*🌻. కుండ నిర్మాణాగ్ని కార్యాది విధి -5 🌻*
పిమ్మట శిరస్సుపై విష్ణుహస్తము నుంచి, వైష్ణవమంత్రమును ధ్యానించవలెను. ఈ విధముగా ధ్యానయోగముతో ఒకటి గాని, అనేకము గాని జపించి, హస్తములను మొదళ్ళయందు పట్టుకొని, మాంత్రికుడు నేత్రమంత్రము చదువుచు అంచుతో (జాలుతో) కూడిన చినగని వస్త్రముచే ఆ శిష్యుల నేత్రములు బంధించవలెను. తత్త్వము నెరిగి గురువు బాగుగా దేవదేవుని పూజించి, దోసిళ్లలో పుష్పములు ధరించి యున్న ఆ శిష్యులను పూర్వాభిముఖులనుగా కూర్చుండబెట్టవలెను.
ఆ శిష్యులు కూడ గుర్వనుజ్ఞ పొంది, అచట పుష్పాంజలిని చల్లి హరిని పూజింపవలెను. పిమ్మట పుష్పాదులతో వాసుదేవార్చనము చేసి. తరువాత గురుపాదార్చనము చేసి సర్వస్వమును గాని, దానిలో సగము గాని గురుదక్షిణగా ఇవ్వవలెను.
గురువు శిష్యులకు బోధించవలెను. వారు నామములతో హరిని పూజించవలెను. శంఖచక్రగదాధిరియై, తర్జనితో జళిపించుచున్న ప్రభు విష్వక్సేనుని పూజించి మండలమునందున్న హరికి ఉద్వాసన చెప్పవలెను. విష్ణునిర్మాల్యము నంతను విష్వక్సేనునకు సమర్పింపవలెను.
ప్రణీతలలో తనపైజలము చల్లుకొని, కుండములో నున్న అగ్నిని తనలో చేర్చికొని విష్వక్సేనుని విసర్జన చేయవలెను. ఈవిధముగ చేసినచో భోగములు అనుభవింప కోరిక గలవాడు సకలభోగములను పొందును. మోక్షేచ్ఛగల వాడు హరియందు లీను డగును.
అగ్ని మహాపురాణములో కుండనిర్మాణాగ్నికార్యాది కథన రూప మగు ఇరువదినాల్గవ అధ్యాయము సమాప్తము.

*🌻 Mode of constructing the sacrificial pit and the oblations unto fire - 5 🌻*
51-52. Then having placed the hand of Viṣṇu on the head and contemplated on one or many (forms) of Viṣṇu in this way, (and) having muttered mantras (remaining) in meditative posture, (and) seizing the hands with the basic mystic formula, one who knows the mystic formula having covered the eyes with a cloth (has to sprinkle) water with a new cloth.
53. After having performed worship, the preceptor, who knows perfectly well the nature of the god of gods, should make his disciples sit facing the east and with folded palms holding flowers.
54-55. Having been instructed by the preceptor in this way, they (the disciples) also must adore Hari. Having offered the handful of flowers there (and) then having offered worship with flowers without (the recitation of) any mystic formula and. saluted the feet of the preceptor, (the disciples) must give (him) the fee, either all his possession or half of them.
56. The preceptor has to instruct the disciples thoroughly.. Hari must be worshipped by them by (the recitation of his) names. The Lord Viṣvaksena[12] (whose powers go everywhere), who bears the conch, disc and mace has to be worshipped.
57. (Then that deity) stationed in a circular altar, (and. who is frightening) (is worshipped) with the fore-finger and is requested to leave.
58-59. The entire remnants of offerings to Viṣṇu, must be offered to Viṣvaksena. Then having bowed down and sprinkled (with waters), (their own persons), (the disciples) having placed the fire of the pit on their own person, Viṣvaksena is permitted to leave. One who is desirous of enjoyment gets all things. One who is desirous of release from mundane existence. gets merged in Hari.

దేవతలిట్లు పలికిరి --
ఓ శంభో! శివా! మహేశ్వరా! నిన్ను మేము శ్రద్ధతో నమస్కరించు చున్నాము. తేజస్సుచే దహింపబడుతూ శరణు జొచ్చిన మమ్ములను రక్షించుము (33). ఓ హరా! ఈ దుఃఖమును హరించుము. లేనిచో, మేము నిశ్చయముగా మరణించెను. ఓ దేవా! మా ఈ దుఃఖమును నివారించుటలో నీవు తక్క సమర్థుడు మరి ఎవ్వరు గలరు? (34)
బ్రహ్మ ఇట్లు పలికెను--
దేవోత్తముడు, భక్తవత్సలుడు అగు ఆ ప్రభువు మిక్కిలి దీనమగు ఈ మాటను విని నవ్వి దేవతలతో నిట్లనెను (35).
శివుడిట్లు పలికెను--
ఓ హరీ! విధీ! దేవతలారా! అందు నా మాటను వినుడు. సావధానులై ఉండుడు. మీకు ఇపుడు సుఖము కలుగగలదు (36). ఓ దేవతలారా! మీరందరు నా తేజస్సును వెంటనే వమనము చేయుడు. మంచి ప్రభుడనగు నా ఆదేశముచే అట్లు చేసి విశేషసుఖమును పొందుడు (37).
బ్రహ్మ ఇట్లు పలికెను--
విష్ణ్వాది దేవతలందరు ఈ శివుని యాజ్ఞను శిరసా వహించి వినాశరహితుడగు శివుని స్మరిస్తూ వెంటనే వమనమును చేసిరి (38). బంగరు కాంతితో పర్వతాకారముగ నుండి అచ్చెరువును గొలిపే ఆ శివతేజస్సు భూమిపై పడి కాంతులను వెదజల్లుతూ అంతరిక్షమును స్పృశించు చుండెను (39). అచ్యుతుడు మొదలగు దేవతలందరు సుఖమును పొంది భక్తవత్సలుడు, పరమేశ్వరుడు అగు శంకరుని స్తుతించరి (40). ఓ మహర్షీ! కాని, వారిలో అగ్నికి సుఖము చిక్కలేదు. పరమేశ్వరుడు, సర్వోత్కృష్టుడు అగు శంకరుడు అయనకు మరల ఆజ్ఞనిచ్చెను (41).
ఓ మునీ! అపుడు ఆ అగ్ని దుఃఖితుడై చేతులు జోడించి నమస్కరించి మిక్కిలి దీనమగు మనస్సు గలవాడై శివుని స్తుతించి ఇట్లు పలికెను (42).

34. O Śiva, please remove our misery. We will certainly die otherwise. Save you, none can remove the misery of the gods.
Brahmā said:—
35. On hearing these piteous words, the lord of the gods laughingly replied to the gods with his usual sympathy towards his devotees.
Śiva said:—
36. O Viṣṇu, O Brahmā, O gods, all of you listen to my words with attention. You will be happy. Be careful.
37. At my behest you shall vomit this semen virile of mine. You will be happy thereby.
Brahmā said:—
38. Accepting this command with bent head Viṣṇu and the other gods immediately vomitted it out after duly remembering Śiva the imperishable.
39. The semen of Śiva lustrous and golden in colour falling on the ground seemed to touch the heaven as it was as huge as a mountain.
40. Viṣṇu and other gods became relieved and they eulogised the great lord Śiva who is favourably disposed to His devotees.
41. O great sage, only Agni did not become happy. Śiva, the great lord, gave a separate hint to him.
42. Then the distressed fire, O sage, eulogised Śiva with palms joined in reverence and piteously spoke these words.

*🕉 All religions are basically nothing but methods of awakening. But all the religions have gone astray because of doctrines. Those doctrines are not important; those doctrines are nothing but props to the methods. They are arbitrary. 🕉*
*Some religions believe in only one life. This belief is a device to make people aware. You will be surprised, because ordinarily we think it is a principle. It is not a principle; it is just a device to force the idea to hit home. It is a way of hammering: "Don't lose time in unnecessary things. Don't go on chasing after power, money, prestige, because you have only one life. Death is coming. So be alert, be watchful, and see what you are doing." This is a device; it is not a principle. But that's where things go wrong: Christians thought it was a principle, so they started making a great philosophy out of it. Then certainly it is against Hinduism, because Hinduism says that there are many lives-a long chain of lives, zillions of lives.*
*Now there is a problem: If these are principles, then there is a conflict. Then only one can be right, not both. But that idea too is a device created for a different kind of people who have known much, who have seen many changes, and who have noted the fact that history repeats itself. But the goal is the same. The East says, "You have been doing these things again and again and again for many lives. Are you going to continue this vicious circle, this boring repetition? Already you have been here for a very long time, doing the same stupid things again and again. It is time--become alert!"*

*వ్యాకరణ మందు, శాస్త్రము లందు ప్రావీణ్యమును ప్రదర్శించుట, తమ గొప్పదనము నలుగురికి తెలియునట్లు చాటుకొనుట, లోకుల మనస్సును ఎరుగుటకు ప్రయత్నించుట, భక్తులవలె చలామణి అగుటకు ప్రయత్నించుట రహోయాగము చేయ సంకల్పించు వారికి నిషిద్ధ విషయము. ఏకాంత భక్తి సాధన, ధృడవ్రతము కలిగి లోక సంబంధములను వదలి సతతము ఆత్మయందు యోగము చెందుటకై ప్రయత్నించుచూ యమ నియమములను పాటించుచూ యుండుట రహోూయాగ యాగమునకు ప్రధానము.*
*కేవలము పాపములు దగ్ధమగుటచే మోక్ష స్థితి కలుగదు. పుణ్యములు కూడ దగ్ధము కావలెను. పుణ్య మాసించక పరహిత కార్యములు చేసినచో పుణ్యము కూడ పరిసమాప్తి యగును. పాపపుణ్యములు పరిసమాప్తి అయిన వారికే మోక్షము. రహోూయాగము మహత్తరమగు యాగము.*

*Though distractions cannot be avoided in the beginning stages of internal worship, when the practice is intensified leading to the stage of bliss, a sort of addiction is developed by the practitioner to be with that bliss. The stage of bliss cannot be described in quotidian language and to understand it, one has to really make sincere attempts while pursuing the path of spirituality. Secondly, the stage of bliss does not vary depending upon the forms of God. Bliss is a unique phenomenon, applicable to all forms of worship.*
*In Śri Vidyā cult, there are two types of worship. One is called samayācāra worship, the internal worship. The other is kulācāra worship or the external rituals. Saundarya Laharī (verse 8) makes a reference to this samayācāra or internal worship. “You are seated in the middle of the ocean of nectar (sahasrāra), with Śiva tattva as the base and Sadāśiva tattva as the cushion, offering bliss. Only the blessed ones meditate on this form of yours” says this verse.*
