*📚. 8వ అధ్యాయము - అక్షర పరబ్రహ్మ యోగము 📚*

శ్లోకము 16-2

*🍀 15-2. సత్యము - ధర్మము - పుణ్యములను నిర్వర్తించి పుణ్యలోకములు చేరుట, పాపములను నిర్వర్తించి పాపలోకములు చేరుట కర్మ ఆధారముగ జరుగును. జన్మకు కర్మ కారణము. పుణ్యకర్మ మిగిలియున్నచో పుణ్య జన్మము, పాపకర్మ నిర్వర్తించినచో పాపజన్మము. ఫలాసక్తిలేని కర్తవ్యము నాచరించినపుడు సంచితమైన కర్మ యంతయు క్రమముగ నశించును. కనుక జన్మకు కారణము నశించును. అట్టి కర్తవ్యమందు నిమగ్నుడై ఈ అధ్యాయమున ముందు శ్లోకములలో తెలిపిన విధముగ నాదము నాశ్రయించి పరమును చేరినచో, అట్టివానికి పునర్జన్మ యుండదు. 🍀*

ఆబ్రహ్మభువనాల్లోకాః పునరావర్తినోబర్జున |

మా ముపేత్య తు కౌంతేయ పునర్జన్మ న విద్యతే || 16

తాత్పర్యము : చతుర్ముఖ బ్రహ్మ సృష్టియందలి అన్ని లోకములందు మరల మరల జన్మలెత్తు లక్షణమున్నది. నన్ను చేరిన వారికి మరల జన్మయే లేదు. 

గుడ్డి, మూగ, చెముడు, అవిటితనము, అంగవైకల్యము, నిరంతర దుఃఖము పూర్వజన్మయందు చేసిన కృత్యములుగనే శాస్త్రములు తెలుపుచున్నవి. భగవంతుని సృష్టియందు సత్యము, ధర్మము నాణెమునకు ఇరుముఖముల వంటివి. వీనిని పాటించుచు ఉత్తమ లోకములు చేరవచ్చును. వీనిని విస్మరించినపుడు అధోలోకములు చేరుట యుండును. ఈ ఏడు లోకము లందు పునర్జన్మ ప్రాప్తి యున్నది. 

పుణ్యములను నిర్వర్తించి పుణ్యలోకములు చేరుట, పాపములను నిర్వర్తించి పాపలోకములు చేరుట కర్మ ఆధారముగ జరుగును. జన్మకు కర్మ కారణము. పుణ్యకర్మ మిగిలియున్నచో పుణ్య జన్మము, పాపకర్మ నిర్వర్తించినచో పాపజన్మము. ఇట్లు పుణ్యము వలనను జన్మలు కలుగుచుండును. పాపముల వలనను జన్మలు కలుగుచుండును. కనుక బ్రహ్మదేవుని సృష్టిలో జన్మకర్మలు తప్పని సరియై యుండును. 

ఇందుండి బయల్పడుటకు ఉపాయమును భగవానుడు బోధించుచున్నాడు. అది ఈ క్రింది విధముగ నున్నది. ఫలాసక్తిలేని కర్తవ్యము నాచరించినపుడు సంచితమైన కర్మ యంతయు క్రమముగ నశించును. కనుక జన్మకు కారణము నశించును. అట్టి కర్తవ్యమందు నిమగ్నుడై ఈ అధ్యాయమున ముందు శ్లోకములలో తెలిపిన విధముగ నాదము నాశ్రయించి పరమును చేరినచో, అట్టివానికి పునర్జన్మ యుండదు. 

కర్మ రహితమగుటచే, జన్మలు రహితమగును. బ్రహ్మోపాసన మార్గము అవలంబించుటచే బ్రహ్మదేవునికి పరమైన పదమును చేరును. అదియే పరమపదము. అది శాశ్వతమైనది. సృష్టికతీతమైన స్థితి. అది ఆధారముగనే సృష్టి ఏర్పడుచుండును. భగవంతుడు తెలిపిన ఉపాయము వలన జీవుడు సృష్టిచక్రము నుండి విడుదలై, దానిని దర్శించు స్థితియందుండును. దైవ సంకల్పముగ మరల సృష్టి లోనికి దిగివచ్చినను, చక్రగతి వారిని అంటదు. అట్టివారే బ్రహ్మర్షులు. వారు ముక్తులు.

*🌻. బ్రహ్మచారి రాక - 3 🌻*

ఆ బ్రాహ్మణుడిట్లు పలికెను-

ఓ మంగళ స్వరూపురాలా! నీవు చేయు తపస్సు పరమాశ్చర్యము. నాకేమియూ తెలియకున్నది. అగ్నిలో ప్రవేశించిననూ నీకేమియు తెలియలేదు. నీ దేహమును అగ్ని దహించలేదు. నీ కోరిక నెరవేరలేదు(24). కావున, సర్వులకు ఆనందమునిచ్చే బ్రాహ్మన శ్రేష్ఠుడనగు నా యెదుట నీ మనస్సులోని కోరికను యథాతథముగా చెప్పుము. ఓ దేవీ!(25) నీవు నన్ను యథావిధిగా ఆదరించితిని. నీ మనస్సులోని మాటను చెప్పుము. నీకు నాకు మధ్య స్నేహము ఏర్పడినది గాన, నీవు నీ కోరికను దాచిపెట్టకుము (26) ఓ దేవీ నీకేమి వరము కావలెను? ఇంకనూ నిన్ను ప్రశ్నించవలయుననే కోరిక గలదు. ఓ దేవీ! నీ తపస్సు యొక్క ఫలమంతయూ నీ యందే గానవచ్చుచున్నది.(27) 

పరలోకము కొరకై తపస్సును చేయుచున్నావా? అట్లైనచో, ఆ తపస్సును దూరముగా నుంచుము. చేతిలోనికి వచ్చిన రత్నమును వీడి గాజుముక్కను పట్టుకున్నట్లే యగును(28). నీవు ఇట్టి నీ సౌందర్యమును వ్యర్థము చేయుటకు కారణమేమి? అనేక వస్త్రములను విడనాడి నీవు చర్మము మొదలగు వాటిని ధరించుచున్నావు(29). కావున నీవు ఈ తపస్సునకు గల యథార్ధ కారణమును పూర్తిగా వివరించి చెప్పుము. బ్రాహ్మణ శ్రేష్టుడనగు నేను ఆ వివరములను విని ఆనందించెదను.(30)

బ్రహ్మ ఇట్లు పలికెను-

ఆయన ఇట్లు ప్రశ్నించగా అపుడా దృఢవ్రతయగు పార్వతి చెలికత్తెను ప్రేరేపించి ఆమె ద్వారా వృత్తాంతమునంతను చెప్పించెను (31). ఆ పార్వతిచే ప్రేరేపింపబడినదై, ఆమెకు ప్రాణ ప్రియురాలు, వ్రతము గురించి చక్కని జ్ఞానము గలది, విజయ అను పేరు గలది అగు చెలికత్తె ఆ బ్రహ్మచారితో నిట్లనెను.(32)

365. నిర్వికల్ప సమాధి స్థితి వలన బ్రహ్మ జ్ఞానము యొక్క సత్యము ఖచ్చితముగా తెలుసుకొనవచ్చు. ఇంకొక మార్గమేమిలేదు. అలా కాకుండా మనస్సు యొక్క స్వభావము అస్థిరమగుటచే అది ఎల్లప్పుడు ఇతర భావనలలో నిమగ్నమై ఉంటుంది. 

366. అందువలన మనస్సును స్థిరపర్చి, ఇంద్రియాలను అదుపులో ఉంచి, దానిని సత్యమైన ఆత్మ స్థితిలో నిమగ్నము చేయాలి. అపుడు ఆత్మను గ్రహించి ఆ సత్యముతో మాయ ద్వారా సృష్టించబడిన మాలిన్యమును ద్వంసము చేయును. 

367. యోగా యొక్క మొదటి అడుగులు:- వాక్‌ను అదుపులో ఉంచాలి, బహుమతులను స్వీకరించరాదు, ఏవిధమైన కోరికలకు అవకాశము ఇవ్వరాదు, కర్మల నుండి స్వేచ్ఛను పొందాలి, ఎల్లప్పుడు విశ్రాంతి ప్రదేశములో జీవించాలి.

🌻. పాత్రత - 2 🌻

ప్రియముగా పలుకుట అనగా మన సంభాషణ వలన ఎదుటివాడు సంతోషించునట్లు పలుకుట. 

సామాన్యముగా దానము చేసినవాడు దానము పొందిన వాని‌ కన్నా గొప్పవాడను భ్రాంతి ఉండును కనుక నిర్లక్ష్యముగా దానము చేయుట, అమర్యాదగా మాట్లాడుట, తనతో సమానముగా చూడలేకుండుట మానవ లక్షణములైన దౌర్బల్యములు. వానిని దాటగల్గినపుడు మాత్రమే ప్రియవాక్యములతో దానము మున్నగునవి చేయవలెను. 

మన కన్నా బలవంతుడు, ధనవంతుడు అగు వాని యెడల పలికిన ప్రియవాక్యములు లెక్కలోనివి కావు. అవి తప్పనిసరి కనుక సదభ్యాసములుగా లెక్కపెట్టరాదు. 

ఉద్యోగమిచ్చినవాని ఎదుట చేతులు జోడించి నిలబడి మాట్లాడుట భక్తియోగము అనవచ్చునా? కనుక ప్రియవచనములు అనగా మన‌ కన్నా చిన్న వారు తక్కువ వారు కనిపించినపుడు పలికిన ప్రియవచనములు మాత్రమే ఆత్మసాధనకు పనికి వచ్చును. 

ప్రియముగా మాట్లాడవలెనని సత్యమును మెలిద్రిప్పరాదు. ఎదుటివాని అభిప్రాయము మనకు నచ్చనప్పుడు నచ్చినట్లు తియ్యగా మాట్లాడుట సత్యభంగము కనుక ఎదుటివానికిని మనకును త్రిప్పలు తెచ్చును. కనుక ప్రియవాక్కు కన్న సత్యవాక్కు ముఖ్యము. సత్యమును అయినను అప్రియముగా పలుకుటలో హింస ఉండును. 

కనుకనే మనువు "సత్యమునే పలుకవలెను, ప్రియముగా మాత్రమే పలుకవలెను, సత్యమును అప్రియముగా పలుకరాదు, ప్రియము కదా అని అసత్యము పలుకారాదు" అని శాసించెను. 

పై మూడింటికి ముఖ్యోద్దేశము ఒక్కటే. తనకు గాని ఎదుటి వారికి గాని బాధ లేకుండుట. దానినే అహింస అందురు. ఈ సంకల్పము మనస్సున ఉన్నచో మిగిలిన మూడును నిర్వర్తించుట చేతనగును....

కొందరు పరమగురువుల బృందముల గూర్చి మాటాడరు. తలవంచుకొని వారి పని వారు చేయుచుందురు. మరికొందరు గురువులను గూర్చి అధికముగ మాట్లాడుదురు. మా అనుభవమున రెండవ తెగవారే మా బృందమునకు ద్రోహము చేయుదురు. మాకు అధికముగ మాటాడువారన్నచో భయము. మౌనముగ పనిచేయువారు మా దృష్టిలో శ్రేయస్కరులు. అధిక భాషణము అపాయకరము. పనిచేయువారికది తగదు.

మమ్మనుసరించువారికి పగలు పనిచేయుట, రాత్రి నిద్రించుట అని యుండదు. పగలుబట్టి పనికాదు. పనిని బట్టి పగలు. పని యున్నచో వారికి పగలు, రాత్రి తేడా యుండదు. ఇట్టివారే పనిని ప్రేమింపగలవారు. అట్టివారిని మేము ప్రేమింతుము. ఇట్టిపనివారు ఉల్లాసముగ నృత్యము, గీతము అనుభవించు చున్నట్లుగ పనిచేయు చున్నప్పుడు మేమును వారితో వంత కలుపుదుము.చేయవలసిన పనియందు యిట్టి ప్రీతికలుగుట ఉత్తమోత్తమ స్థితి.

🍀. ప్రార్థన తెలిసిన మనిషి తాకితే ధూళి కూడా బంగారు రంగుతో మెరుస్తుంది. ప్రార్థన అన్నది యింద్రజాల శక్తి. కాని అది ధ్యానం గుండా వస్తుంది. మరో మార్గం గుండా రాదు. 🍀

ధ్యానం చేయి. అపుడు ప్రార్థన రంగంలోకి వస్తుంది. దానికి ఆధారమేమిటంటే ప్రార్థన వచ్చినపుడు దాంతో బాటు పరిమళం కూడా వస్తుంది. నీ అనుభవానికి సంబంధించిన పరిమళాన్ని యితరులు అనుభూతి చెందుతారు. దాన్ని నువ్వు ప్రసరించవచ్చు. నువ్వు ఆదిగానే వున్నావు. నువ్వు స్పర్శించిన ప్రతిదీ ఆనంద నాట్యం చేస్తుంది. ప్రార్థన తెలిసిన మనిషి తాకితే ధూళి కూడా బంగారు రంగుతో మెరుస్తుంది. ప్రార్థన అన్నది యింద్రజాల శక్తి. కాని అది ధ్యానం గుండా వస్తుంది. మరో మార్గం గుండా రాదు.

అందువల్ల నేను ధ్యానం గురించి పదే పదే ఒత్తి చెబుతాను. ప్రార్థన గురించి చెబుతాను. ఎందుకంటే అక్కడ ప్రార్థన అనివార్యం. ఎందుకంటే అక్కడ ప్రార్థన తప్పనిసరి అని నాకు తెలుసు. ధ్యానమంటే ప్రార్థన అనివార్యం. ఫలితం పరిమళం సహజంగా ప్రసరిస్తుంది. కాబట్టి ప్రార్థనని బోధించకండి.

నేను మానవత్వం గురించి వుపన్యసించను. ఎందుకంటే కావలసింది ధ్యానం. అక్కడ ధ్యానముండే ప్రతిదీ దాన్ని అనుసరిస్తుంది. సకాలంలో, సరయిన సమయంలో అన్నీ సమకూరుతాయి. ప్రార్థన వస్తుంది. ప్రార్థన నుంచి మానవ జాతి పట్ల మమకారం వస్తుంది. అది దాని పరిమళ ప్రభావం.

జగన్మాత అని ఈ నామమున కర్థము. మాతృభావము జీవులకు సంక్రమించుట శ్రీమాత నుండియే. మాతృభావము నిర్మలమైన ప్రేమ భావము. తల్లి ప్రేమను మించిన ప్రేమ లేదు. పిల్లలకు తల్లిపై ప్రేమ యుండుట అంతంతమాత్రమే. కాని తల్లికి పిల్లలపై ప్రేమ అత్యధికము. తన నుండి పుట్టుట వలన ప్రతి తల్లి తన పిల్లలను అత్యధికముగ ప్రేమించును. తన పిల్లల తరువాతే తల్లి కెవ్వరైనను. కేవలము మహోన్నతమైన వ్యక్తులే ఇతరులను కూడ తమ పిల్లలతో సమానముగ చూడగలరు.

మహా భారతమున కుంతీదేవి, ద్రౌపదీదేవి అట్టివారు. అందరికీ తల్లు లుందురు గాని, కొందరే తల్లులు కాగలరు. పురుషులు తల్లులు కాలేరు గనుక వారియందు మాతృభావము తక్కువ. హృదయ వికాసము కలిగినవారే ఇట్టి మాతృభావమును కలిగియుందురు. ఆ రుచి వారికి తెలియును. మహత్తరమైన జ్ఞానులు కాకున్ననూ, తల్లులు మధురమైన మాతృభావము ననుభవింతురు. అందలి మాధుర్యము వారికే తెలియును. ఆ మాధుర్యము కారణముగనే ఉచ్చ నీచములను మరచి పిల్లలకు సేవ చేయుదురు.

మహాత్ముల యందు కూడ ఈ మాతృభావము ఆవిష్కరింప బడుటచే వారునూ ఉచ్చ, నీచములు మఱచి జీవులకు సేవ చేయుదురు. అట్టి శ్రీమాత మాతృ భావము అంబికా భావము నుండి విడుదల అగుచున్నది.

🌷. తాత్పర్యం :

*ఆత్మ ఎత్తి ఆయుధముల చేతను ఛేదింపబడదు, అగ్నిచే దహింపబడదు, నీటిచే తడుపబడదు, వాయువుచే శోషింపబడదు.*

🌷. భాష్యము :

ఖడ్గములు, ఆగ్నేయాస్త్రములు, వారుణాస్త్రములు, వాయవ్యాస్త్రములు వంటి ఏ ఆయుధములైనను ఆత్మను నశింపజేయలేవు. 

ఆధునిక అగ్ని అస్త్రములతో పాటు పృథివి, జలము,వాయువు,ఆకాశములతో తయారు చేయబడిన అస్త్రములు సైతము పలుగాలవని తెలియవచ్చుచున్నది. ఈనాటి అణ్వస్త్రములు ఆగ్నేయాస్త్రములు కోవకు చెందినవి. కాని పూర్వపు అస్త్రములు అన్నిరకములైన భౌతిక ములకములతో చేయబడి యుండెడివి. 

ఆగ్నేయాస్త్రములు వారుణాస్త్రములతో శాంతింపజేయుట వంటి ఆనాటి పద్ధతుల నేటి ఆధునిక విజ్ఞానశాస్త్రమునకు తెలియవు. అదే కాకుండా వాయవ్యాస్త్రములు గూర్చి నవీన శాస్త్రజ్ఞులకు ఏమాత్రము జ్ఞానము లేదు. ఏదిఏమైనను ఎన్ని ఆయుధములను ఉపయోగించినను (అవి ఎంతటి వైజ్ఞానికములైననను) ఆత్మ చేదింపబడదు లేదా నశింపబడదు.

ఏ విధముగా ఆత్మ అజ్ఞానముచే ఉనికి లోనికి వచ్చి ఆపై మాయచే కప్పబడుచున్నదో మాయవాదులు వివరింపలేరు. అలాగుననే మూలమైన పరమాత్మా నుండి ఆత్మలను ఖండించుటయు సాధ్యమయిన విషయము కాదు. 

వాస్తవమునకు ఆత్మలు పరమాత్ముని నుండి నిత్యముగా విడివడియుండెడి అంశలు. నిత్యముగా(సనాతముగా) విడివడియుండెడి అంశలైనందునే ఆత్మలు మాయచే ఆవరింపబడునవై యున్నవి. అగ్నికణములు అగ్ని గునమునే కలిగియున్నట్లు, భగవానుని సాహచార్యము నుండి ఆ విధముగా ఆత్మలు విడివడిగలవు. జీవులు శ్రీకృష్ణభగవానుని నుండి విడివడియున్న అంశలుగా వరాహపురాణమునందు వర్ణింపబడినది. 

భగవద్గీత ప్రకారము కుడా ఈ విషయము సత్యమై యున్నది. కావున మాయ నుండి ముక్తి పొందిన పిదపయు జీవుడు తన వ్యక్తిగత ఉనికిని కలిగియే యుండును. ఈ విషయమే అర్జునునకు భగవానుడు ఒసగిన ఉపదేశము ద్వారా విదితమగుచున్నది. శ్రీకృష్ణుని ద్వారా గ్రహించిన జ్ఞానము వలన అర్జునుడు ముక్తిని పొందెనే గాని శ్రీకృష్ణునితో ఎన్నడును ఏకము కాలేదు.

23. nainaṁ chindanti śastrāṇi nainaṁ dahati pāvakaḥ 

na cainaṁ kledayanty āpo na śoṣayati mārutaḥ

🌻 Translation :

*The soul can never be cut to pieces by any weapon, nor burned by fire, nor moistened by water, nor withered by the wind.*

🌻 Purport :

All kinds of weapons – swords, flame weapons, rain weapons, tornado weapons, etc. – are unable to kill the spirit soul. It appears that there were many kinds of weapons made of earth, water, air, ether, etc., in addition to the modern weapons of fire. Even the nuclear weapons of the modern age are classified as fire weapons, but formerly there were other weapons made of all different types of material elements. 

Fire weapons were counteracted by water weapons, which are now unknown to modern science. Nor do modern scientists have knowledge of tornado weapons. Nonetheless, the soul can never be cut into pieces, nor annihilated by any number of weapons, regardless of scientific devices.

The Māyāvādī cannot explain how the individual soul came into existence simply by ignorance and consequently became covered by the illusory energy. Nor was it ever possible to cut the individual souls from the original Supreme Soul; rather, the individual souls are eternally separated parts of the Supreme Soul. 

Because they are atomic individual souls eternally (sanātana), they are prone to be covered by the illusory energy, and thus they become separated from the association of the Supreme Lord, just as the sparks of a fire, although one in quality with the fire, are prone to be extinguished when out of the fire. In the Varāha Purāṇa, the living entities are described as separated parts and parcels of the Supreme. 

They are eternally so, according to the Bhagavad-gītā also. So, even after being liberated from illusion, the living entity remains a separate identity, as is evident from the teachings of the Lord to Arjuna. Arjuna became liberated by the knowledge received from Kṛṣṇa, but he never became one with Kṛṣṇa.

కేవలము స్వధర్మమునందు నెలకొనినవాడై దానిని భగవంతుని కొరకు ఒనరించుట ద్వారా ఏ విధముగా మనుజుడు అత్యున్నత పూర్ణత్వస్థితిని బడయగలడో శ్రీకృష్ణభగవానుడు అర్జునునకు వివరించుచున్నాడు. 

కర్మఫలములను శ్రీకృష్ణుని ప్రీత్యర్థమై త్యాగమొనర్చుట ద్వారా మానవుడు బ్రహ్మముయొక్క దివ్యస్థితి బడయగలడు. అదియే ఆత్మానుభవ విధానము. నిజమైన జ్ఞానపూర్ణత్వము పవిత్రమగు కృష్ణభక్తిభావనను పొందుట యందే గలదు. ఈ విషయము రాబోవు శ్లోకములందు వివరింపబడినది.

🌹 Purport :

The Lord describes for Arjuna how one can achieve the highest perfectional stage simply by being engaged in his occupational duty, performing that duty for the Supreme Personality of Godhead. 

One attains the supreme stage of Brahman simply by renouncing the result of his work for the satisfaction of the Supreme Lord. That is the process of self-realization. The actual perfection of knowledge is in attaining pure Kṛṣṇa consciousness; that is described in the following verses.

Swami Sivananda teaches that the bondage of man consists in his ignorance of the true nature of his Self and that his freedom is in the knowledge of the Self. By bondage he means subjection to the process of birth and death and the consequent experience of suffering and pain. 

Self-knowledge can be attained even in this very life, provided one puts forth sufficient effort towards this end. True happiness can be had only in the Self, and it is futile to search for it in this temporal world, which does not partake of the nature of Reality. The knowledge that man has to strive for is not a theoretical understanding but is the consciousness of the Self. 

It is neither information gathered regarding the Self, nor a mere acquaintance with it through discursive reason, that can liberate man from his bondage. What is required is practical realisation, which is possible only through profound meditation on the nature of Brahman.

మమ్మనుసరించువారికి పగలు పనిచేయుట, రాత్రి నిద్రించుట అని యుండదు. పగలుబట్టి పనికాదు. పనిని బట్టి పగలు. పని యున్నచో వారికి పగలు, రాత్రి తేడా యుండదు. ఇట్టివారే పనిని ప్రేమింపగలవారు. అట్టివారిని మేము ప్రేమింతుము. ఇట్టిపనివారు ఉల్లాసముగ నృత్యము, గీతము అనుభవించు చున్నట్లుగ పనిచేయు చున్నప్పుడు మేమును వారితో వంత కలుపుదుము.చేయవలసిన పనియందు యిట్టి ప్రీతికలుగుట ఉత్తమోత్తమ స్థితి.

*🍀. ప్రార్థన తెలిసిన మనిషి తాకితే ధూళి కూడా బంగారు రంగుతో మెరుస్తుంది. ప్రార్థన అన్నది యింద్రజాల శక్తి. కాని అది ధ్యానం గుండా వస్తుంది. మరో మార్గం గుండా రాదు. 🍀*

ధ్యానం చేయి. అపుడు ప్రార్థన రంగంలోకి వస్తుంది. దానికి ఆధారమేమిటంటే ప్రార్థన వచ్చినపుడు దాంతో బాటు పరిమళం కూడా వస్తుంది. నీ అనుభవానికి సంబంధించిన పరిమళాన్ని యితరులు అనుభూతి చెందుతారు. దాన్ని నువ్వు ప్రసరించవచ్చు. నువ్వు ఆదిగానే వున్నావు. నువ్వు స్పర్శించిన ప్రతిదీ ఆనంద నాట్యం చేస్తుంది. ప్రార్థన తెలిసిన మనిషి తాకితే ధూళి కూడా బంగారు రంగుతో మెరుస్తుంది. ప్రార్థన అన్నది యింద్రజాల శక్తి. కాని అది ధ్యానం గుండా వస్తుంది. మరో మార్గం గుండా రాదు. 

అందువల్ల నేను ధ్యానం గురించి పదే పదే ఒత్తి చెబుతాను. ప్రార్థన గురించి చెబుతాను. ఎందుకంటే అక్కడ ప్రార్థన అనివార్యం. ఎందుకంటే అక్కడ ప్రార్థన తప్పనిసరి అని నాకు తెలుసు. ధ్యానమంటే ప్రార్థన అనివార్యం. ఫలితం పరిమళం సహజంగా ప్రసరిస్తుంది. కాబట్టి ప్రార్థనని బోధించకండి. 

నేను మానవత్వం గురించి వుపన్యసించను. ఎందుకంటే కావలసింది ధ్యానం. అక్కడ ధ్యానముండే ప్రతిదీ దాన్ని అనుసరిస్తుంది. సకాలంలో, సరయిన సమయంలో అన్నీ సమకూరుతాయి. ప్రార్థన వస్తుంది. ప్రార్థన నుంచి మానవ జాతి పట్ల మమకారం వస్తుంది. అది దాని పరిమళ ప్రభావం.

జగన్మాత అని ఈ నామమున కర్థము. మాతృభావము జీవులకు సంక్రమించుట శ్రీమాత నుండియే. మాతృభావము నిర్మలమైన ప్రేమ భావము. తల్లి ప్రేమను మించిన ప్రేమ లేదు. పిల్లలకు తల్లిపై ప్రేమ యుండుట అంతంతమాత్రమే. కాని తల్లికి పిల్లలపై ప్రేమ అత్యధికము. తన నుండి పుట్టుట వలన ప్రతి తల్లి తన పిల్లలను అత్యధికముగ ప్రేమించును. తన పిల్లల తరువాతే తల్లి కెవ్వరైనను. కేవలము మహోన్నతమైన వ్యక్తులే ఇతరులను కూడ తమ పిల్లలతో సమానముగ చూడగలరు. 

మహా భారతమున కుంతీదేవి, ద్రౌపదీదేవి అట్టివారు. అందరికీ తల్లు లుందురు గాని, కొందరే తల్లులు కాగలరు. పురుషులు తల్లులు కాలేరు గనుక వారియందు మాతృభావము తక్కువ. హృదయ వికాసము కలిగినవారే ఇట్టి మాతృభావమును కలిగియుందురు. ఆ రుచి వారికి తెలియును. మహత్తరమైన జ్ఞానులు కాకున్ననూ, తల్లులు మధురమైన మాతృభావము ననుభవింతురు. అందలి మాధుర్యము వారికే తెలియును. ఆ మాధుర్యము కారణముగనే ఉచ్చ నీచములను మరచి పిల్లలకు సేవ చేయుదురు. 

మహాత్ముల యందు కూడ ఈ మాతృభావము ఆవిష్కరింప బడుటచే వారునూ ఉచ్చ, నీచములు మఱచి జీవులకు సేవ చేయుదురు. అట్టి శ్రీమాత మాతృ భావము అంబికా భావము నుండి విడుదల అగుచున్నది.

శ్లోకము 16-1

*🍀 15-1. సత్యము - ధర్మము - ఏడు లోకములందు జీవులున్నారు. వారు మరల మరల ఆ లోకములలోనే జన్మించుటగాని, ఉత్తమము అధమము అగు లోకములలో మరల జన్మించుట గాని జరుగుచుండును. సత్యముగాని, ధర్మముగాని వారియందు లోపించినచో, వారు క్రింది లోకములలో జన్మ లెత్తవలసి యుండును. ఇట్లు బ్రహ్మసృష్టి యందలి అన్నిలోకముల యందు పునరావృత్తి, పునర్జన్మలు యున్నవి. పైకెగబ్రాకుట, క్రిందికి దిగివచ్చుట జీవుల వర్తనమందలి పాప పుణ్యములపై ఆధారపడి యున్నది. 🍀*

ఆబ్రహ్మభువనాల్లోకాః పునరావర్తినోబర్జున |

మా ముపేత్య తు కౌంతేయ పునర్జన్మ న విద్యతే || 16

తాత్పర్యము : చతుర్ముఖ బ్రహ్మ సృష్టియందలి అన్ని లోకములందు మరల మరల జన్మలెత్తు లక్షణమున్నది. నన్ను చేరిన వారికి మరల జన్మయే లేదు. 

వివరణము : నారాయణుని నాభి కమలము నుండి బ్రహ్మదేవుడు ఉద్భవించెను. సప్తలోక సృష్టి బ్రహ్మదేవుని ద్వారానే ఏర్పడినది. ఏడు లోకములందు జీవులున్నారు. వారు మరల మరల ఆ లోకములలోనే జన్మించుటగాని, ఉత్తమము అధమము అగు లోకములలో మరల జన్మించుట గాని జరుగుచుండును. 

స్థూలముగ ఏడు లోకము లిట్లున్నవి. 1. భూలోకము, 2. భువర్లోకము, 3. సువర్లోకము, 4. మహర్లోకము, 5. జనోలోకము, 6. తపోలోకము, 7. సత్యలోకము. 

చతుర్ముఖ బ్రహ్మ సత్యలోకవాసియై యున్నాడు. ఆ లోకమున సత్యవంతు లుందురు. సత్యమును ధర్మమును నిరంతరము పాటించుచుండుట వలన, ఆ లోకమున వసించు స్థితి ఏర్పడినది. సత్యముగాని, ధర్మముగాని వారియందు లోపించినచో, వారు క్రింది లోకములలో జన్మ లెత్తవలసి యుండును. ఉదాహరణకు మహాభారతమందలి శంతన మహారాజు సత్యలోకవాసియే. గంగాదేవియందు మోహము కలుగుట వలన ధర్మాతిక్రమణము కలిగి భూలోకమందు జన్మించవలసి వచ్చెను. 

అట్లే ఊర్ధ్వము నుండి రెండవలోకము తపోలోకము. ఇందు తపస్సే జీవితముగ వర్తించు ఋషులుందురు. వారు తపః ఫలముగ సత్యలోకమును చేరవచ్చును లేదా ధర్మము తప్పుట వలన దిగువలోకము లోనికి దిగజారవచ్చును. భూలోకము నుండి ఊర్ధ్వమగు సత్యలోకము వరకు, అధో ముఖముగ సత్యలోకము నుండి భూలోకమునకు సత్య ధర్మముల ననుసరించి జీవులు పల్లటీలు పొందుచు నుందురు. 

ఇట్లు బ్రహ్మసృష్టి యందలి అన్నిలోకముల యందు పునరావృత్తి, పునర్జన్మలు యున్నవి. పైకెగబ్రాకుట, క్రిందికి దిగివచ్చుట జీవుల వర్తనమందలి పాప పుణ్యములపై ఆధారపడి యున్నది. కనుకనే ఉత్తమ జన్మ, ఉత్తమ సుఖము పొందువారు చేసిన పుణ్యమును బట్టి అట్టి జన్మలు పొందినను, అజ్ఞానవశమున మదముతో పాపము లాచరించి మరుజన్మలో కష్టనష్టముల పాలగుచుందురు.

నీవు ఎవరి కులములో జన్మించితివో చెప్పుము. నీ తండ్రి ఎవరు? నీకున్న జీవనాధరమేమి? నీరూపము మహా సౌభాగ్యవంతమై యున్నది. తపస్సుపై నీకు గల ప్రేమవ్యర్థము(13). నీవు వేదమాతవా? లక్ష్మివా? లేక సుందర రూపిణి యగు సరస్వతివా? వీరిలో నీవెవ్వరివి అను విషయమును ఊహించుట నాకు శక్యము కాదు (14). 

పార్వతి ఇట్లు పలికెను-

నేను వేదమాతను గాను, లక్ష్మిని గాను, సరస్వతిని కూడ గాను. నేను ఈ జన్మలో హిమవంతుని కుమార్తెను. నా పేరు పార్వతి (15). పూర్వ జన్మలో నేను సతియను పేర దక్షుని కుమార్తెనె జన్మించితిని. నా భర్తను నా తండ్రి నిందించుటచే, నేను యోగ మార్గములో దేహమును త్యజించితిని(16). ఈ జన్మలో శివుడు లభించినవాడు. కాని విధివిలాసముచే ఆయన మన్మథుని దహించి నన్ను వీడి వెళ్ళినాడు(17). శంకరుడు వెళ్ళిన తరువాత నేను దుఃఖముచే పీడింపబడిన దాననై తండ్రిగారి గృహమును విడిచి పెట్టితిని. హే విప్రా! గంగానది తీరమునందు తపస్సు చేయవలననే దృఢనిశ్చయముతో వచ్చియుంటిని(18).

నేను చిరకాలము కఠినమగు తపస్సును చేసియూ ప్రాణప్రియుని పొందజాలక, అగ్నిలో ప్రవిశించ గోరి, నిన్ను చూచి కొద్దిసేపు ఆగితిని(19). నీవు వెళ్లుము. నేను అగ్నిలో ప్రవేశించెదను. ఏలయన శివుడు నన్ను స్వీకరించలేదు. నేను ఎక్కడ జన్మించిననూ శివుని భర్తగా వరించెదను(20).

బ్రహ్మ ఇట్లు పలికెను-

ఇట్లు పలికి ఆ పార్వతి ఆయన యెదుట అగ్నిలో ప్రవేశించెను. ఆ బ్రాహ్మణుడు వద్దు వద్దని ఎన్నిసార్లు వారించిననూ ఆమె లెక్క చేయలేదు.(21) ఆయన మహిమచే అగ్నిలో ప్రవేశించిన పార్వతికి అగ్ని వెనువెంటనే గంధపు ముద్దవలె ఆయెను(22).

క్షణకాలము అగ్నియందుండి ఆకసము పైకి వచ్చుచున్న సుందరియగు పార్వతిని చూచిశివుడు చిరునవ్వుతో వెంటనే ఇట్లు ప్రశ్నించెను(23).

362. స్థిరమైన సాధన ద్వారా మనస్సు ఆ విధముగా స్వచ్ఛమైనప్పుడు, అది బ్రహ్మములో కలసి సవికల్ప సమాధి చేరి తరువాత నిర్వికల్ప సమాధిలో నేరుగా ప్రవేశించి నిజమైన, ఏకమైన బ్రహ్మానంద స్థితిని పొందగలదు. 

363. ఈ సమాధి వలన ముడుల వంటి అన్ని కోరికలు నాశనమై, సాధన పూర్తయి, లోపల మరియు బయట అన్ని చోట్ల ఎల్లపుడు నిరంతరం వ్యక్తి యొక్క నిజ స్థితి స్థిరపడుతుంది. 

364. వినేదానికంటే ప్రతి స్పందన వంద రెట్లు అధికంగా ఉంటుంది మరియు ధ్యానము ప్రతి స్పందన కంటే వేయి రెట్లు అధికము. అయితే నిర్వికల్ప సమాధి స్థితి శాశ్వతమైనది. అది అన్నింటి కంటే ఇంకా అనేక రెట్లు అధికము.

363. By this Samadhi are destroyed all desires which are like knots, all work is at an end, and inside and out there takes place everywhere and always the spontaneous manifestation of one’s real nature.

364. Reflection should be considered a hundred times superior to hearing, and meditation a hundred thousand times superior even to reflection, but the Nirvikalpa Samadhi is infinite in its results.

తగినవాడు‌ కనిపించినపుడు దానము‌ చేయుము, తగని వారితో కూడా ప్రియముగనే మాట్లాడుము. అంత మాత్రమున అసత్యము మాట్లాడకుము. 

ఎవరికిని నీ‌ వలన బాధ కలుగరాదను ప్రయత్నము నిత్యము కలిగియుండుము. ఈ మార్గమున జీవించినచో నరుడు స్వర్గానికి చేరుదురని నా మతము. 

పాత్రునకు దానము చేయుట‌ అనగా బీదవారికిచ్చుట ఒక్కటే కాదు. మనము చేయలేని పని ఇంకొకడు చేయగలవాడు కనిపించినచో మన సహకారము, మన దగ్గరున్న సాధన సంపత్తి వానికి ఇచ్చునట్టి బుద్ధి యండవలెను. 

అది లేక పోవుట చేతనే ఉత్తమ ప్రభుత్వము స్థాపించ వలెనను బుద్ధితో ప్రజలు వర్గములై చిలిపోయి క్షుద్రులుగా ప్రవర్తించుట జరుగుచున్నది. 

అది లేకపోవుట చేతనే మహానుభావులైన స్వాముల వార్లు ఆశ్రమములను స్థాపించి హిందూ మతోద్ధరణకై ఎవనికి వాడుగా వేరుగా ప్రయత్నించుట, ఇంకొకని పొడగొట్టకుండుట, చీలిపోవుట జరుగుచున్నది. 

దేశమునకు ఉపయోగించు మహానీయునకు ఆరోగ్యము చెడినప్పుడు స్వయముగా పోయి మందిచ్చుట, అతని క్షేమము గూర్చి బాధ్యత స్వీకరించుట పాత్ర దానమగును. 

తనకన్నా తక్కువ వాని యందు జాలి, దానబుద్ధి చాలమందికి ఉండును. తనతో‌ సమానుడు, తాను చేయలేని పనులు సాధించువాడు కనిపించునపుడు తాను సహకరించునట్టి దాన బుద్ధి నిజమైన పాత్రత.

*🕉 You cannot be a failure; life does not allow failure. And because there is no goal, you cannot be frustrated. 🕉*

If you feel frustrated, it is because of the mental goal you have imposed on life. By the time you have reached your goal, life has left it; just a dead shell of the ideals and the goals remain, and you are frustrated again. The frustration is created by you. 

Once you understand that life is never going to be confined to a goal, goal oriented, then you flow in all directions with no fear. Because there is no failure, there is no success either-and then there is no frustration. Then each moment becomes a moment in itself; not that it is leading somewhere, not that it has to be used as a means to some end-it has intrinsic value.

Each moment is a diamond, and you go from one diamond to another-but there is no finality to anything. Life remains alive ... there is no death. Finality means death, perfection means death, reaching a goal means death. Life knows no death-it goes on changing its forms, shapes. It is an infinity, but to no purpose.

🌷. తాత్పర్యం :

*మనుజుడు పాతవస్త్రములను త్యజించి నూతన వస్త్రములను ధరించు రీతి, ఆత్మ జీర్ణమైన దేహములను త్యజించి నూతన దేహములను పొందుచున్నది.*

🌷. భాష్యము :

ఆత్మ దేహములను మార్చుననెడి విషయము అంగీకరింపబడిన సత్యము. ఆత్మ ఉనికిని అంగీకరింపని ఆధునిక విజ్ఞానశాస్త్రవేత్తలు ఏ విధముగా హృదయము నుండి శక్తి కలుగునో వివరింపలేకున్నను, దేహమునందు జరిగెడి మార్పులను అంగీకరించియే తీరవలెను. 

శైశవము నుండి బాల్యము వరకు, బాల్యము నుండి యౌవనము వరకు, యౌవనము నుండి ముసలితనము వరకు కలుగు దేహమునందలి మార్పులను వారు అంగీకరింపవలసియున్నది. ముసలితనము పిమ్మట మార్పు అనునది వేరొక దేహమును కలుగజేయును. ఈ విషయమును ఇదివరకే పూర్వశ్లోకము(2.13) నందు వివరింపబడినది.

ఒక దేహము నుండి వేరొక దేహమునకు ఆత్మ యొక్క మార్పు పరమాత్మ కరుణచే సాధ్యపడుచున్నది. స్నేహితుని కోరికను ఇంకొక స్నేహితుడు తీర్చు రీతి, ఆత్మ యొక్క కోరికను పరమాత్ముడు తీర్చును. 

ఆత్మ మరియు పరమాత్మలను ఒకే వృక్షముపై కూర్చొనియున్న రెండు పక్షులతో ముండకోపనిషత్తు మరియు శ్వేతాశ్వతరోపనిషత్తు పోల్చినవి. ఆ రెండు పక్షులలో ఒకటి(ఆత్మ) వృక్షఫలములను ఆరగించుచుండగా, వేరొక పక్షి (శ్రీకృష్ణుడు) తన మిత్రుని గాంచుచున్నది. 

ఈ పక్షులు రెండును గుణరీతిని ఏకమైనను, అందొకటి భౌతికవృక్షపు ఫలములచే ఆకర్షింపబడగా, రెండవది తన మిత్రుని కార్యములను కేవలము సాక్షిగా నిలిచియున్నది. ఇచ్చట శ్రీకృష్ణుడు సాక్షియైన పక్షి కాగా, అర్జునుడు ఫలమారగించు పక్షియై యున్నాడు. వారివురు స్నేహితులే అయినను అందులో ఒకరు గురువు కాగా, రెండవవాడు శిష్యుడై యున్నాడు. 

ఈ సంబంధమును మరచుటయే ఆత్మ ఒక వృక్షము నుండి వేరొక వృక్షమునకు లేదా ఒక దేహము నుండి వేరొక దేహమునకు మార్పు చెందుటకు కారణమై యున్నది. అనగా దేహమనెడి వృక్షముపై జీవాత్మ తీవ్రప్రయాస నొందుచుండును. కాని అది చెంతనే ఉన్న మిత్రుడైన వేరొక పక్షిని గురువుగా అంగీకరించినంతనే శీఘ్రముగా సర్వశోకముల నుండి ముక్తినొందగలదు.

*🌴 Chapter 2 - Sankhya Yoga - 22 🌴*

22. vāsāṁsi jīrṇāni yathā vihāya navāni gṛhṇāti naro ’parāṇi tathā

 śarīrāṇi vihāya jīrṇāny anyāni saṁyāti navāni dehī

🌻 Translation :

*As a person puts on new garments, giving up old ones, the soul similarly accepts new material bodies, giving up the old and useless ones.*

🌻 Purport :

Change of body by the atomic individual soul is an accepted fact. Even the modern scientists who do not believe in the existence of the soul, but at the same time cannot explain the source of energy from the heart, have to accept continuous changes of body which appear from childhood to boyhood and from boyhood to youth and again from youth to old age. From old age, the change is transferred to another body. This has already been explained in a previous verse (2.13).

Transference of the atomic individual soul to another body is made possible by the grace of the Supersoul. The Supersoul fulfills the desire of the atomic soul as one friend fulfills the desire of another. 

The Vedas, like the Muṇḍaka Upaniṣad (3.1.2), as well as the Śvetāśvatara Upaniṣad (4.7), compare the soul and the Supersoul to two friendly birds sitting on the same tree. One of the birds (the individual atomic soul) is eating the fruit of the tree, and the other bird (Kṛṣṇa) is simply watching His friend. 

Of these two birds – although they are the same in quality – one is captivated by the fruits of the material tree, while the other is simply witnessing the activities of His friend. Kṛṣṇa is the witnessing bird, and Arjuna is the eating bird. Although they are friends, one is still the master and the other is the servant. Forgetfulness of this relationship by the atomic soul is the cause of one’s changing his position from one tree to another, or from one body to another. 

The jīva soul is struggling very hard on the tree of the material body, but as soon as he agrees to accept the other bird as the supreme spiritual master the subordinate bird immediately becomes free from all lamentations.

🌷. తాత్పర్యం : 

ఆత్మనిగ్రహము కలవాడును, అనాసక్తుడును, భౌతికసుఖములను త్యజించువాడును అగు మనుజుడు సన్న్యాసము ద్వారా కర్మఫల విముక్తి యనెడి అత్యున్నత పూర్ణత్వస్థాయిని బడయగలడు.

🌷. భాష్యము :

తాను దేవదేవుడైన శ్రీకృష్ణుని అంశననియు, తత్కారణముగా తన కర్మఫలముల ననుభవించు అధికారము తనకు లేదనియు ప్రతియొక్కరు తలచవలెను. నిజమైన సన్న్యాసము యొక్క భావమిదియే. 

వాస్తవమునకు అతడు శ్రీకృష్ణభగవానుని అంశయై యున్నందున అతని కర్మల ఫలములన్నియును శ్రీకృష్ణుని చేతనే అనుభవనీయములై యున్నవి. ఇదియే నిజమైన కృష్ణభక్తిరసభావనము. అనగా కృష్ణభక్తిభావన యందు వర్తించువాడు నిజముగా సన్న్యాసియే. అతడు సన్న్యాసాశ్రమము నందున్నట్టివాడే. 

అటువంటి భావనలో వర్తించువాడు కృష్ణుని ప్రీత్యర్థమై వర్తించుచున్నందున సదా సంతృప్తుడై యుండగలడు. భౌతికవిషయముల యెడ అనురక్తుడు గాక అట్టివాడు భగవానుని దివ్యసేవానందమునకు అన్యమైన ఆనందమును పొందుట యందు అలవాటు లేకుండును. వాస్తవమునకు సన్న్యాసియైనవాడు పూర్వకర్మఫలముల నుండి ముక్తుడై యుండవలెను. కాని కృష్ణభక్తిభావనాయుతుడైన మనుజుడు నామమాత్ర సన్న్యాసమును స్వీకరింపకనే అప్రయత్నముగా ఈ పూర్ణత్వమును బడయగలడు. 

అటువంటి మన:స్థితియే “యోగారూఢత్వము” అనబడును. అదియే యోగమునందలి పూర్ణస్థితి. తృతీయాధ్యాయమున నిర్ధారింపబడినట్లు “యస్త్వాత్మరతి రేవ స్యాత్ – ఆత్మ యందే తృప్తి నొందువానికి ఎటువంటి కర్మఫలముల భయముండదు.”

49. asakta-buddhiḥ sarvatra

jitātmā vigata-spṛhaḥ

naiṣkarmya-siddhiṁ paramāṁ

sannyāsenādhigacchati

🌷 Translation : 

One who is self-controlled and unattached and who disregards all material enjoyments can obtain, by practice of renunciation, the highest perfect stage of freedom from reaction.

🌹 Purport :

Real renunciation means that one should always think himself part and parcel of the Supreme Lord and therefore think that he has no right to enjoy the results of his work. Since he is part and parcel of the Supreme Lord, the results of his work must be enjoyed by the Supreme Lord. This is actually Kṛṣṇa consciousness. The person acting in Kṛṣṇa consciousness is really a sannyāsī, one in the renounced order of life. By such a mentality, one is satisfied because he is actually acting for the Supreme. 

Thus he is not attached to anything material; he becomes accustomed to not taking pleasure in anything beyond the transcendental happiness derived from the service of the Lord. A sannyāsī is supposed to be free from the reactions of his past activities, but a person who is in Kṛṣṇa consciousness automatically attains this perfection without even accepting the so-called order of renunciation. 

This state of mind is called yogārūḍha, or the perfectional stage of yoga. As confirmed in the Third Chapter, yas tv ātma-ratir eva syāt: one who is satisfied in himself has no fear of any kind of reaction from his activity.

ఏది అన్నిటికంటెను పెద్దదియో అదియే సుఖస్వరూపమును సుఖ కరమును. అంతకంటెను చిన్నదియగు దేనియందును సుఖము లేదు.

శ్రీహరిర్వేదమర్యాదాస్థాపనార్థం సురద్విషః ।

హంతి సర్వయుగేష్వేష న తు కోపవశాదితి ।

జితః క్రోధో యేన విష్ణుస్స జితక్రోధ ఉచ్యతే ॥

ఎవని చేత క్రోధము జయించ బడినదియో అట్టివాడు. ఎవరియందును ఆయనకు క్రోధము లేదని అర్థము. సుర శత్రువులను చంపును కదా అట్లు చంపుట వారియందు కోపముండుట చేతనే కదా అనిన ఆయన వేదమర్యాదాస్థాపనార్థము దేవశత్రువులను చంపునే కానీ కోపవశమున కాదు అని సమాధానము.

*🌻 23. The Aim of Life is the Attainment of Moksha 🌻*

The central aim of the philosophy of Swami Sivananda is the living of the highest life, a life fixed in the knowledge of the principles which are the ultimate regulators of all things. 

An enlightened life of peace and joy is the goal of his sublime philosophy. And this blessedness can be attained only in the Divine Being. Dharma, the ethical value; artha, the material value; and kama, the vital value, are all based on moksha which is the supreme value of existence. 

The aim of life is the attainment of moksha. Swami Sivananda’s system is a specimen of a type of philosophy that arises on account of a necessity felt by all in life, and not because of any curiosity characteristic of thinkers who have only a speculative interest and no practical aspiration. 

The sight of evil and suffering, pain and death, directs one’s vision to the causes of these phenomena; and this, in its turn, necessitates an enquiry into the reality behind life as a whole. It is not an academic interest in theoretical pursuits, but a practical irresistible urge to contact Reality, that leads to the glorious enterprise of true philosophy.

*🌻 95. విటమినులు 🌻*

ప్రస్తుత కాలమున విటమినులను విపరీతముగ భుజించు చున్నారు. దేహపోషణమునకు అవి అత్యావశ్యకములని వైద్యశాస్త్రము యొక్క నమ్మిక. విటమినుల స్వీకరణము కారణముగ ప్రాణశక్తి (Vital Force) పెరుగునని నమ్మకము. మిటమినుల విషయమున మాదొక

అవగాహన యున్నది. మా అనుభవమున ప్రాణశక్తిని పెంపొందించు విటమినులు జీవుని యందే యున్నవి. జీవునియందలి సద్గుణమలే నిజమగు విటమినులు. సద్గుణములు ప్రాణమును పెంపొందించి నంతగ మిటమినులు పెంపొందింపలేవు. 

సద్గుణవంతులు మిక్కుట ముగ ప్రాణశక్తి కలిగి యుందురు. వారహర్నిశలు పనిచేయుచున్నను ప్రాణము నీరసింపదు. తెలివికి సద్గుణంబుల బలిమి గూర్చినచో అంతకు మించిన విటమినులు, టానిక్కులు లేవు. సద్గుణములే సమస్త మిటమినులకు నివాస స్థానము. సద్గుణములు లేనివారికి యీ స్థావరములు మూతబడవు. వారు విటమినులు తినుచున్నను ప్రాణమంతంత మాత్రముగనే యుండును.

సాధారణ మానవునకు విటమినులు పనిచేయపోవుటకు కారణము వారియందు సద్గుణముల కొలుతయే. మా దృష్టిలో విశ్వాసము మొట్టమొదటి సద్గుణము. విశ్వాసము మూఢ నమ్మకము కాదు. అది ఆత్మవిశ్వాసము. తనయందు తనకు నమ్మకమున్న వానికి ఇతరులయందు కూడ నమ్మకముండును. 

ఇతరుల యందు అప నమ్మకము తమ యందలి అపనమ్మకము యొక్క ప్రతిబింబమే. అపనమ్మకము ప్రాణమునకు శత్రువు. నమ్మకము ప్రాణమునకు మిత్రుడు. నమ్మినవాడు చెడడని ఆర్యోక్తి. నమ్మి చెడినవాడు లేడని మరియొక ఆర్యోక్తి. అనుమానము, అపనమ్మకము గలవారు విటమినులుగొనుట నిష్ప్రయోజనము. అట్టివారికి విటమినులు అపాయమని కూడ మా నమ్మకము. విటమినులను గొని అపనమ్మిక శక్తి పెరుగునే కాని ప్రాణము పెరుగదు. అపనమ్మకము, అనుమానములకు సహాయనిరాకరణము (Non-co-operation) తోడైనచో ఇక అట్టివారికి ఔషధములు, విటమినులు పనిచేయుట కష్టము. ఇది తెలియవలెను.

*🍀. సత్యం, చైతన్యం, పరమానందం, ఇవి దేవుడికి మూడు ముఖాలు. త్రిమూర్తిమత్వం. నువ్వు సంపూర్తిగా ప్రశాంతంగా వున్న క్షణం, నిశ్చలంగా వున్న క్షణం ఈ త్రిముఖాలూ నీవే -🍀*

ధ్యానమంటే ఏమీ కాకుండా పోవడం. ఎవరూ కాకుండా మారతాం. అంటే నిన్ను నువ్వు సమస్తంలో అదృశ్యం చేసుకోవడం. నిన్ను వేరుగా నిలపడం కాదు. ఆటంక పరచడం కాదు. మాయం చెయ్యడం. సంపూర్ణంతో జరిగే ప్రేమ వ్యవహారమది. సంపూర్ణంతో సేంద్రియ సమన్వయమది. సంపూర్ణత ముందు, అనంతం ముందు మనం ఏమీ కామనుకో. అనంతం ముందు మనం సముద్రం ముందు మనం నీటి బిందువులాంటి వాళ్ళం. అనంతం ముందు నీ అల్పత్వాన్ని అంగీకరిస్తే ఆ విషయాన్ని ఆహ్లాదంగా ఆమోదించు.

దాన్నించే ఉపసంహరించు కోవడం కాదు. దాన్ని గురించి ఆనందించు. ఎందుకంటే అహం అదృశ్యమయితే అన్ని ఉద్వేగాలు, భయంతో అదృశ్యమవుతాయి. నువ్వు అహాన్ని వదిలిన మరుక్షణం మరణ భయం కూడా మాయమవుతుంది. అప్పుడు కేవలం అహం మాత్రమే మరణిస్తుంది. నీ యధార్థం శాశ్వతత్వమే. అన్ని వుద్వేగాలూ, భయాలూ అదృశ్యమయితే నువ్వు సంపూర్ణ విశ్రాంతిలో వుంటావు. 

అహం లేకపోవడమన్నది ధ్యానానికి ఆరంభం. విశ్రాంతి సంతృప్తికి ఆస్కారమిస్తుంది. నువ్వు గాఢమయిన విశ్రాంతోలో వుంటే ఏదీ నిన్ను కదిలించలేదు. ఎందుకంటే నీ యింటికి నువ్వొచ్చావు. ప్రాచ్యం దాన్ని 'సచ్చిదానందం' అన్నది. సత్యం, చైతన్యం, పరమానందం, ఇవి దేవుడికి మూడు ముఖాలు. త్రిమూర్తిమత్వం. నువ్వు సంపూర్తిగా ప్రశాంతంగా వున్న క్షణం, నిశ్చలంగా వున్న క్షణం ఈ త్రిముఖాలూ నీవే - నువ్వు దైవత్వానివి. నువ్వెప్పుడూ దైవత్వానివే అనుకో. యిప్పుడు దాన్ని కనుక్కున్నావు. చూశావు.

పదునాలుగు లోకములతో కూడిన భువనమునకు ఈశ్వరి అని అర్థము. భువనమనగా ఏడు ఊర్ధ్వలోకములు, ఏడు అధోలోకములతో కూడిన సృష్టి. ఇన్ని లోకముల సృష్టి జీవుల పరిణామమును బట్టి ఏర్పడును. ఇన్ని లోకముల రూపము, అందలి జీవుల రూపము, ఆయా జీవుల స్వభావము, ప్రాణము శ్రీమాత ఆధారముగనే ఏర్పడుచూ వర్తించుచూ ఉన్నవి. 

వెండితెర ఆధారముగనే ప్రేక్షకులు పౌరాణికములు, జానపదములు, సాంఘికములైన చిత్రములను చూచు చున్నారు కదా! కుట్రలు, హత్యలు, మోసములు, దోపిడీలు, యుద్ధములు, నవరసభరితములైన సన్నివేశములు, విశ్వాసము, భక్తి ఇత్యాది వన్నియూ వెండితెర ఆధారముగనే జరుగుచుండును. 

ఈ వెండి తెరయే శ్రీమాత. అన్ని జీవులయందు వెండితెరవలె యుండి, వారికి ప్రాణము, తెలివి నందించి, వారి స్వభావములకు, రూపములకు ఆధారముగా నుండును. ఇట్లు రూపము, రంగు, శబ్దము, అంకె అను నాలుగు అంశముల కాధారమై వాని నధిష్ఠించి ఐదవదిగా తానుండును. అంతటి పైన తన ఆధిపత్య ముండును.

*🌻 Bhuvaneśvarī भुवनेश्वरी (294) 🌻*

Bhuvana means the universe. She is the ruler (Īśvari) of this universe. Seven worlds below the planet earth including earth and seven worlds above the earth are together called universe. These fourteen represent the products of the five tattva-s and antaḥkaraṇa.  

“hrīṃ” (ह्रीं) is known as Bhuvaneśvari bīja, also known as māyā bīja. This bīja has the potency of creation and is considered as one of the powerful bīja-s, as it is the combination of Śiva bīja (ह), Agni (रं) bīja and kāmakalā (ईं). When She is enjoying all the luxuries, She ought to be a great ruler and this is what is stressed here. Bhuvaneśvara is Śiva and His wife is Bhuvaneśvarī.
