🕉. మీరు ఏమి చేస్తున్నా, కేవలం స్పృహతో ఉండండి. మీరు ముసుగు ధరించినట్లయితే, స్పృహతో ఉండండి; తెలిసి ధరించండి. ఇది తెలియకుండా జరిగే విషయం కాకూడదు. 🕉

మీరు విచారంగా ఉన్నారనుకోండి. అలాంటప్పుడు ఎవరైనా మీ వద్దకు వచ్చినప్పుడు కూడా మీరు విచారాన్ని కొనసాగిస్తే, మీరు అతనిని కూడా బాధ పెట్టిన వారవుతారు. మీ విచారానికి అతను ఏమీ చేయలేదు కదా. అతను ఏ విధంగానూ దానికి అర్హత పొందలేదు, కాబట్టి అతన్ని అనవసరంగా విచారించేలా చేయడం ఎందుకు? మీరు చిరునవ్వుతో మాట్లాడండి మరియు ఇది కేవలం ఒక ముసుగు అని బాగా తెలుసుకుని మీరు దానిని నిర్వహించండి. మీ స్నేహితుడు వెళ్లిన తర్వాత మీరు మళ్లీ విచారంగా ఉండండి. అది కేవలం సామాజిక లాంఛనమే. మీరు దీన్ని స్పృహతో ఉపయోగిస్తే సమస్య లేదు. మీకు గాయం ఉంటే, అందరికీ వెళ్లి చూపించాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు; అది వారి వ్యవహారం కాదు. మీ గాయం గురించి వారి మనస్సులలో ఎందుకు దుఃఖం సృష్టించాలి? మీరు ప్రదర్శించే వారిగా ఎందుకు ఉండాలి? అది అక్కడ ఉండనివ్వండి; దానిని జాగ్రత్తగా చూసుకోండి. గాయాన్ని నయం చేయడానికి ప్రయత్నించండి.

మీకు గాయం వుంటే వైద్యుడికి చూపించండి కానీ, రోడ్డు మీద వెళ్లే ప్రతి ఒక్కరికీ చూపించాల్సిన పనిలేదు. కేవలం స్పృహతో ఉండండి. జీవితంలో ఒక వ్యక్తి చాలా ముసుగులు ఉపయోగించాలి; అవి సామరస్యకర్తలుగా పనిచేస్తాయి. ఎవరో వచ్చి హలో అన్నారు అనుకోండి. మీరు వెంటనే మీ సమస్యలన్నీ ఆమెకు చెప్పడం ప్రారంభిస్తే ఎలా. ఆమె మీరు ఎలా ఉన్నారని అడగలేదు; ఆమె కేవలం హలో చెబుతోంది. ఆలా పలకిరించిన దానికి ఇప్పుడు ఒక గంట ఆమె మీ సోది వినాలి. అది చాలా ఎక్కువ భారం అవుతుంది వారికి! తదుపరి సారి ఆమె హలో కూడా చెప్పదు; ఆమె తప్పించు కుంటుంది. జీవితంలో చాలా మర్యాద పూర్వక చర్యలు అవసరం అవుతాయి, ఎందుకంటే మీరు ఒంటరిగా లేరు కనుక. మీరు సమాజం యొక్క అధికారిక నమూనాల ప్రకారం జీవించక పోతే, మీరు మీ కోసం మరింత కష్టాలను సృష్టించు కుంటారు. అంతకంటే మరేమీ కాదు.

🕉. Whatever you are doing, just be conscious. If you are wearing a mask, be conscious; wear it knowingly. It should not be an automatic thing. 🕉

If you are in a sad mood and somebody comes and you remain sad, you will make him sad too. And he has not done anything. He has not deserved it in any way, so why make him sad unnecessarily? You smile and talk, and you just manage, knowing well that this is a mask. When your friend goes you become sad again. That was just a social formality. If you use it consciously there is no problem. If you have a wound, there is no need to go and show it to everybody; it is none of their affair. Why create misery in their minds about your wound? Why be an exhibitionist? Let it be there; take care of it, try to heal it.

Show it to the doctor, but there is no need to show it to every passerby on the road. Just be conscious. One has to use many masks; they function as lubricants. Somebody comes and asks how you are, and you start telling her all your problems. She did not ask for it; she was just saying hello. Now for one hour she has to listen to you. That will be too much! Next time she will not even say hello; she will escape. In life many formalities are needed, because you are not alone and if you don't live according to the formal patterns of the society, you will create more misery for yourself, nothing else.

పార్వతి కోపమును విడనాడగానే శివుడు ఆమెను పూర్వము నందు వలెనే ప్రేమతో ఆదరించెను (70). శివుడు ఆత్మారాముడైన పరబ్రహ్మయే అయిన భక్తుల కార్యమును నెరవేర్చి లోకములకు హితమును చేయగోరి వివిధ సుఖముల ననుభవించెను (71). నేను, విష్ణువు పార్వతీ పరమేశ్వరులను భక్తితో సేవించి, శివును అనుమతిని పొంది మా ధామములకు చేరుకొంటిమి (72).

ఓ నారదా! మహర్షీ! పూజనీయా!నీవు పార్వతీ పరమేశ్వరుల కీర్తిని గానము చేసి వారి వద్ద సెలవు తీసుకొని నీ భవనమునకు చేరుకొంటివి (73). నేనీ తీరున నీవు ప్రశ్నించగా పార్వతీ పరమేశ్వరుల యశస్సునకు విఘ్నేశ్వరుని కీర్తిని జోడించి సాదరముగా సర్వమును వివరించితిని (74) ఎవడైతే మనస్సును బాగుగా లగ్నము చేసి ఈ రమపవిత్ర గాథను వినునో, వాడు మంగళములనన్నింటినీ పొంది మంగళములకు నిధానమగును (75). పుత్రుడు లేని వారికి పుత్రుడు కలుగును. భార్యను గోరువాడు భార్యను పొందును. సంతానమును గోరువాడు సంతానమును పొందును (76).

రోగి ఆరోగ్యవంతుడగును. దురదృష్ట వంతుడు భాగ్యవంతుడగును. పోయిన పుత్రుని, ధనమును పొందును. స్త్రీ పరదేశమునందున్న భర్తను తిరిగి పొందును (77). శోకముతో బాధపడువాని శోకము తొలగిపోవును. దీనిలో సందేహము లేదు. ఈ గణేశోపాఖ్యానము ఎవని గృహము నందుండునో (78), వాడు నిత్యమంగళముగా నుండుననుటలో సందేహము లేదు. ప్రయాణకాలమునందు, పర్వదినముల యందు ఎవడైతే దీనిని సావదాన చిత్తుడై వినునో, వాడు గణశుని అనుగ్రహముచే ఇష్టఫలములనన్నింటినీ పొందును (79).

శ్రీ శివమహాపురాణములో రుద్ర సంహితయందలి కుమార ఖండలో గణశవ్రత వర్ణనమనే పదునెనిమిదవ అధ్యాయము ముగిసినది (79).

71. With a desire for the welfare of the worlds, the great deity relaxing in his own soul and engaged in the activities of the devotees conferred different kinds of happiness.

72. Both Viṣṇu and I took leave of Śiva and after paying homage to both Pārvatī and Śiva returned to our abodes.

73. O holy sage Nārada, after singing the glory of Pārvatī and Śiva and taking leave of them you too returned to your abode.

74. Thus requested by you, I have narrated the glorious story of Pārvatī and Śiva along with that of Gaṇeśa with great reverence.

75. Whoever hears this narrative auspiciously with pure mind shall have everything auspicious and be the abode of auspiciousness.

76. The childless will get a son, the indigent wealth; the seeker of a wife will get a wife and the seeker of issues will get children.

77. The sick will regain health; the miserable will have good fortune. The sonless, impoverished, banished wife will be reunited with her husband.

78-79. The sorrowing will be relieved of sorrow, undoubtedly. The house that contains this story shall certainly be auspicious. He who listens to this narrative at the time of travel or on holy occasions, with a pure mind shall get all desires, thanks to the grace of lord Gaṇeśa.

He in whom all asus or prāṇas find their abode as the jīvātma is Sarvā'sunilayaḥ. He who appears as the jīva is also in essence of the paramātma.

అహంక్రియా విముఢాత్మా కర్తాస్మీత్యభిమన్యతే॥

కాని, ఆ జీవుడు ప్రకృతి గుణములతో మమేకమైనప్పుడు, అహంకారముతో మోహితుడై నేనే కర్తను అని భావించుకొనును.

"నేను చేస్తున్నాను" అని ఎందుకు అనుకుంటున్నాడు? ఆ అనుకునే "నేను" అసలు నేను కాదు. ప్రకృతి గుణములలో చిక్కుకున్నప్పుడు అహంకారముతో కప్పి వేయబడతాడు. దానితో "నేనే కర్త" అనుకుంటాడు. అసలు కర్తను చూడలేకపోతాడు. అది వేరు (ప్రకృతి వేరు) నేను వేరు అనే జ్ఞానాన్ని కోల్పోతాడు. ఆ ప్రకృతి ఈ ఆత్మను కప్పివేస్తోంది. అప్పుడు నేను కర్తనూ, అనే భావానికి వస్తాడు జీవుడు. ఈ కారణముతోనే మనసుతో సంసారములో మునుగుతాడు. పాపం ఎంత దోషమో పుణ్యమూ అంతే దోషం. పుణ్యం వస్తే స్వర్గానికి వెళ్ళి మళ్ళీ పుట్టాలి.

ahaṅkriyā-vimūḍhātmā kartāsmīty abhimanyate

When the soul is under the spell of material nature and false ego, identifying his body as the self, he becomes absorbed in material activities, and by the influence of false ego he thinks that he is the proprietor of everything.

Actually the conditioned soul is forced to act under the pressure of the modes of material nature. The living entity has no independence. When he is under the direction of the Supreme Personality of Godhead he is free, but when, under the impression that he is satisfying his senses, he engages in sense gratificatory activities, he is actually under the spell of material nature.

* "నేను చేస్తున్నాను" అని ఎందుకు అనుకుంటున్నాడు? ఆ అనుకునే "నేను" అసలు నేను కాదు. ప్రకృతి గుణములలో చిక్కుకున్నప్పుడు అహంకారముతో కప్పి వేయబడతాడు. దానితో "నేనే కర్త" అనుకుంటాడు. అసలు కర్తను చూడలేకపోతాడు. అది వేరు (ప్రకృతి వేరు) నేను వేరు అనే జ్ఞానాన్ని కోల్పోతాడు. ఆ ప్రకృతి ఈ ఆత్మను కప్పివేస్తోంది. అప్పుడు నేను కర్తనూ, అనే భావానికి వస్తాడు జీవుడు. ఈ కారణముతోనే మనసుతో సంసారములో మునుగుతాడు. పాపం ఎంత దోషమో పుణ్యమూ అంతే దోషం. పుణ్యం వస్తే స్వర్గానికి వెళ్ళి మళ్ళీ పుట్టాలి.*

పార్వతి కోపమును విడనాడగానే శివుడు ఆమెను పూర్వము నందు వలెనే ప్రేమతో ఆదరించెను (70). శివుడు ఆత్మారాముడైన పరబ్రహ్మయే అయిన భక్తుల కార్యమును నెరవేర్చి లోకములకు హితమును చేయగోరి వివిధ సుఖముల ననుభవించెను (71). నేను, విష్ణువు పార్వతీ పరమేశ్వరులను భక్తితో సేవించి, శివును అనుమతిని పొంది మా ధామములకు చేరుకొంటిమి (72).

ఓ నారదా! మహర్షీ! పూజనీయా!నీవు పార్వతీ పరమేశ్వరుల కీర్తిని గానము చేసి వారి వద్ద సెలవు తీసుకొని నీ భవనమునకు చేరుకొంటివి (73). నేనీ తీరున నీవు ప్రశ్నించగా పార్వతీ పరమేశ్వరుల యశస్సునకు విఘ్నేశ్వరుని కీర్తిని జోడించి సాదరముగా సర్వమును వివరించితిని (74) ఎవడైతే మనస్సును బాగుగా లగ్నము చేసి ఈ రమపవిత్ర గాథను వినునో, వాడు మంగళములనన్నింటినీ పొంది మంగళములకు నిధానమగును (75). పుత్రుడు లేని వారికి పుత్రుడు కలుగును. భార్యను గోరువాడు భార్యను పొందును. సంతానమును గోరువాడు సంతానమును పొందును (76).

రోగి ఆరోగ్యవంతుడగును. దురదృష్ట వంతుడు భాగ్యవంతుడగును. పోయిన పుత్రుని, ధనమును పొందును. స్త్రీ పరదేశమునందున్న భర్తను తిరిగి పొందును (77). శోకముతో బాధపడువాని శోకము తొలగిపోవును. దీనిలో సందేహము లేదు. ఈ గణేశోపాఖ్యానము ఎవని గృహము నందుండునో (78), వాడు నిత్యమంగళముగా నుండుననుటలో సందేహము లేదు. ప్రయాణకాలమునందు, పర్వదినముల యందు ఎవడైతే దీనిని సావదాన చిత్తుడై వినునో, వాడు గణశుని అనుగ్రహముచే ఇష్టఫలములనన్నింటినీ పొందును (79).

శ్రీ శివమహాపురాణములో రుద్ర సంహితయందలి కుమార ఖండలో గణశవ్రత వర్ణనమనే పదునెనిమిదవ అధ్యాయము ముగిసినది (79).

73. O holy sage Nārada, after singing the glory of Pārvatī and Śiva and taking leave of them you too returned to your abode.

74. Thus requested by you, I have narrated the glorious story of Pārvatī and Śiva along with that of Gaṇeśa with great reverence.

75. Whoever hears this narrative auspiciously with pure mind shall have everything auspicious and be the abode of auspiciousness.

76. The childless will get a son, the indigent wealth; the seeker of a wife will get a wife and the seeker of issues will get children.

77. The sick will regain health; the miserable will have good fortune. The sonless, impoverished, banished wife will be reunited with her husband.

78-79. The sorrowing will be relieved of sorrow, undoubtedly. The house that contains this story shall certainly be auspicious. He who listens to this narrative at the time of travel or on holy occasions, with a pure mind shall get all desires, thanks to the grace of lord Gaṇeśa.

You smile and talk, and you just manage, knowing well that this is a mask. When your friend goes you become sad again. That was just a social formality. If you use it consciously there is no problem. If you have a wound, there is no need to go and show it to everybody; it is none of their affair. Why create misery in their minds about your wound? Why be an exhibitionist? Let it be there; take care of it, try to heal it.*

*Show it to the doctor, but there is no need to show it to every passerby on the road. Just be conscious. One has to use many masks; they function as lubricants. Somebody comes and asks how you are, and you start telling her all your problems. She did not ask for it; she was just saying hello. Now for one hour she has to listen to you. That will be too much! Next time she will not even say hello; she will escape. In life many formalities are needed, because you are not alone and if you don't live according to the formal patterns of the society, you will create more misery for yourself, nothing else.*

చైతన్యం యొక్క నాల్గవ స్థితి ఎల్లప్పుడూ మూడు ప్రాపంచిక స్థాయి చైతన్య స్థాయిలలో సాక్షిగా ఉంటుంది. ఇది కేవలం ఒక సమయంలో మాత్రమే ప్రబలంగా ఉండే మొదటి మూడు స్థాయి చైతన్యాలకు భిన్నంగా ఉంటుంది. ఒకరు మెలకువగా ఉన్నప్పుడు నిద్రపోలేడు, కలలు కంటున్నప్పుడు మెలకువగా ఉండలేడు మరియు గాఢనిద్రలో ఉన్నప్పుడు మెలకువగా ఉండలేడు, కలలు కనలేడు.

కానీ, మాయచే కప్పబడినందువల్ల ఈ తురీయ స్థితి మొదటి మూడు చైతన్య భూమికల్లో ఉన్నప్పటికీ దానిని ఎవరూ గుర్తించలేరు. ఇది ధ్యానం యొక్క ఉన్నత దశలలో మాత్రమే గ్రహించబడుతుంది. ధ్యానం యొక్క ప్రాథమిక దశలు శివ సాక్షాత్కారానికి కేవలం సరైన పునాదిని వేస్తాయి.

🌴. During different states of consciousness as waking (jāgrat), dreaming (svapna), profound sleep (suṣupta), there is the delight and enjoyment of the Fourth State Turya 🌴

The fourth state of consciousness is always present in all the men as a witness in all the three mundane levels of consciousness. This is in contrast to the first three level of consciousness that prevails one at a time. When one is awake, he cannot sleep, when one is dreaming he cannot be awake and when one is in the state of deep sleep, he can neither be awake nor dream.

But, turya is present in the first three states of consciousness, sheathed by māyā, thereby making it unrealizable. This can be realised only in the advanced stages of meditation. Preliminary stages of meditation merely formulate groundwork and lay proper foundation for the realisation of Shiva.

అస్తిత్వతత్వాన్ని అవగాహన చేసుకోవడమన్నది ముఖ్యమయిన సంగతి. దాని వల్ల మనం దాంతో సమశృతిలో సాగగలం. సమశృతిలో సాగగలగడమే సంతోషం. అస్తిత్వం నించీ వేరుకావడమే దుఃఖం. నువ్వు రూపాంతరం చెందడమంటే సత్యం పట్ల, ప్రకృతి పట్ల స్పృహతో వుండడం. అట్లా స్పృహతో వుండటమంటే లోపలికి ప్రయాణించడమే. మొదట నీ కేంద్రాన్ని నువ్వు గుర్తించాలి. నువ్వు నీ కేంద్రాన్ని గుర్తించిన క్షణం అస్తిత్వ కేంద్రాన్ని కూడా గుర్తిస్తావు. ఆ రెండూ వేరు కాదు.

మనం పైపైన మాత్రమే వ్యతిరేకంగా వుంటాం. వేరుగా వుంటాం. కేంద్రంలో అందరం ఒకటే. చెట్లు, పర్వతాలు, జనం, జంతువులు నక్షత్రాలు ఒకటే. కేంద్రానికి నువ్వు చేరినపుడు తావో అంటే, ధర్మమంటే తెలుస్తుంది. ధ్యానమొక్కటే కేంద్రాన్ని చేరు మార్గం. తప్పని సరి అవసరం ధ్యానం. నువ్వు ధ్యానాన్ని తెలుసుకుంటే అన్నీ తెలుసుకుంటావు.

🌻 22. Truth Transcends Ideas of Omniscience and Omnipotence 🌻

It is not possible to rest contented that a personal God is the ultimate Reality, however displeasing this may be to those who do not want to dispense with thinking in terms of the categories of the world. The philosopher-aspirant who is possessed of a flaming passion for integrating himself in Existence does not have the dull patience to linger on with the slow process of progressive self-transcendence through the channels of the different degrees of reality.

The highest scientific mind always tries to cling to the Whole, and not to even the biggest part, for, according to it, partiteness in existence is illogical and an ignorant conception. Truth, dependent on its own Self, transcends even the ideas of omniscience and omnipotence, for these involve relations which are a limitation on the Absolute.

శ్రీరాముని విగ్రహము ధనుర్భాణఖడ్గశంఖములతో ఒప్పారు చుండును. లేదా ఆతనికి రెండు భుజములు మాత్రమే ఉండవచ్చును. బలరాముడు గదను, నాగలిని ధరింపవలెను. లేదా అతనికి నాలుగు భజములుండవచ్చును. అతనిపై ఎడమచేతిలో నాగలి, క్రింది చేతిలో అందమైన శంఖము, పై కుడిచేతిలో ముసలము, క్రిందచేతిలో సుదర్శన చక్రము ఉండవలెను.

6. (The figure of) Rama should have the bow, arrow, sword, conch or two hands or may have four arms holding a mace and. plough.

7. The plough may be provided on the left half (upper arm) and the auspicious conch on the lower arm. The mace may be provided on the right half (upper arm) and the auspicious disc on the lower arm.

8. The figure of Buddha (should be made) as calm, having long ears, white complexion, wearing a cloth, and seated on a lotus with its petals upwards and as conferring favour and protection.

9. (The figure of) Kalki is (to be represented as) a twice-born endowed with a bow and quiver and as destroying the foreigners. Or (he should be represented as) seated on the horse and endowed with a sword, conch, disc and arrow.

🌷. తాత్పర్యం :

నా యందు సంలగ్నమైన చిత్తము కలిగిన వారు దేవదేవుడనైన నన్నే భౌతికజగత్తును, సర్వదేవతలను, సమస్త యజ్ఞములను నియమించు వానిగా తెలిసికొని మరణ సమయ మందును నన్ను (దేవదేవుడు) అవగాహనతో ఎరిగి యుందురు.

🌷. భాష్యము :

కృష్ణభక్తిరసభావన యందు వర్తించు జనులు దేవదేవుడైన శ్రీకృష్ణుని సంపూర్ణముగా అవగాహనము చేసికొను మార్గము నుండి ఎన్నడును వైదొలగురు. శ్రీకృష్ణభగవానుడు ఈ విధముగా జగత్తును మరియు దేవతలను కూడా నడుపువాడై యున్నాడో కృష్ణభక్తిరసభావాన యొక్క దివ్యసాంగత్యము ద్వారా మనుజుడు తెలిసికొనగలడు. కృష్ణభక్తిభావనతో గల దివ్యసాహచర్యము ద్వారా క్రమముగా అతడు దేవదేవుని యందు విశ్వాసమును పొందును. అటువంటి కృష్ణభక్తిరసభావితుడు మరణసమయమున కూడా మరువబోడు. ఆ విధముగా సహజముగనే అతడు కృష్ణలోకమగు గోలోకబృందావనమును చేరగలడు.

ఏ విధముగా మనుజుడు సంపూర్ణ కృష్ణభక్తిపరాయణుడు కాగలడో ఈ సప్తమాధ్యాయము ప్రత్యేకముగా వివరించినది.

కృష్ణభక్తిరస భావనను తిరిగి పొందుటకు మానవజన్మము చక్కని అవకాశమనియు, కనుక దానిని దేవదేవుని నిర్హేతుక కరుణను పొందుటకు సంపూర్ణముగా ఉపయోగించ వలెననియు అంతట అతడు నిశ్చయముగా తెలిసి కొనుము. ఆర్తుడు, జిజ్ఞాసువు, అర్థార్థి, బ్రహ్మజ్ఞానము, పరమాత్మజ్ఞానము, జన్మమృత్యు జరావ్యాధుల నుండి ముక్తి మరియు దేవదేవుడైన శ్రీకృష్ణునికి భక్తియుక్తసేవ లనెడి పలు అంశములు ఈ అధ్యాయమున చర్చించబడినవి. భక్తితో శ్రవణ, కీర్తనములను చేయుట యందు దివ్యానందమును పొందుచు ఆ విధముగా చేయుట వలన తన లక్ష్యములన్నియును సిద్ధించునన్న విశ్వాసమును పొందును ఆ విధముగా చేయుట వలన తన లక్ష్యములన్నియును సిద్ధించునన్న విశ్వాసమును పొందును.

అతని అట్టి నిశ్చయాత్మక శ్రద్ధయే “దృఢవ్రతము” అని పిలువబడును. అదియే భక్తియోగమునకు నాంది యని సర్వశాస్త్రములు వచించుచున్నవి. భగవద్గీత యందలి ఈ సప్తమాధ్యాయము అటువంటి శ్రద్ధ యొక్క సారాంశమై యున్నది.

30. sādhibhūtādhidaivaṁ māṁ sādhiyajñaṁ ca ye viduḥ
prayāṇa-kāle ’pi ca māṁ te vidur yukta-cetasaḥ

🌷 Translation :

Those in full consciousness of Me, who know Me, the Supreme Lord, to be the governing principle of the material manifestation, of the demigods, and of all methods of sacrifice, can understand and know Me, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, even at the time of death.

🌹 Purport :

Persons acting in Kṛṣṇa consciousness are never deviated from the path of entirely understanding the Supreme Personality of Godhead. In the transcendental association of Kṛṣṇa consciousness, one can understand how the Supreme Lord is the governing principle of the material manifestation and even of the demigods. Gradually, by such transcendental association, one becomes convinced of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, and at the time of death such a Kṛṣṇa conscious person can never forget Kṛṣṇa. Naturally he is thus promoted to the planet of the Supreme Lord, Goloka Vṛndāvana.

This Seventh Chapter particularly explains how one can become a fully Kṛṣṇa conscious person. The beginning of Kṛṣṇa consciousness is association of persons who are Kṛṣṇa conscious.

Human form of life is an opportunity to regain Kṛṣṇa consciousness and that it should be fully utilized to attain the causeless mercy of the Supreme Lord. Many subjects have been discussed in this chapter: the man in distress, the inquisitive man, the man in want of material necessities, knowledge of Brahman, knowledge of Paramātmā, liberation from birth, death and diseases, and worship of the Supreme Lord. Determined faith is called dṛḍha-vrata, and it is the beginning of bhakti-yoga, or transcendental loving service. That is the verdict of all scriptures. This Seventh Chapter of the Bhagavad-gītā is the substance of that conviction.

Thus end the Bhaktivedanta Purports to the Seventh Chapter of the Śrīmad Bhagavad-gītā in the matter of Knowledge of the Absolute.

This Seventh Chapter particularly explains how one can become a fully Kṛṣṇa conscious person. The beginning of Kṛṣṇa consciousness is association of persons who are Kṛṣṇa conscious.

Human form of life is an opportunity to regain Kṛṣṇa consciousness and that it should be fully utilized to attain the causeless mercy of the Supreme Lord. Many subjects have been discussed in this chapter: the man in distress, the inquisitive man, the man in want of material necessities, knowledge of Brahman, knowledge of Paramātmā, liberation from birth, death and diseases, and worship of the Supreme Lord. Determined faith is called dṛḍha-vrata, and it is the beginning of bhakti-yoga, or transcendental loving service. That is the verdict of all scriptures. This Seventh Chapter of the Bhagavad-gītā is the substance of that conviction.

Thus end the Bhaktivedanta Purports to the Seventh Chapter of the Śrīmad Bhagavad-gītā in the matter of Knowledge of the Absolute.

🕉. అన్ని విభాగాలు వలె బయట మరియు లోపల అనేది కేవలం తప్పుడు విభజన. పదాలు లేకుండా మాట్లాడటం కష్టం కాబట్టి అవి కొంత ఉపయోగ పడతాయి. కానీ చివరకు ఏకత్వం మాత్రమే ఉందని మీరు అర్థం చేసుకుంటారు. దానికి బయట మరియు లోపల లేదు. ఇది ఒకటి, మరియు మీరే అది. 🕉

ఈ ఏకత్వమే ఉపనిషత్తుల తత్త్వమసి శ్వేతకేతు. 🕉. Outside and inside are just false divisions, as all divisions are. They are useful--because it is difficult to talk without words. But then you come to understand that there is only one. It has no outside to it and no inside. It is one, and you are that. 🕉

This oneness is the meaning of the Upanishads' Tattwamasi Swetaketu-- "that art thou." That means the outside, thou means the inside; they are bridged. That becomes thou, and thou becomes that. Suddenly there is no division. There is no division--death is life, and life is death. All divisions exist because the mind is incapable of seeing that the contradictory can be one.

It is because of its logic that the mind cannot see how a thing can be both. The mind thinks of either / or; it says either this or that. And life is both, existence is both together--so much so that to say that existence is both things together is not right. It is a tremendous oneness.

మహాత్ముడగు గణేశునకు శివుడు ఇట్లు చెప్పెను. అపుడు సమస్త దేవతలు, మహర్షులు (61). శివునకు ప్రియులగు సర్వగణములు 'అటులనే చేసెదము' అని పలికి గణేశుని శ్రద్ధతో యథావిధిగా పూజించిరి (62). అపుడు సర్వగణములు ఆ గణేశునకు ప్రణమిల్లి అనేక వస్తువులతో ఆదరముగా ప్రత్యేక పూజను చేసిరి (63). ఓ మహర్షీ! అపుడు పార్వతి పొందిన హర్షమును నేను నాల్గు ముఖములతోనైననూ వర్ణింపజాలను (64).

దేవదుందుభులు మ్రోగినవి. అప్సరసలు నాట్యమాడిరి. గంధర్వశ్రేష్ఠులు గానము చేసిర. పుష్పవృష్టి కురిసెను (65). గణేశుడు ఈవిధముగా పురుజ్జీవుతడై పూజింపబడగా జగత్తు స్వస్ధతను పొందెను. గొప్ప ఉత్సవము జరిగెను. అందరి దుఃఖము తొలగిపోయెను (66).

ఓ నారదా! పార్వతీ పరమేశ్వరులు మిక్కిలి సంతసించిరి. అంతటా సుఖకరమగు మంగళోత్సవము విస్తరముగా జరిగెను (67). అపుడు అచటకు విచ్చేసిన సమస్త దేవతా గణములు, మరియు బుషి బృందములు శివుని అనుమతిని పొంది తమ నెలవులకు వెళ్లిరి (68). పార్వతిని, గణేశుని చాల సార్లు ప్రశంసించి, శివుని స్తుతించి యుద్ధమును గురించి సవిస్మయముగా వర్ణిస్తూ వారు వెళ్లిరి (69).

61-62. When this was mentioned by Śiva to Gaṇeśa of great soul, O sage, the gods, the sages and the Gaṇas, favourites of Śiva said “So be it” and worshipped Gaṇeśa according to prescribed rules.

63. All the Gaṇas, particularly bowed to Gaṇeśa and adored him respectfully with various articles.

64. O great sage, how can I describe even with my four mouths the indescribable delight of Pārvatī.

65. The divine drums were sounded. The celestial damsels danced. The Gandharva chiefs sang. Flowers were showered upon him.

66. When Gaṇeśa was installed, the whole universe attained peace and normalcy. There was great jubilation. All miseries ended.

67. O Nārada, Pārvatī and Śiva rejoiced in particular. Good and plentiful auspiciousness was conducive to happiness everywhere.

68-69. The gods and the sages, who had come there, returned at the bidding of Śiva praising Pārvatī and Gaṇeśa again and again, eulogising Śiva and saying “O what a battle!”

తన మాయచే జీవులను వాసించును లేదా కప్పివేయునుగనుక వాసుః. అట్టివాడేయగు దేవుడు వాసుదేవుడు. మహాభారత శాంతి పర్వమునందలి 'నేను నా భూతిచే అనగా మాయచే సూర్యుడు తన కిరణములచేత వలె సర్వజగత్తును కప్పివేయుదును' అను భగవద్ వచనము ఇందులకు ప్రమాణము.

ప్రభువు సమస్త భూతములయందును వ్యాపించి, సర్వభూతములును తనయందే వసించియున్నవాడు. సంసార రచయితయు, రక్షకుడును అయి ఉన్నందున ఆ ప్రభువు వాసుదేవుడని పిలువబడుచున్నాడు.

ఏది నేత్రములులకు గోచరించదో, ఏది స్పర్శేంద్రియము చేత స్పృశించ శక్యము కాదో, ఏది ఘ్రాణేంద్రియము ద్వారా ఘ్రాణమునకు (ముక్కు, వాసన) దొరకదో, ఏది రసేంద్రియమునకు అందక అతీతముగనుండునో, దేనిపై సత్త్వ రజస్ తమస్సులనబడు త్రిగుణముల ప్రభావము ఉండదో, అది సర్వవ్యాపియో సాక్షియై ఉండి సంపూర్ణ జగత్తుయొక్క ఆత్మగా తెలియబడుచున్నది. అన్ని ప్రాణులు నశించినప్పటికి ఏదైతే తాను స్వయముగా నశ్వరము కాదో, ఏది 'అజన్మా,' 'నిత్యము,' 'సనాతనము,' 'నిర్గుణము,' 'నిష్కలంకము'గా చెప్పబడుచున్నదో, ఏది ఇరువదినాలుగు తత్త్వములకు అతీతమై ఇరువదిఐదవ తత్త్వముగా విఖ్యాతినొందినదో, ఏది నిష్క్రియమో, దేనిని పురుషుడు అని పిలిచెదరో, జ్ఞానమయ నేత్రములచేత మాత్రమే ఏది ఎరుంగ యోగ్యమై యుండునో, దేనియందు ప్రవేశించిన ద్విజులు ముక్తులౌదురో అదే సనాతన పరమాత్మ. దానినే వాసుదేవ నామముతో ఎరుంగ వలయును.

OM Vāsudevāya namaḥ

इदं जगत् वासयत्याच्छादयति माययाय ।
इति वासुस्सदेवोऽयं वासुदेव इतीर्यते ॥

छादयामि जगद्विश्वं भूत्या सूर्य इवांशुभः ।
इतिहि श्रीव्यासमुनि भगवद्वाक्य संस्मृतेः ॥


Idaṃ jagat vāsayatyācchādayati māyayāya,
Iti vāsussadevo’yaṃ vāsudeva itīryate.

Chādayāmi jagadviśvaṃ bhūtyā sūrya ivāṃśubhaḥ,
Itihi śrīvyāsamuni bhagavadvākya saṃsmr‌teḥ.

He conceals or covers the worlds by māya therefore Vāsuḥ. He devaḥ, too and hence He is Vāsudevaḥ. 'I envelop the entire world as he sun by his rays' mentioned in Mahābhārata Śānti Parva can be a reference here.

Viṣṇu Purāṇa - Section 6, Chapter 5

Bhūteṣu vasate so’ntarvasantyatra ca tāni yat,
Dhātā vidhātā jagatāṃ vāsudevastataḥ prabhuḥ. 82.

The Lord is all pervading; He permeates all the elements and beings and all these are sheltered in Him. Since He is the creator and the protector of the worlds, the Lord is known as Vāsudevaḥ.

అమ్మా! జలములోని సూర్యుని ప్రతిబింబమునకు ఆ జలము యొక్క ధర్మములైన చల్లదనము, చాంచల్యము మున్నగు వాటితో ఎట్టి సంబంధమూ ఉండదు. అట్లే ప్రకృతి కార్యరూపమైన శరీరము నందు ఉన్నప్పటికిని వాస్తవముగా ఆత్మకు ఆ శరీరము యొక్క సుఖదుఃఖాదులతో ఎట్టి సంబంధము ఉండదు. ఏలయన ఆత్మ సహజముగా నిర్వికారము, అకర్త, నిర్గుణము.
