*ఈ పండుగను గుజరాత్ , ఉత్తరాఖండ్ , మహారాష్ట్ర , తమిళనాడులలో ప్రధానంగా జరుపుకుంటారు. ఈ రోజున , తల్లి సీత భూమిపై కనిపించిందని నమ్ముతారు. ఈ రోజున రాముడు , సీత ఆరాధనకు ప్రత్యేక ప్రాముఖ్యత ఉంది. సీత భూమి దేవత కుమార్తె , ఈమెను భూమి అని కూడా పిలుస్తారు. సీత మాత అయోధ్య యువరాజు అయిన రాముడిని వివాహం చేసుకుంది. రాముడు స్వయంవరం తన శౌర్యాన్ని నిరూపించాడు , అక్కడ సీత రాముడిని తన భర్తగా ఎన్నుకుంది.*
*ఈ దంపతులకు లవకుశులు అనే కుమారులనేది జగమెరిన సత్యం. సీతాదేవి త్యాగం , ధైర్యానికి ప్రసిద్ది చెందింది. జీవితంలో అన్ని అడ్డంకులను వదిలించుకోవడానికి ఈ రోజున సీతమ్మను పూజిస్తారు.*
*ఈ రోజున ఒక రోజు పాటు ఉపవాసం వుండే దంపతులను సీతమ్మ ఆశీర్వదిస్తుందని.. వారి వైవాహిక జీవితం నుండి అన్ని కష్టాలను తొలగిస్తుందని , అలాగే సీతమ్మ వారికి సంతోషకరమైన జీవితాన్ని ప్రసాదిస్తుందని నమ్మకం. సీతా అష్టమి రోజున ఉపవాసం ఉండటం భర్తకు సుదీర్ఘ జీవితాన్ని ఇస్తుంది. వివాహ అడ్డంకులు ఎదుర్కొంటున్న కన్యలు కూడా ఈ ఉపవాసం చేయడం ద్వారా కావలసిన వరుడిని పొందవచ్చు.*
*సీత అష్టమి రోజున , ఉదయం స్నానం చేసిన తర్వాత.. సీతారాములను పూజించేందుకు ముందు.. గణపతిని పూజించాలి. పసుపు పువ్వులు , పసుపు బట్టలు తల్లికి సీతకు అంకితం ఇవ్వాలి.*

🌷. తాత్పర్యం :
*దేవదేవుడైన శ్రీకృష్ణభగవానుడు పలికెను; మొదట ఈ జ్ఞానము సూర్యునికి (మానవునికి భగవానునితో గల సంబంధ విజ్ఞానము) ఉపదేశించితిని. ఆ వివస్వానుడు (సూర్యుడు) మానవులకు తండ్రియైన వైవస్వతమనువునకు చెప్పెను. మనువు ఇక్ష్వాకురాజునకు చెప్పెను.*
🌷. భాష్యము :
సూర్యలోకము మొదలుగా సర్వలోకములందలి రాజవంశములకు శ్రీమద్భగవద్గీతాజ్ఞానము ప్రాచీనకాలము నుండియే ఉపదేశించబడినదనెడి దాని చరిత్ర ఇచ్చట మనకు తెలియవచ్చుచున్నది. సర్వలోకరాజులు తమ ప్రజలకు రక్షణణమును కల్పించుటకే ప్రత్యేకముగా నిర్దేశింపబడియున్నారు. కనుక ప్రజలను చక్కగా పాలించి వారిని కామబంధము నుండి రక్షించుటకు రాజవంశము వారు భగవద్గీతా జ్ఞానమును సంపూర్ణముగా అవగాహన చేసికొనవలసిన అవసరమున్నది. దేవదేవుడైన శ్రీకృష్ణభగవానుని నిత్య సంబంధములో ఆధ్యాత్మికజ్ఞానమును సంపాదించుటకే మానవజన్మ ఉద్దేశింపబడినది.
ఈ సందేశమును ప్రజలకు విద్య, సంస్కృతి, భక్తి ద్వారా తెలియజేయుట సర్వదేశ, లోకపాలకుల బాధ్యాతయైయున్నది. అనగా జనుల శ్రేయస్సు కొరకు రాజులు ఈ కృష్ణసంబంధ విజ్ఞానమును విస్తృతముగా ప్రచారము చేయవలసియున్నది. తద్ద్వారా జనులు ఈ ఘనమైన శాస్త్రపు లాభమును బడసి, జయప్రదమైన మార్గమున పయనించి లభించిన మానవజన్మను సద్వినియోగపరచుకొనగలరు. ఈ కల్పము నందు సూర్యదేవుడు వివస్వానునిగా పిలువబడును. ఆ సూర్యుడే గ్రహమండలమందలి సర్వగ్రహములకు మూలము. బ్రహ్మసంహిత (5.52) యందు ఈ క్రింది విధముగా తెలుపబడినది.

రాజా సమస్తసురమూర్తిర శేష తేజా: |
యస్యాజ్ఞయా భ్రమతి సంభ్రుతకాలచక్రో

“ఏ ఆదిపురుషుని ఆజ్ఞచే గ్రహములకు రాజైన సూర్యుడు అత్యధికశక్తిని మరియు ఉష్ణమును పొందుచున్నాడో అట్టి దేవదేవుడైన గోవిందుని(శ్రీకృష్ణుని) నేను భజింతును. అట్టి సూర్యుడు ఆ భగవానుని నేత్రమై భాసించును, అతని ఆజ్ఞలకు లోబడి తన కక్ష్య యందు పరిభ్రమించుచుండును” అని బ్రహ్మదేవుడు స్తుతించెను.

🌷 Translation :
*The Personality of Godhead, Lord Śrī Kṛṣṇa, said: I instructed this imperishable science of yoga to the sun-god, Vivasvān, and Vivasvān instructed it to Manu, the father of mankind, and Manu in turn instructed it to Ikṣvāku.*
🌷 Purport :
Herein we find the history of the Bhagavad-gītā traced from a remote time when it was delivered to the royal order of all planets, beginning from the sun planet. The kings of all planets are especially meant for the protection of the inhabitants, and therefore the royal order should understand the science of Bhagavad-gītā in order to be able to rule the citizens and protect them from material bondage to lust.
Human life is meant for cultivation of spiritual knowledge, in eternal relationship with the Supreme Personality of Godhead, and the executive heads of all states and all planets are obliged to impart this lesson to the citizens by education, culture and devotion. In other words, the executive heads of all states are intended to spread the science of Kṛṣṇa consciousness so that the people may take advantage of this great science and pursue a successful path, utilizing the opportunity of the human form of life.
In this millennium, the sun-god is known as Vivasvān, the king of the sun, which is the origin of all planets within the solar system. In the Brahma-saṁhitā (5.52) it is stated:
yac-cakṣur eṣa savitā sakala-grahāṇāṁ
rājā samasta-sura-mūrtir aśeṣa-tejāḥ
yasyājñayā bhramati sambhṛta-kāla-cakro
govindam ādi-puruṣaṁ tam ahaṁ bhajāmi
“Let me worship,” Lord Brahmā said, “the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Govinda [Kṛṣṇa], who is the original person and under whose order the sun, which is the king of all planets, is assuming immense power and heat. The sun represents the eye of the Lord and traverses its orbit in obedience to His order.”

ఆ హరి హారాలు, కిరీటం, భుజకీర్తులు మొదలైన అలంకారాలతో అలరారుతుంటాడు. ఆయన కటిప్రదేశం అందమైన మొలనూలు చేత ప్రకాశిస్తుంటుంది. ఆయన చెవులకు మకరకుండలాలు ధరిస్తాడు. కౌస్తుభం అనే గొప్ప మణి కాంతులతో కమనీయమైన కంఠమాలికను ధరిస్తాడు. ఆయన ఆనందాన్ని కలిగించేవాడు. శంఖం, చక్రం, గద, పద్మం అనే నాలుగింటినీ నాలుగు చేతులతో పట్టుకొని ఉంటాడు. ఆయన లోకాలలో ప్రశస్తికెక్కినవాడు. పుట్టుక లేనివాడు. కమ్మని సువాసనగల వనమాలను మెడలో వేసుకుంటాడు. ఆ హరి అజ్ఞానాన్ని పొగొట్టేవాడు. సరిక్రొత్త పచ్చని పట్టు వస్త్రాన్ని ధరించి ఉంటాడు. మేలిమి బంగారు అందియలు ఆయన కాళ్ళకు అలంకరింపబడి ఉంటాయి. గొప్ప సద్గుణాలు కలవాడు. చూడదగిన వారిలో అగ్రగణ్యుడు. భక్తజన శరణ్యుడు.

Lord Visnu looked extraordinarily beautiful because the goddess of fortune and a garland were situated on His chest. *🌻. వరాహావతార వర్ణనము - 1 🌻*
అగ్ని దేవుడు పలికెను : పాపములను నశింపచేయు వరాహావతారమును గూర్చి చెప్పెదను. హిరణ్యాక్షుడనెడు రాక్షసరాజు ఉండెను. అతడు దేవతలను జయించి స్వర్గలోకములో నివసించెను. యజ్ఞస్వరూపు డగు విష్ణువును దేవత లందరును వచ్చి స్తుతింపగా ఆ హరి వరాహరూపము ధరించి, లోకకంటకు డైన ఆ దానవుని దైత్యులతోకూడ ఆశ్చర్యకర మగు విధమున సంహరించి, ధర్మమును దేవతలు మొదలగువారిని రక్షించి అంతర్థానము చెందెను.
హిరణ్యాక్షుని సోదరుడైన హిరణ్యకశిపుడు దేవతల యజ్ఞభాగములను అపహరించి దేవతలందరిపైనను అధికారమును జరిపెను. విష్ణువు దేవతాసమేపతుడై (వెళ్లి) నరసింహరూపము దాల్చి ఆ హిరణ్యకశిపుని సంహరించెను. దేవతలచే స్తుతింపబడిన ఆ నరసింహుడు దేవతలను తమతమ స్థానములలో నిలిపెను. పూర్వము దేవాసుర యుద్దమునందు బలి మొదలగువారిచే సురులు పరాజితులై, స్వర్గమును కోల్పోయిరి. వారు అపుడు హరిని శరణుజొచ్చిరి.
విష్ణువు దేవతలకు అభయ మిచ్చి, అదితికశ్యపులు తనను స్తుతింపగా ఆదితియందు వామనుడగ జన్మించెను. ఆ వామనుడు శోభాయుక్తముగ యజ్ఞము చేయుచున్న బలి చక్రవర్తి యజ్ఞమునకు వెళ్లి అచట రాజద్వారమునందు వేదమును పఠించెను. బలి వేదములను పఠించుచున్న ఆ వామనుని చూచి, ఆతడు కోరు కరముల నీయవలెనని నిశ్చయించుకొని, శుక్రాచార్యుడు నివారించుచున్నను, ఆతనితో '' నీ కేమి కావలెనో కోరుకొనుము; ఇచ్చెదను '' అని పలికెను. వామనుడు బలితో ఇట్లనెను : ''మూడు అడుగుల నిమ్ము; నా గురువునకు కావలెను''. బలి ''అట్లె ఇచ్చెదను'' అని పలికెను.
దానజలము చేతిలో పడగానే వామనుడు అవామనుడ (పెద్ద శరీరము కలవాడు) ఆయెను. భూలోక-భువర్లోక-స్వర్లోకములను మూడడుగులుగా గ్రహించి బలిని సుతలమునకు త్రొక్కివేసెను. వామనరూపుడైన హరి ఆ లోక త్రయమును దేవేంద్రున కిచ్చెను. దేవతాసహితు డగు ఇంద్రుడ హరిని స్తుతించి, త్రిభువనాధీశుడై సుఖముగా నుండెను.

*🌻 Chapter 4 - Manifestations of Viṣṇu as the Boar - 1 🌻*
Agni said:
1. I describe (unto thee) the manifestation as a Boar (which) removes (one’s) sins. Hiraṇyākṣa[1] was a demon chief. He conquered the celestials and got established in the heavens.
2. Viṣṇu being praised by the celestials (who had) gone (to him), (he) assumed the form as Yajñavarāha (boar). Having killed that demon along with the (other) demons (he made the earth) devoid of thorns (difficulties).
3-4. (That) Hari, the protector of righteousness and the celestials (then) disappeared. Then (the demon) Hiraṇyakaśipu[2], brother of Hiraṇyākṣa after conquering the celestials (was grabbing a share of the offerings) exercised control over all the celestials. (Viṣṇu) assumed the form of Narasiṃha (human body with lion’s face) (and) killed him along with the (other) demons.
5-7. (He) re-established the celestials in their original places and was praised by the celestials. Once in the battle between the celestials and the demons, the celestials were defeated by (demon) Bali[3] and other demons (and) were driven away from the heaven (and) sought refuge in Hari (Viṣṇu). Having given refuge to the devas he being praised by Aditi (wife of the latter) (and mother of the celestials) and Kaśyapa (a sage) became a Dwarf (as a son) of Aditi (and) went to the sacrifice (performed by Bali) (and) recited the Vedas at the royal gates of Bali the sacrificer.
8-9. Having heard him reciting the Vedas, the bestower of the wanted things (Bali) said to the Dwarf in spite of being obstructed by Sukra (the preceptor of the demons), “Whatever (you) desire I shall give (you)”. The Dwarf asked Bali, “Get (me) three feet of space for the sake of the preceptor. (Bali) said to him, “I shall give (you)”.

*🌻 27. దేవుడు ప్రపంచాన్ని ఎలా సృష్టిస్తాడు? 🌻*
*మనం దేవుడు అని పిలుస్తున్న సృష్టికర్త ఈ విశ్వాన్ని వ్యక్తపరుస్తాడు, ఈ విశ్వాన్ని సృష్టిస్తాడు. ఆయన విశ్వాన్ని ఏ పద్ధతిలో సృష్టిస్తాడు? ఈ ప్రపంచంలో ఎవరో ఏదో సృష్టించిన సందర్భాలు ఉన్నాయి. ఒక వడ్రంగి ఒక టేబుల్ లేదా కుర్చీని సృష్టిస్తాడు. ఒక కుమ్మరి మట్టి కుండను సృష్టిస్తాడు. దేవుడు ప్రపంచాన్ని సృష్టించే విధానం ఇదేనా? దేవుడు సృష్టించే విధానం ఇది కాదని కొందరు అంటారు, ఎందుకంటే వడ్రంగికి కొంత సాధనం మరియు కొంత సామగ్రి అవసరం మరియు దాని ద్వారా అతను టేబుల్ లేదా కొన్ని ఫర్నిచర్ తయారు చేయవచ్చు. కానీ, భగవంతుని కోసం పదార్థం లేదా పరికరం లేదా సాధనం ఎక్కడ ఉంది? భగవంతుని వెలుపల ఏదో ఒక పదార్థం ఉందని మనం చెబితే, మరొక క్లిష్టమైన ప్రశ్న ఉంటుంది: “ఈ పదార్థాన్ని ఎవరు సృష్టించారు?”*

*🌻 27. How does God Create the World? 🌻*
*The Creator, Whom we call God, manifests this universe, creates this universe. In what manner does He create the universe? There are instances of someone creating something in this world. A carpenter creates a table or a chair. A potter creates a mud pot. Is this the way in which God creates the world? Some say that this is not the way in which God creates, because a carpenter requires some tool and some material out of which and through which he can manufacture a table or some furniture. But, where is the instrument or tool, and where is the material for God? If we say that there is some material outside God, then there will be another difficult question: “Who created this material?”*
*If God created the world out of some existent material, someone must have created that material also. Is God Himself the creator of that material wood or furniture of this cosmos? The question is a vicious one; it is what is called ‘begging the question'. Hence, problems connected with the creation of the world do not seem to be easily solvable by merely assuming that there was some material before God at the time of the creation of this universe. Though there are some thinkers and philosophers who hold this opinion that there is an eternally existing material out of which God fashions this universe, there are others who feel that this is not the proper way of visualising the fact of creation.*

*🍀. మీరు నిజమైన ప్రార్థనని నేర్చుకోవాలి. అది నిశ్శబ్దాన్ని నింపుకున్నది. దాంట్లో గాఢమయిన వినడమన్నది వుంది. దేవుడు నీకు ఏదో చెప్పాలనుకుంటాడు. నీ కోసం వెతుకుతాడు. కానీ నువ్వు కనిపించవు. కారణం బాగా బిజీగా వుంటావు. నిశ్శబ్దంగా వుండు. 🍀*
*ప్రార్థన అంటే దేవుడితో ఏదో చెప్పడం కాదు. ఏదో అడగటం కాదు. ప్రార్థన అంటే దేవుణ్ణి 'వినడం' నువ్వు చెప్పేది ఏదయినా వుంటే అది కేవలం కృతజ్ఞతే కేవలం ఒక ఆమోదం చాలు. సంస్థాగతమయిన మతాలన్నీ ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా ప్రజలకు అనవసరమైన ప్రార్థనల్ని బోధిస్తాయి. ప్రజలు ఆ ప్రార్థనల్ని పునశ్చరణ చేస్తూ వుంటారు. చిలక పలుకులు పలుకుతారు. వాళ్ళకు అర్థం తెలీదు. కేవలం ఆచార కర్మ కాండల్ని జరుపుతారు.*
*మీరు నిజమైన ప్రార్థనని నేర్చుకోవాలి. అది నిశ్శబ్దాన్ని నింపుకున్నది. దాంట్లో గాఢమయిన వినడమన్నది వుంది. దేవుడు నీకు ఏదో చెప్పాలనుకుంటాడు. నీ కోసం వెతుకుతాడు. కానీ నువ్వు కనిపించవు. కారణం బాగా బిజీగా వుంటావు. నిశ్శబ్దంగా వుండు. మరింత మరింతగా విశ్రాంతిగా వుండు. అప్పుడు, నువ్వు నిశ్చలమైన చిన్ని శబ్దాన్ని నీలోలోపల వింటావు. దేవుడు బయటి నించి మాట్లాడడు. నీ లోలోతుల నించీ మాట్లాడతాడు. అతను అప్పటికే అక్కడున్నాడు. నీ అంతరాంతరాలతో నువ్వు సంబంధమేర్పరచు కోవడమే నిజమైన ప్రార్ధన. నువ్వు సంబంధ మేర్పరచుకున్న క్షణం.. ఆ క్షణం ఆనందదాయకం, ఎంత పరవశమయ క్షణమంటే నువ్వు అప్పుడు కృతజ్ఞతతో తలవంచుతావు.*
