*🍀. నేటి సూక్తి : ఖాళీ నిశ్చలత - మనస్సుకు చేకూరిన నిశ్చలత మొదట్లో కొంతకాలం వట్టి ఖాళీ నిశ్చలతగా వున్నా ఫరవాలేదు. చేతన ఒక విధమైన పాత్రవంటిది. అండలి పనికి రాని కల్తీ పదార్థాలను ఖాళీ చేసి తిరిగి మంచి పదార్థాలతో నింపేవరకూ దానిని ఖాళీగానే ఆట్టే పెట్టడం అవసరం. అయితే అట్టి ఖాళీ మనస్సును తిరిగి వెనుకటి కల్తీ సరుకుతోనే నింపకుండా మాత్రం జాగ్రత్త పడాలి. 🍀*

*అది చెడు శకునమని గుర్తించి ఆమె భయభీతురాలై ఏడుస్తూ గోపురములయందు, ప్రాసాద ఉపరి-భాగమునందు, మరియు ఇతర స్థలములలో ఎక్కడైననూ సుఖమును పొందలేకపోయెను (9). అపుడా యువతి ఇద్దరు సఖురాండ్రతో గూడి నగరోద్యానవనమునకు వచ్చెను. ఆమె అక్కడ విహరించియు ఏ స్థలమునందైననూ సుఖమును పొందలేదు (10) అపుడా జలంధరుని భార్య నిరాశతో ఉద్వేగముతో నిండిన మనస్సు గలదై తనకు తెలియకుండగనే ఆ వనములో ఒక భాగమునుండి మరియొక భాగమునకు తిరుగజొచ్చెను (11). అట్లు తిరుగాడుచున్న ఆ సుందరి అతిభయంకరాకారులు, సింహముఖము గలవారు, కోరలతో ప్రకాశించువారు అగు ఇద్దరు రాక్షసులను చూచెను (12).*
*ఆమె వారిని చూచి చాల భయపడి పారిపోతూ, శిష్యులతో గూడి శాంతముగా మౌనముగా కూర్చుండియున్న తపస్వని ఒకనిని గాంచెను (13). ఆమె భయముతో తన లతవంటి బాహువును ఆతని కంఠము చుట్టూ వేసి 'ఓ మునీ! నిన్ను శరణు పొందినాను; నన్ను రక్షింపుము' అని పలికెను (14). రాక్షసులచే తరుమబడి మిక్కిలి భయపడియున్న ఆమెను గాంచి అపుడా ముని వెంటనే హుంకారమాత్రముచే ఆ భయంకర రాక్షసులు పారిపోవునట్లు చేసెను (15). వారిద్దరు ఆతని హుంకారమునకు భయపడి వెనుకకు మరలుటను గాంచి ఆ జలంధరపత్ని మనస్సులో మిక్కిలి ఆశ్చర్యమును పొందెను. ఓ మునీ! (16) అపుడా బృంద తొలగిన భయము గలదై ఆ ముని వర్యునకు సాష్టాంగ ప్రణామమాచరించి చేతులు జోడించి ఇట్లు పలికెను (17).*

9. On realising that it was a bad portent, the terrified lady began to cry. She did not feel happy at all in the spacious terraces and towers of the palace.
10. With two of her friends she then went to the park in the city. Even there she did not find herself at ease.
11. Then she, the dejected gloomy wife of Jalandhara, wandered from forest to forest. She was not conscious of even herself.
12. The wandering lady saw two demons of terrible leonine faces with shining curved fanglike teeth.
13. Terrified much on seeing them, the lady fled from there and saw an ascetic of calm countenance observing silence and accompanied by his disciple.
14. Putting her tender creeperlike hands round his neck due to fright she gasped out—“O sage, save me. I have sought refuge in you.”
15. Seeing the agitated lady followed by the demons the sage drove them back with a loud bellowing sound of “Hum”.
16. O sage, seeing them routed and terrified by the mere Huṃkāra, the wife of the king of Daityas was struck with a great wonder in her heart.
17. Freed from the fear she bowed down to the great sage with palms joined in reverence and prostrated herself in front of him. Vṛndā then spoke.

*చనిపోతున్నప్పడు కూడా బతుకును అంటి పెట్టుకుని ఉండేవారు ఉన్నారు. అది తప్పు. మృత్యువు వచ్చినప్పుడు వెళ్ళాలి, నృత్యం చెయ్యాలి. ఒక వేళ మీరు సజీవంగా ఉన్నప్పుడు, మీరు మరణాన్ని గురించే ఆలోచిస్తూ ఉంటే, మరణం యొక్క ఆలోచనను కలిగి ఉంటే, మీరు సజీవంగా వున్నా కూడా మీరు మరణం వైపు వెళుతున్నట్లే. దానికి విరుద్ధంగా ఒకవేళ చనిపోతున్నప్పుడు కూడా జీవితాన్ని అంటిపెట్టుకునే ఉండాలనే ఆలోచన కలిగి ఉండే వ్యక్తి చనిపోవాలని కోరుకోవడం లేదు అని అర్ధం. ఎవరైనా సజీవంగా ఉన్నప్పుడు చనిపోవాలి అని కోరుకుంటుంటే, అది అంగీకారం కాదు. ఉన్న దానిని అంగీకరించండి మరియు మీరు షరతులు లేకుండా అంగీకరించిన తర్వాత, ప్రతిదీ అందంగా ఉంటుంది. నొప్పి కూడా 'శుద్దీకరణ ప్రభావాన్ని కలిగి ఉంటుంది. కాబట్టి మీ మార్గంలో ఏది వచ్చినా, కృతజ్ఞతతో ఉండండి.*

*🕉 Nothing is wrong in death. Whenever it happens, it is a great rest. 🕉*
*When your body is completely spent, death is the only thing needed. Then it happens; then you move into another body. You may become a tree or a bird or a tiger or something else, and you go on moving. The existence gives you a new body when the old is spent. Death is beautiful, but never ask for it, because when you ask for it, the quality of death changes toward suicide. Then it is no longer a natural death. You may not be committing suicide, but the very asking makes you suicidal. When alive, be alive; when dead, he dead. But don't overlap things.*
*There are people who are dying and who go on clinging to life. That too is wrong, because when death has come, you have to go, and you have to go dancing. If you are asking for death, even thinking about it, then you are alive and clinging to the idea of death. It is the same in the reverse direction. Somebody who is dying and goes on clinging to life, does not want to die. Somebody is alive and wants to die: That is non-acceptance. Accept whatever is there, and once you accept unconditionally, then everything is beautiful. Even pain has 'a purifying effect. So whatever comes on your way, just be thankful.*
