🌴. యోగి స్పృహ యొక్క మూడు స్థితులను (జాగృత, స్వప్న మరియు గాఢనిద్ర) మరియు మూడు కార్యాచరణ స్థితులను (ప్రారంభ, మధ్య మరియు ముగింపు) మొదటిది అయిన తుర్య యొక్క ఆనందం లేదా దాని జ్ఞాపకంతో శక్తివంతం చేస్తూనే ఉంటాడు. 🌴
భగవంతునితో శాశ్వతంగా అనుసంధానించబడిన యోగి ఇలాగే కొనసాగుతాడు. ఏది వాస్తవమో, ఏది అసలైనదో వేరుగా గుర్తించగలడు. తన శరీరం నశించి పోతుందని అతనికి బాగా తెలుసు కాబట్టి, అతను తన స్థూల శరీరానికి ఎటువంటి ప్రాముఖ్యతను ఇవ్వకూడదని ఎంచుకుంటాడు. మరో వైపు, సత్య వాస్తవం అంటే అత్యున్నత స్థాయి స్పృహ అని కూడా అతనికి తెలుస్తుంది. స్వయంగా ప్రకాశించే భగవంతుని గురించి తప్ప మనస్సుకు ఇతర ఆలోచనలు లేని దశ ఇది. స్వయంగా ప్రకాశించేది పరమాత్మ అని మరియు ఆ తేజస్సు సహాయంతో ప్రకాశించే మిగిలినవన్నీ ఏదో ఒక సమయంలో అంతరించి పోయే అవకాశం ఉందని అతను అర్థం చేసుకుంటాడు.

🌻 3-38. tripadādya anuprānanam - 2 🌻
🌴. He also keeps energizing the three states of consciousness (wakeful, dream and deep sleep) and the three states of activity (beginning, middle and end) with the first, the bliss of turya or the memory of it. 🌴
This is how a yogi continues to exist, eternally connected to the Lord. He is able to distinguish between what is real and what is not real. He knows well that his body is perishable and therefore, he chooses not to attach any importance to his gross body. On the other hand, he also knows that Reality means the highest level of consciousness. This is the stage where the mind is devoid of any other thoughts except the Self-illuminating Lord. He understands that what is Self-illuminating is the Supreme and all the rest that shines with the aid of that Effulgence are susceptible to extinction at some point of time.
