు పలికెను-

ఓ హరీ! బ్రహ్మా! దేవతలారా! మీరందరు నా మాటను వినుడు. నేను అన్ని విధములుగా ప్రసన్నుడనైతిని. మీకు నచ్చిన వరములను కోరుకొనుడు(55).

బ్రహ్మ ఇట్లు పలికెను -

ఓ మునీ! విష్ణువు మొదలగు దేవతలందరు ఆ శంభుని వచనమును విని ప్రసన్నమగు ముఖము గలవారై ప్రభువగు పశుపతి దేవునితో నిట్లనిరి (56). ఓ ప్రభూ! ఈ కుమారుని చేతిలో తారకుడు సంహరింబడ గలడు. ఈ ఉత్తమ చరిత్రము అందుకొరకు మాత్రమే ఘటిల్లినది (57). కావున తారకుని సంహరించుటకు సన్నద్ధులమై ఈనాడే బయలుదేరెదము. కుమారునకు అనుమతినిమ్ము. ఆతడు వానిని వధించి మాకు సుఖమును కలుగజేయుగాక! (58)

అటులనే అని అంగీకరించి ఆ విభుడు అపుడు దయతో నిండిన హృదయము గలవాడై, తారకాసుర సంహారము కొరకు కుమారుని దేవతలకు అప్పగించెను (59).

54. In the meantime, O sage, the powerful Śiva, spoke to Brahmā and to other gods laughingly and joyously.

Śiva said:—
55. “O Viṣṇu, O Brahmā, O gods, you listen to my words. I am delighted in all respects. Please choose the boons you wish.”

Brahmā said:—
56. O sage, on hearing those words of Śiva, Viṣṇu and other gods spoke to Śiva with faces beaming with pleasure.

The gods said:—
57. “O lord, Tāraka will certainly be killed by Kumāra. It is for that purpose that he is born.

58. Hence in our effort to kill him we shall start this very day. Please give your directions to Kumāra. Let him slay Tāraka for our happiness.

59. Thinking that it shall be so, lord Śiva entrusted his son to the gods in order to kill Tāraka, urged by his mercy that he was.

*వాస్తవానికి, ప్రేమ అనే దేవునికి లొంగిపోవడం ద్వారా, మీరు నిజమైనవారు అవుతారు. ఇప్పటి వరకు మీరు  ప్రేమకు ప్రామాణికమైన వారు కాదు కానీ ఈ ప్రేమ అనే దైవానికి సమర్పణ చెందడం ద్వారా మీరు మొదటిసారిగా ప్రేమకు ప్రామాణికంగా మారినప్పుడు, రెండు ప్రామాణికమైన జీవులు నిజంగా, చాలా లోతుగా ప్రేమించు కోగలవు అని తెలుసుకుంటారు. ఆపై ఆ అవగాహనను వెనుకకు తీసుకోవలసిన అవసరం ఎప్పటికీ రాదు. నేను ఈ ఆలోచనను గట్టిగా చేప్తాను: మీరు ప్రేమ అనే దేవునికి సమర్పణ చెందినప్పుడు, మీ భాగస్వామి మీతో ఉంటారా లేదా మిమ్మల్ని విడిచిపెట్టారా లేదా మీరు విడిచిపెట్టారా అనేది అంత ముఖ్యమైనది కాదు. కానీ ఒక విషయం మాత్రం ముఖ్యం: మీ లొంగుబాటు ప్రేమ వైపు ఉండాలి, మీ భాగస్వామి పట్ల కాదు. ప్రేమకు ద్రోహం చేయకూడదు.  ప్రేమను అలాగే నిలిపి ఉంచుకోవాలి.  ప్రేమికులు మారవచ్చు; అయినప్పటికి ప్రేమ ఉండగలదు. ఒక్కసారి ఈ విషయం అర్థం చేసుకుంటే ఇక భయం ఉండదు.*

And when you are independent there is beauty--otherwise you become just a shadow, or your partner becomes a shadow. If your partner becomes a shadow, in that very moment you will start losing interest-who loves a shadow? If you become a shadow your partner will start losing interest in you. We want to love real human beings, not shadows. There is no need to become anybody's shadow. You remain yourself, and your partner remains herself or himself.*

*In fact, by surrendering to the God of love, you become authentic. And you are never as authentic as when you become authentic for the first time. Two authentic beings can love, and can love deeply, and then there is no need to hold back. Let me underline this idea: When you are surrendered to the God of love, then it is not very important whether your partner remains with you or leaves you or whether you leave. "మొదట ఆత్మయే యున్నది. పిదప ఆ ఆత్మయే రెండైనది. ఆ రెండే ప్రకృతి పురుషులు.” వారినే భార్యా భర్తలు అని కూడా అందురు. శంకరుని అర్ధశరీరము పొందిన శ్రీదేవి శివునియొక్క వామభాగముగ యుండును.*

*She has half the body of Śiva. Śrīkaṇṭha is another name of Śiva.  Śrī also means poison and kaṇṭha means throat.  Since Śiva holds poison in His throat, He is known as Śrīkaṇṭha. Śrīkaṇṭha also means beautiful neck.  She has half the body of Śiva.  Bṛhadāraṇyaka Upaniṣad (I.iv.3) describes this condition thus:  “He (puruṣa or soul) desired a mate (prakṛti).  

He became as big as, man and wife embracing each other.  He parted this very body into two.  From that came husband and wife.  This is one- half of oneself, like one of the two halves of split pea.  Therefore this pea is indeed filled by the wife.  He was united with her.  From that men were born.”*

నీ అస్తిత్వంలోని ఆకాశంలో ప్రేమ అన్నది మెరుస్తున్న నక్షత్రం. బాహ్య ప్రపంచాన్ని దాంతో పోల్చలేం. బాహ్యమైంది. అందంగానే వుంటుంది. కానీ ఆంతర్యలోని దాంతో దాన్ని పోల్చడానికి లేదు. లోపలి ప్రపంచంలో ప్రేమ వెలిగే తార, కాంతి. సూర్యుడు అది నీ లోపలి ప్రపంచపు ఆత్మ. ఆధారం. లోపలికి వెళ్ళి దాన్ని కనిపెట్టు. దాన్ని కనిపెడితే యితరుల్తో పంచుకో. ఉత్సవం జరుపుకో. నువ్వు కాంతిగా వుండడం అన్న దాని అర్థాన్ని మరచిపోతే ఆనంంగా వుండడమన్న అర్థాన్ని కూడా మరచి పోయావన్న మాట. అవి ఒకే విషయానికి రెండు కోణాలు.

ఆనందంగా వుండడానికి కాంతి ముఖ్య అవసరం. ఆట్లాంటి సందర్భంలోనే ఆనందం సంభవం. జీవితాన్ని ఒక సమస్యగా భావించకు. అది సమస్యే కాదు. అది జీవించదగిన రహస్యం. పరిష్కరించాల్సిన రహస్యం కాదు. అది ఆనందం, నాట్యం, ప్రేమ, అది ప్రహేళిక కాదు. విస్ఫోటించడానికి అవకాశం, అందం, అద్భుతం, ఆశ్చర్యం,. కాబట్టి ఉత్సాహంగా వుండడం నేర్చుకో. ఆటగా తీసుకో. ప్రతిదాన్ని నవ్వులాటగా భావించు. చివరికి మరణాన్ని కూడా నవ్వులాటగా తీసుకో.

Modern subatomic science is not measurable in terms of ordinary mathematical calculations. All the values of life get negatived in a realm where mathematics and logic do not operate. In this condition, science also will not operate. When you cross that limit, it becomes metaphysics. It is not physics any more; it is not geology. It becomes meta-geology afterwards, because any kind of measurement, observation and calculation cannot apply in certain realms. You are feeling that you are sitting here as a whole person, but how should you feel that you are one whole total being when you are made up of little parts?

You have got ears and eyes and nose and bone and flesh, heart and lungs. Why don't you feel that you are an assemblage of so many little things? Who is sitting here? You should not say that you are sitting here; you should say that here is a bundle of little particles. Why don't you feel like that? Here you yourself are something behind science. Your very existence as so-and-so defeats the calculative process of science. Otherwise, if it is an observable, measurable thing that you are, then you have to describe yourself as an anatomical and physiological entity, and not so-and-so.

ఓం ప్రద్యుమ్నాయ నమః | ॐ प्रद्युम्नाय नमः | OM Pradyumnāya namaḥ

ద్యుమ్నం ప్రకృష్టం ద్రవిణం యస్య ప్రద్యుమ్న ఏవ సః ।
చతుర్వ్యూహేష్వన్యతమ ఇతి వా సతథోచ్యతే ॥

ఉత్తమమైన ద్యుమ్నము అనగా శుద్ధజ్ఞానరూపమగు ధనము ఈతనికి కలదుగనుక ప్రద్యుమ్నః. లేదా 'చతుర్వ్యూహ' (138. చతుర్వ్యూహః, चतुर्व्यूहः, Caturvyūhaḥ) నామము నందు ప్రస్తావించబడిన నాలుగు వ్యూహములలో ప్రద్యుమ్న వ్యూహము కూడ ఈతనే.

జీవము లేక ప్రాణవాయువు వ్యాపారము అనగా చేష్ట చేయలేదు. అట్టి జీవమే శేషుడు లేదా భగవాన్ సంకర్షణుడుగా చెప్పబడుచున్నాడు. అట్టి సంకర్షణుడు లేదా జీవునినుండి ఉత్పన్నమై, తన కర్మల (ధ్యాన పూజాదులు) ద్వారా సనత్కుమారత్వమును అనగా జీవన్ముక్తిని పొందుతున్నది. అట్టి ఏ సనత్కుమారత్వమున సమస్త ప్రాణికోటియును లయ, క్షయములను పొందుచున్నవో, అట్టి సంపూర్ణ భూతముల మనమే 'ప్రద్యుమ్న' గా చెప్పబడుచున్నది.

Dyumnaṃ prakr‌ṣṭaṃ draviṇaṃ yasya pradyumna eva saḥ,
Caturvyūheṣvanyatama iti vā satathocyate.


He who has infinite wealth. Or since being one of the four vyuhas (138. చతుర్వ్యూహః, चतुर्व्यूहः, Caturvyūhaḥ), Pradyumna is also the Lord Himself.

Without, again, the entrance of Jīva into the body, the mind dwelling within it cannot cause it to move and act. He that enters the body is possessed of great puissance and is called Jīva. He is known also by other names, viz., Śeṣa and Sankarṣana. He that takes his rise, from that Sankarṣana, by his own acts, Sanatkumāra, and in whom all creatures merge when the universal dissolution comes, is the Mind of all creatures and is called by the name of Pradyumna.

🌷. తాత్పర్యం :

మనుజుడు తాను పొందినటువంటి జ్ఞాన,విజ్ఞానములచే సంపూర్ణముగా సంతృప్తి చెందినపుడు ఆత్మానుభవము నందు స్థితిని పొందినట్టివాడై యోగి యనబడును. అట్టివాడు ఆధ్య్తాత్మికస్థితి యందు నెలకొని ఆత్మనిగ్రహమును కలిగియుండును. అతడు గులకరాళ్లనైనను, రాళ్ళనైనను లేదా బంగారమైనను సమానముగా గాంచును.

🌷. భాష్యము :

పరతత్వానుభవము లేనటువంటి కేవల పుస్తపాండిత్యము నిష్ప్రయోజనమైనట్టిది. ఈ విషయమే ఇట్లు చెప్పబడినది.

అత: శ్రీకృష్ణనామాది న భవేద్ గ్రాహ్యమింద్రియై: |
సేవన్ముఖే హి జిహ్వాదౌ స్వయమేవ స్పురత్యద:

“శ్రీకృష్ణుని నామము, రూపము, గుణము, లీలల దివ్యస్వభావమును భౌతికత్వముతో కూడిన ఇంద్రియములతో ఎవ్వరును అవగాహన చేసికొనలేరు. కేవలము దివ్యమైన భక్తియుక్తసేవ ద్వారా ఆధ్యాత్మికముగా పరిపూర్ణుడైనప్పుడే మనుజునకు ఆ ఆదిదేవుని రూపము, నామము, గుణము, లీలలు వ్యక్తములగును.” (భక్తిరసామృతసింధువు 1.2.234)

కృష్ణభక్తిరసభావన శాస్త్రమే ఈ శ్రీమద్భగవద్గీత. లౌకిక పాండిత్యము ద్వారా ఎవ్వరును కృష్ణభక్తిరసభావితులు కాలేరు. అందులకు శుద్దాంతరంగునితో సాహచర్యము అత్యంత అవసరము.

అట్టి భక్తుడు శుద్ధమగు భక్తియోగాముతో సంతృప్తుడై యుండుటచే కృష్ణుని కరుణ వలన అనుభవజ్ఞానమును కలిగియుండును. అటువంటి అనుభవజ్ఞానము చేతనే ఎవ్వరైనను పూర్ణులు కాగలరు మరియు తమ విశ్వాసము నందు స్తిరులై నిలువగలరు.

కాని అనుభవజ్ఞానము లేక కేవలము పుస్తకజ్ఞానము కలవారు బాహ్యవరుధ్యములచే భ్రాంతులును, కలతనొందినవారును కాగలరు. శ్రీకృష్ణుని సంపూర్ణ శరణాగతిని పొందియున్నందున ఆత్మజ్ఞానము గలవాడే నిజముగా ఆత్మనిగ్రహమును కలిగియుండగలడు.

లౌకికపాండిత్యముతో ఎట్టి సంబంధము లేనందున అతడు దివ్యస్థితిలో నెలకొని యుండును. ప్రాపంచిక పాండిత్యము మరియు మనోకల్పనలు ఇతరులకు బంగారము వంటివైనను అతనికి మాత్రము గులకరాళ్ళు లేదా రాళ్ళతో సమానమై యుండును.

🌴 Chapter 6 - Dhyana Yoga - 08 🌴

08. jñāna-vijñāna-tṛptātmā kūṭa-stho vijitendriyaḥ
yukta ity ucyate yogī sama-loṣṭrāśma-kāñcanaḥ

🌷 Translation :

A person is said to be established in self-realization and is called a yogī [or mystic] when he is fully satisfied by virtue of acquired knowledge and realization. Such a person is situated in transcendence and is self-controlled. He sees everything – whether it be pebbles, stones or gold – as the same.

🌹 Purport :

Book knowledge without realization of the Supreme Truth is useless. This is stated as follows:

ataḥ śrī-kṛṣṇa-nāmādi na bhaved grāhyam indriyaiḥ
sevonmukhe hi jihvādau svayam eva sphuraty adaḥ

“No one can understand the transcendental nature of the name, form, quality and pastimes of Śrī Kṛṣṇa through his materially contaminated senses.

Only when one becomes spiritually saturated by transcendental service to the Lord are the transcendental name, form, quality and pastimes of the Lord revealed to him.” (Bhakti-rasāmṛta-sindhu 1.2.234)

This Bhagavad-gītā is the science of Kṛṣṇa consciousness. No one can become Kṛṣṇa conscious simply by mundane scholarship. One must be fortunate enough to associate with a person who is in pure consciousness.

A Kṛṣṇa conscious person has realized knowledge, by the grace of Kṛṣṇa, because he is satisfied with pure devotional service. By realized knowledge, one becomes perfect.

By transcendental knowledge one can remain steady in his convictions, but by mere academic knowledge one can be easily deluded and confused by apparent contradictions.

It is the realized soul who is actually self-controlled, because he is surrendered to Kṛṣṇa. He is transcendental because he has nothing to do with mundane scholarship.

For him mundane scholarship and mental speculation, which may be as good as gold to others, are of no greater value than pebbles or stones.

🌷. తాత్పర్యం :

*మనుజుడు తాను పొందినటువంటి జ్ఞాన,విజ్ఞానములచే సంపూర్ణముగా సంతృప్తి చెందినపుడు ఆత్మానుభవము నందు స్థితిని పొందినట్టివాడై యోగి యనబడును. అట్టివాడు ఆధ్య్తాత్మికస్థితి యందు నెలకొని ఆత్మనిగ్రహమును కలిగియుండును. అతడు గులకరాళ్లనైనను, రాళ్ళనైనను లేదా బంగారమైనను సమానముగా గాంచును.*

🌷. భాష్యము :

పరతత్వానుభవము లేనటువంటి కేవల పుస్తపాండిత్యము నిష్ప్రయోజనమైనట్టిది. ఈ విషయమే ఇట్లు చెప్పబడినది. 

అత: శ్రీకృష్ణనామాది న భవేద్ గ్రాహ్యమింద్రియై: |

సేవన్ముఖే హి జిహ్వాదౌ స్వయమేవ స్పురత్యద: 

“శ్రీకృష్ణుని నామము, రూపము, గుణము, లీలల దివ్యస్వభావమును భౌతికత్వముతో కూడిన ఇంద్రియములతో ఎవ్వరును అవగాహన చేసికొనలేరు. కేవలము దివ్యమైన భక్తియుక్తసేవ ద్వారా ఆధ్యాత్మికముగా పరిపూర్ణుడైనప్పుడే మనుజునకు ఆ ఆదిదేవుని రూపము, నామము, గుణము, లీలలు వ్యక్తములగును.” (భక్తిరసామృతసింధువు 1.2.234) 

కృష్ణభక్తిరసభావన శాస్త్రమే ఈ శ్రీమద్భగవద్గీత. లౌకిక పాండిత్యము ద్వారా ఎవ్వరును కృష్ణభక్తిరసభావితులు కాలేరు. అందులకు శుద్దాంతరంగునితో సాహచర్యము అత్యంత అవసరము. 

అట్టి భక్తుడు శుద్ధమగు భక్తియోగాముతో సంతృప్తుడై యుండుటచే కృష్ణుని కరుణ వలన అనుభవజ్ఞానమును కలిగియుండును. అటువంటి అనుభవజ్ఞానము చేతనే ఎవ్వరైనను పూర్ణులు కాగలరు మరియు తమ విశ్వాసము నందు స్తిరులై నిలువగలరు. 

కాని అనుభవజ్ఞానము లేక కేవలము పుస్తకజ్ఞానము కలవారు బాహ్యవరుధ్యములచే భ్రాంతులును, కలతనొందినవారును కాగలరు. శ్రీకృష్ణుని సంపూర్ణ శరణాగతిని పొందియున్నందున ఆత్మజ్ఞానము గలవాడే నిజముగా ఆత్మనిగ్రహమును కలిగియుండగలడు. 

లౌకికపాండిత్యముతో ఎట్టి సంబంధము లేనందున అతడు దివ్యస్థితిలో నెలకొని యుండును. ప్రాపంచిక పాండిత్యము మరియు మనోకల్పనలు ఇతరులకు బంగారము వంటివైనను అతనికి మాత్రము గులకరాళ్ళు లేదా రాళ్ళతో సమానమై యుండును.

*08. jñāna-vijñāna-tṛptātmā kūṭa-stho vijitendriyaḥ*

*yukta ity ucyate yogī sama-loṣṭrāśma-kāñcanaḥ*

🌷 Translation : 

*A person is said to be established in self-realization and is called a yogī [or mystic] when he is fully satisfied by virtue of acquired knowledge and realization. Such a person is situated in transcendence and is self-controlled. He sees everything – whether it be pebbles, stones or gold – as the same.*

🌹 Purport :

Book knowledge without realization of the Supreme Truth is useless. This is stated as follows:

ataḥ śrī-kṛṣṇa-nāmādi na bhaved grāhyam indriyaiḥ

sevonmukhe hi jihvādau svayam eva sphuraty adaḥ

“No one can understand the transcendental nature of the name, form, quality and pastimes of Śrī Kṛṣṇa through his materially contaminated senses. 

Only when one becomes spiritually saturated by transcendental service to the Lord are the transcendental name, form, quality and pastimes of the Lord revealed to him.” (Bhakti-rasāmṛta-sindhu 1.2.234)

This Bhagavad-gītā is the science of Kṛṣṇa consciousness. No one can become Kṛṣṇa conscious simply by mundane scholarship. One must be fortunate enough to associate with a person who is in pure consciousness. 

A Kṛṣṇa conscious person has realized knowledge, by the grace of Kṛṣṇa, because he is satisfied with pure devotional service. By realized knowledge, one becomes perfect. 

By transcendental knowledge one can remain steady in his convictions, but by mere academic knowledge one can be easily deluded and confused by apparent contradictions. 

It is the realized soul who is actually self-controlled, because he is surrendered to Kṛṣṇa. He is transcendental because he has nothing to do with mundane scholarship. 

For him mundane scholarship and mental speculation, which may be as good as gold to others, are of no greater value than pebbles or stones.

He that takes his rise, from that Sankarṣana, by his own acts, Sanatkumāra, and in whom all creatures merge when the universal dissolution comes, is the Mind of all creatures and is called by the name of Pradyumna.

Modern subatomic science is not measurable in terms of ordinary mathematical calculations. All the values of life get negatived in a realm where mathematics and logic do not operate. In this condition, science also will not operate. When you cross that limit, it becomes metaphysics. It is not physics any more; it is not geology. It becomes meta-geology afterwards, because any kind of measurement, observation and calculation cannot apply in certain realms. You are feeling that you are sitting here as a whole person, but how should you feel that you are one whole total being when you are made up of little parts? 

You have got ears and eyes and nose and bone and flesh, heart and lungs. Why don't you feel that you are an assemblage of so many little things? Who is sitting here? You should not say that you are sitting here; you should say that here is a bundle of little particles. Why don't you feel like that? Here you yourself are something behind science. Your very existence as so-and-so defeats the calculative process of science. Otherwise, if it is an observable, measurable thing that you are, then you have to describe yourself as an anatomical and physiological entity, and not so-and-so.

ఎప్పుడునూ వున్నటువంటి, నిత్యమైనటువంటి శ్రీమాత పదిహేను కళలతో క్రమముగ అవతరించు చుండును. మరల పదిహేను కళలతో క్రమముగ తిరోధానము చెందుచుండును. ఇట్లు సృష్టి అవరోహణము, ఆరోహణము గావించు చుండును. షోడశీ మంత్రము ద్వారా శ్రీమాత నారాధించు వారికి సంతోషముతో దర్శన మిచ్చును. అభీష్టముల నొసగును. శ్రీమాత షోడశాక్షరీ మంత్రము, కోటి వాజపేయములు, షోడశి యాగముల కంటే గొప్పది యని శ్రీవిద్యా ఉపాసకులు భావింతురు.

This nāma says that She is pleased with those who recite Her ṣodaśī mantra than performing thousands of fire rituals discussed earlier. During the dark fortnight (waning) of the moon, Lalitāmbikā i is said to be in the sun (Sūrya maṇḍala) and during bright fortnight (waxing) She is said to be in the moon (Candra maṇḍala).

It has also been said that those who got initiated in Pañcadaśī mantra should use bright fortnight for perfecting this mantra and those who got initiated in ṣodaśī mantra should use dark fortnight for perfecting this mantra (attaining mantra siddhi). 🕉. ఒక బిడ్డ పుట్టినప్పుడు, అతని మొదటి ప్రేమ మరియు అతని మొదటి ఆహారం ఒకటే - తల్లి. కాబట్టి ఆహారం మరియు ప్రేమ మధ్య లోతైన అనుబంధం ఉంది; నిజానికి, ఆహారం మొదట వస్తుంది, ప్రేమ తరువాత వస్తుంది. 🕉

🍀 222. FOOD - LOVE🍀

🕉. When a child is born, his first love and his first food are the same thing - the mother. So there is a deep association between food and love; in fact, food comes first and then love follows. 🕉

The first day the child cannot understand love. He understands the language of food, the natural primitive language of all animals. The child is born with hunger; food is needed immediately. Love will not be needed until long after-it is not so much of an emergency. One can live without love one's whole life, but one cannot live without food-that's the trouble. By and by he feels that whenever the mother is very loving, she gives her breast in a different way. When she is not loving, but angry or sad, she gives the breast very reluctantly or does not give it at all. So the child becomes aware 'that whenever the mother is loving, whenever food is available, love is available. This awareness is in the unconscious.

When you are missing a life of love you eat more - it becomes a substitute. And with food things are simple, because food is dead. You can go on eating as much as you want-food cannot say no. One remains a master with food. But in love you are no longer the master. So I will say forget about food, go on eating as much as you want. But start a life of love, and immediately you will see you are not eating so much. Have you watched? If you are happy you don't eat too much. A happy person feels so fulfilled that he feels no space inside. An unhappy person goes on throwing food into himself.

తరువాత కామదేవుడు అతనికి కామాస్త్రమును, గదను, తన విద్యలను పరమానందముతో నిచ్చెను (47). క్షీరసముద్రుడు అమూల్యములగు రత్నములను గొప్ప రత్ననూపురమును, హిమవంతుడు దివ్యములగు అలంకారములను, వస్త్రములను (48), గరుడుడు చిత్ర బర్హణడను పేరు గల తన కుమారుని ఇచ్చిరి. పాదములే ఆయుధములుగా గలవాడు, బలశాలి అగు తామ్రచూడుడను పేరుగల వానిని అరుణుడు ఇచ్చెను (49). మహానందముతో నవ్వుచున్న పార్వతి అతనికి పరమైశ్వర్యమును, చిరంజీవి త్వమును ప్రీతితో నిచ్చెను (50).

44. The sun gave him a chariot as fast as the mind and a coat of mail with great equipments; Yama his own staff: the moon a vessel full of nectar.

45. Agni lovingly gave him a spear; Nirṛti his own weapon and the wind his own weapon.

46. Kubera gave him a mace; Śiva a spear; the gods different kinds of weapons and implements.

47. The delighted lord of Kāṃa gave him the weapon of love, a club and his own lore with great pleasure.

48. The ocean of milk gave him valuable gems and a splendid anklet set with gems. Himavat gave him divine ornaments and garments.

49. Garuḍa gave him his own son Citrabarhaṇa; Aruṇa a powerful cock Tāmracūḍa.

50. Pārvatī gave him power and prosperity smilingly and joyously. She gave him longevity too with great pleasure.

ప్రథమ సంపుటము, అధ్యాయము - 29

🌻. సర్వతోభద్ర మండల విధి - 4 🌻

పదునాలుగు హస్తముల క్షేత్రమును ఏడు భాగములుగ విభజించి, మరల రెండేసి భాగములుగ విభజింపవలెను. లేదా - తూర్పునుండి పశ్చిమము వరకును, ఉత్తరమునుండి దక్షిణము వరకును పదునైదేసి సమానరేఖలు గీయవలెను. ఇట్లు చేయుటచే నూటతొంబదియారు కోష్ఠము లేర్పడును. వీటిలో మధ్య నున్న నాలుగు కోష్ఠములచే భద్రమండలము ఏర్పరుపవలెను. దాని నాలుగు వైపుల వీథికొరకై స్థానము విడువవలెను.

మరల అన్ని దిక్కులందును కమలములు గీయవలెను. ఆ కమలములు నాల్గు వైపులందును వీథికొరకై ఒక్కొక్క కోష్ఠమును తుడిచివేయవలెను. పిమ్మట, మధ్య నున్న రెండేసి కోష్ఠములను కంఠభాగముకొరకై తుడిచివేయవలెను. పిమ్మట వెలుపల నున్న నాలుగేసికోష్టమలలో మూడు మూడు కోష్ఠములను తుడిచివేయవలెను. వెలుపల నున్న ఒక్కొక్క కోష్ఠమును కంఠస్థానపార్శ్వమునందు మిగల్చవలెను. దానికి ద్వారశోభ యనిపేరు.

వెలుపల నున్న కోణములలో ఏడింటిని మినహాయించి లోపల నున్న మూడేసి కోష్ఠములను తుడిచివేయవలెను. దానికి 'నవనాలము' లేదా ''నవనాభమండలము'' అని పేరు. దాని తొమ్మిది నాభులయందు, నవవ్యూహరూపుడైన శ్రీహరిని పూజింపవలెను. ఇరువదియైదు వ్యూహముల మండలము విశ్వవ్యాపి యైనది. ముప్పదిరెండు హస్తముల క్షేత్రమును, ముప్పదిరెండుచేతనే సమముగా విభజింపవలెను.

అనగా పైనుంచి క్రిందికి ముప్పదిమూడు రేఖలు గీసి, అడ్డముగా కూడ ముప్పదిమూడు రేఖలు గీయవలెను. ఈ విధముగ ఒక వెయ్యి ఇరువదినాలుగు కోష్ఠములు ఏర్పడును. వాటిలో మధ్య నున్న పదునారు కోష్ఠకములతో ''భద్రమండలము''ను నిర్మింపవలెను. మరల నాలుగు ప్రక్కల నున్న ఒక్కొక్క పంక్తిని విడువలెను. పిమ్మట ఎనిమిది దిక్కులందును పదునారు కోష్ఠకములచే ఎనిమిది భద్రమండలములు ఏర్పరుపవలెను. దీనికి ''భద్రాష్టకము'' అని పేరు.

🌻 Mode of worshipping Hari in the figure called Sarvatobhadra - 4 🌻

27-29. Then the ground should be divided into seven parts each of them measuring equally of fourteen cubits. There should be two hundred and ninety-six apartments. (The word) Bhadra (welfare is written in four (compartments) in the middle. All around that (space) is set apart for pathway. Then lotus (figures). are drawn in all directions. Having swept clean around the pathway, four central quarters in all directions are set apart for (providing) the neck.

30. Four (apartments) are set apart outside and then three in each row. By the side of the neck there should be (an apartment) outside known as the ornament.

31-32. Among the outer angles leaving off seven, (the rest) and three inside are sprinkled (with water). An altar of nine divisions is formed in this way consisting of nine parts. (This is) the circular (altar) of twenty-five compartments (in which) the universal form of Hari is worshipped. Thirty-two cubits of ground should be equally divided into thirty-two (compartments).

33-34. When it is done in this way, there would be one thousand and twenty-four compartments. Having written the (word) bhadraka (welfare) in the sixteen middle squares and having sprinkled water on the adjacent rows (of compartments), the eight bhadrakas are written in sixteen apartments in all directions.

*🌻. సర్వతోభద్ర మండల విధి - 4 🌻*

పదునాలుగు హస్తముల క్షేత్రమును ఏడు భాగములుగ విభజించి, మరల రెండేసి భాగములుగ విభజింపవలెను. లేదా - తూర్పునుండి పశ్చిమము వరకును, ఉత్తరమునుండి దక్షిణము వరకును పదునైదేసి సమానరేఖలు గీయవలెను. ఇట్లు చేయుటచే నూటతొంబదియారు కోష్ఠము లేర్పడును. వీటిలో మధ్య నున్న నాలుగు కోష్ఠములచే భద్రమండలము ఏర్పరుపవలెను. దాని నాలుగు వైపుల వీథికొరకై స్థానము విడువవలెను.

మరల అన్ని దిక్కులందును కమలములు గీయవలెను. ఆ కమలములు నాల్గు వైపులందును వీథికొరకై ఒక్కొక్క కోష్ఠమును తుడిచివేయవలెను. పిమ్మట, మధ్య నున్న రెండేసి కోష్ఠములను కంఠభాగముకొరకై తుడిచివేయవలెను. పిమ్మట వెలుపల నున్న నాలుగేసికోష్టమలలో మూడు మూడు కోష్ఠములను తుడిచివేయవలెను. వెలుపల నున్న ఒక్కొక్క కోష్ఠమును కంఠస్థానపార్శ్వమునందు మిగల్చవలెను. దానికి ద్వారశోభ యనిపేరు.

వెలుపల నున్న కోణములలో ఏడింటిని మినహాయించి లోపల నున్న మూడేసి కోష్ఠములను తుడిచివేయవలెను. దానికి 'నవనాలము' లేదా ''నవనాభమండలము'' అని పేరు. దాని తొమ్మిది నాభులయందు, నవవ్యూహరూపుడైన శ్రీహరిని పూజింపవలెను. ఇరువదియైదు వ్యూహముల మండలము విశ్వవ్యాపి యైనది. ముప్పదిరెండు హస్తముల క్షేత్రమును, ముప్పదిరెండుచేతనే సమముగా విభజింపవలెను.

అనగా పైనుంచి క్రిందికి ముప్పదిమూడు రేఖలు గీసి, అడ్డముగా కూడ ముప్పదిమూడు రేఖలు గీయవలెను. ఈ విధముగ ఒక వెయ్యి ఇరువదినాలుగు కోష్ఠములు ఏర్పడును. వాటిలో మధ్య నున్న పదునారు కోష్ఠకములతో ''భద్రమండలము''ను నిర్మింపవలెను. మరల నాలుగు ప్రక్కల నున్న ఒక్కొక్క పంక్తిని విడువలెను. పిమ్మట ఎనిమిది దిక్కులందును పదునారు కోష్ఠకములచే ఎనిమిది భద్రమండలములు ఏర్పరుపవలెను. దీనికి ''భద్రాష్టకము'' అని పేరు.

*🌻 Mode of worshipping Hari in the figure called Sarvatobhadra - 4 🌻*

27-29. Then the ground should be divided into seven parts each of them measuring equally of fourteen cubits. There should be two hundred and ninety-six apartments. (The word) Bhadra (welfare is written in four (compartments) in the middle. All around that (space) is set apart for pathway. Then lotus (figures). are drawn in all directions. Having swept clean around the pathway, four central quarters in all directions are set apart for (providing) the neck.

30. Four (apartments) are set apart outside and then three in each row. By the side of the neck there should be (an apartment) outside known as the ornament.

31-32. Among the outer angles leaving off seven, (the rest) and three inside are sprinkled (with water). An altar of nine divisions is formed in this way consisting of nine parts. (This is) the circular (altar) of twenty-five compartments (in which) the universal form of Hari is worshipped. Thirty-two cubits of ground should be equally divided into thirty-two (compartments).

33-34. When it is done in this way, there would be one thousand and twenty-four compartments. Having written the (word) bhadraka (welfare) in the sixteen middle squares and having sprinkled water on the adjacent rows (of compartments), the eight bhadrakas are written in sixteen apartments in all directions.

మిక్కిలి శ్రేష్ఠమగు రత్నములతో అలంకరింపబడిన కిరీటమును, అంగదములను, వైజయంతీ మాలను, మరియు చక్రమును విష్ణువు ఆతనికి ఇచ్చెను (40). శివుడు శూలమును, పినాకమనే ధనస్సును, పరశువును, శక్తిని, పాశుపత సంహారాస్త్రములను, పరమవిద్యను అతనికి ఇచ్చెను (41). నేను యజ్ఞ సూత్రమును, వేదములను, వేదమాతను, కమండలమును, బ్రహ్మాస్త్రములను మరియు శత్రు సంహార విద్యను ఇచ్చితిని (42).

ఇంద్రుడు ఐరావతమును మరియు వజ్రమును అతనికి ఇచ్చెను. వరుణుడు తెల్లని గొడుగును, రత్నమాలను ఇచ్చెను(43). సూర్యుడు మనోవేగముతో పరుగెత్తే రథమును, గొప్ప శక్తిగల కవచమును, యముడు యమదండమును, చంద్రుడు అమృతకలశమును ఇచ్చెను (44). అగ్ని తన కుమారునకు ప్రేమతో మహాశక్తిని ఇచ్చెను. నిర్‌ఋతి తన శస్త్రమును, వాయువు వాయవ్యాస్త్రమును ఇచ్చెను (45). కుబేరుడు గదను, ఈశుడు శూలమును ఇచ్చెను. దేవతలందరు అనేక శస్త్రాస్త్రములను ప్రీతితో నిచ్చిరి (46).

తరువాత కామదేవుడు అతనికి కామాస్త్రమును, గదను, తన విద్యలను పరమానందముతో నిచ్చెను (47). క్షీరసముద్రుడు అమూల్యములగు రత్నములను గొప్ప రత్ననూపురమును, హిమవంతుడు దివ్యములగు అలంకారములను, వస్త్రములను (48), గరుడుడు చిత్ర బర్హణడను పేరు గల తన కుమారుని ఇచ్చిరి. పాదములే ఆయుధములుగా గలవాడు, బలశాలి అగు తామ్రచూడుడను పేరుగల వానిని అరుణుడు ఇచ్చెను (49). మహానందముతో నవ్వుచున్న పార్వతి అతనికి పరమైశ్వర్యమును, చిరంజీవి త్వమును ప్రీతితో నిచ్చెను (50).

41. Śiva gave him the trident, the bow Pināka, the axe, the arrow Paśupata, the weapon of destruction and the greatest lore.

42. I gave him the holy thread, the Vedas, the mantra Gāyatrī, the vessel Kamaṇḍalu, the arrow Brahmāstra and the lore that destroys the enemy.

43. Then Indra gave him a lordly elephant and a thunderbolt. The lord of the waters, Varuṇa, gave him a white umbrella and a necklace of gems to wear.

44. The sun gave him a chariot as fast as the mind and a coat of mail with great equipments; Yama his own staff: the moon a vessel full of nectar.

45. Agni lovingly gave him a spear; Nirṛti his own weapon and the wind his own weapon.

46. Kubera gave him a mace; Śiva a spear; the gods different kinds of weapons and implements.

47. The delighted lord of Kāṃa gave him the weapon of love, a club and his own lore with great pleasure.

48. The ocean of milk gave him valuable gems and a splendid anklet set with gems. Himavat gave him divine ornaments and garments.

49. Garuḍa gave him his own son Citrabarhaṇa; Aruṇa a powerful cock Tāmracūḍa.

50. Pārvatī gave him power and prosperity smilingly and joyously. She gave him longevity too with great pleasure.

*మీరు ప్రేమ జీవితాన్ని కోల్పోతున్నప్పుడు ఎక్కువగా తింటారు - అది ప్రత్యామ్నాయంగా మారుతుంది. ఆహారంతో విషయాలు చాలా సులభం. ఎందుకంటే ఆహారం చనిపోయినది. మీకు కావలసినంత తినడం మీరు కొనసాగించవచ్చు. ఆహారం తనను తినవద్దు అని చెప్పలేదు. ఒకరు ఆహారంతో మాస్టర్‌గా మిగిలిపోతారు. కానీ ప్రేమలో మీరు ఇంకా మాస్టర్ కాదు. కాబట్టి ఆహారం గురించి మరచిపోండి, మీకు కావలసినంత తినడం మాత్రమే చేయండి. కానీ ప్రేమతో కూడిన జీవితాన్ని ప్రారంభించండి. మీరు ఎక్కువగా తినడం లేదని మీరు వెంటనే చూస్తారు. మీరు చూసారా? మీరు సంతోషంగా ఉంటే, మీరు ఎక్కువగా తినరు. సంతోషంగా ఉన్న వ్యక్తి తనకు లోపల ఖాళీ లేదని భావించేంత సంతృప్తిని పొందుతాడు. సంతోషంగా లేని వ్యక్తి మాత్రమే ఆహారాన్ని తనలోకి విసరడం చేస్తాడు.*

*🕉. When a child is born, his first love and his first food are the same thing - the mother. So there is a deep association between food and love; in fact, food comes first and then love follows. 🕉*

*The first day the child cannot understand love. He understands the language of food, the natural primitive language of all animals. The child is born with hunger; food is needed immediately. Love will not be needed until long after-it is not so much of an emergency. One can live without love one's whole life, but one cannot live without food-that's the trouble. By and by he feels that whenever the mother is very loving, she gives her breast in a different way. When she is not loving, but angry or sad, she gives the breast very reluctantly or does not give it at all. So the child becomes aware 'that whenever the mother is loving, whenever food is available, love is available. This awareness is in the unconscious.*

*When you are missing a life of love you eat more - it becomes a substitute. And with food things are simple, because food is dead. You can go on eating as much as you want-food cannot say no. One remains a master with food. But in love you are no longer the master. So I will say forget about food, go on eating as much as you want. But start a life of love, and immediately you will see you are not eating so much. Have you watched? If you are happy you don't eat too much. A happy person feels so fulfilled that he feels no space inside. An unhappy person goes on throwing food into himself.*

*This nāma says that She is pleased with those who recite Her ṣodaśī mantra than performing thousands of fire rituals discussed earlier. During the dark fortnight (waning) of the moon, Lalitāmbikā i is said to be in the sun (Sūrya maṇḍala) and during bright fortnight (waxing) She is said to be in the moon (Candra maṇḍala).*

*It has also been said that those who got initiated in Pañcadaśī mantra should use bright fortnight for perfecting this mantra and those who got initiated in ṣodaśī mantra should use dark fortnight for perfecting this mantra (attaining mantra siddhi). Those who recite Pañcadaśī mantra should practice it in day corresponding to the sun and those who practice ṣodaśī mantra should recite it in the night, corresponding to the moon.*
