🌻 552. 'సర్వమృత్యు నివారిణీ' - 4 🌻

స్వచ్ఛందముగ దేహమును విడచుటకును, దేహమునందు వేదనలతో చచ్చుటకును అనుభవమున చాల వ్యత్యాస మున్నది. జ్ఞానము వలన దేహమును విడచుట తెలియును. అజ్ఞానము వలన దేహమున చచ్చుట తెలియును. నిజమునకు జీవుడు దేహధారియే గాని దేహము కాదు. దేహము ధరించి కర్తవ్యములను నిర్వర్తించి అటుపైన దేహమును విడచుట పెద్దలు చెప్పిన మార్గము. తాను దేహి యని, దేహము కాదని, దేహము తన వాహనము మాత్రమే అని అనుభవ పూర్వకముగా తెలియుటకు ఉపాయము లున్నవి. అందు శ్రీమాత ఆరాధనము అత్యుత్తమము.

There is a great difference in experience between voluntarily detaching from the body and dying in agony in the body. By knowledge one knows how to separate the body. Ignorance leads to death in the body. In truth, jeeva is the one that wears the body but not the body himself. It is the way of the elders to wear the body and perform the duties and then leave the body. There are ways to know experientially that one is in the body and not the body itself, that the body is only one's vehicle. And the worship of Srimata is the best amongst those.
