"మమ మాయా దురత్యయా” అని కృష్ణుడు చిరునవ్వుతో పలికినాడు. నా మాయ నెవ్వరునూ దాట లేరు అనుచూ నవ్వెడి శ్రీకృష్ణుని ముఖమునుండే మాయ ప్రసరించును. అట్లే శ్రీలలిత చిరునవ్వు కూడను. ఆమె అనుగ్రహము వలననే ఆ మాయను దాట వచ్చును. కనుక నామెను ప్రార్థించుట జీవుల కవసరమై నిలచినది. కలి యుగమందు అజ్ఞానము మహత్తరమగు బలము కలిగి యుండును. తత్కారణముగ కల్మషము లధికములై యుండును. కాలము, దేశము కల్మషములతో నిండియుండగ అట్టి దుర్దశ నుండి బయల్పడుటకు అవకాశము చాల తక్కువగ నుండును.

Who can understand the trends of ignorance? 'Mama Maya Duratya' said Krishna with a smile. When Sri Krishna says with a smile "Nobody can overcome my illusion" his face itself radiates illusion. That's how Srilalitha's smile is too. It is because of her grace that we can cross that illusion. Therefore, praying to her is essential for living beings. Ignorance has great power in Kali Yuga. Hence the defects or sins are high. When the time and the country are full of defects, there is very little chance to get out of such a bad situation.
